Not the biggest. The carpark entry is tricky, so beware you do not overshoot it. (It's a big block if you have to go around again.) I suggest going during daylight hours. There seems to be a lot of homeless frequenting this area. We got some great bargains here that we could not get at the other stores. Well worth a visit.

There are no restrooms for patrons. You would have to go to citymill or Zippys. I guess there were high theft rates? I guess we all need to urinate in a McDonald's cup.

I actually had just dropped off my car at the repair shop. Was looking for a spot to call a ride to pick me up. It started to rain so I went to stand inside ross and get out of the rain. This kind worker let me sit on a chair while I wait for my ride. Ross has always been my favorite place to shop anyways. So thanks Ross

I love Ross's in Waikiki. The store is 5mins from where I live very convenient. The prices are very affordable on clothing,shoes, and personal hygienes like body wash,shampoo,conditioner,make up and its name brand products which would cost more in other stores. The clothing do have name brands but some are a little indifferent in sizes and can fit a little off, I suggest really looking on the make and trying it on before you but them. The shoes are great in prices and make. I got most of my shoes in the pink tags which are clearance that cost me $15 and under which is right in my budget. Their household section is great as well if you need anything like for your kitchen,bathroom,living area bedroom. It has a section for the pink tags you can look for which you can get a great deal. I love going to Ross's cause you can always get anything you need if your on a budget and still get it at a great price like if you brought it from Macy's which would be double the price.

It's another Ross in Hawaii! Yup, you've got it. On another community on the island. I have got to invest in their stock, why you may ask...because my loving Sweetheart, and others appear to be loving this brand like crazy 🤪. I love ❤️ seeing the beautiful smile she has when she says, there's another ROSS Store...let's Go there. There's is this magnetic draw for those reading this article that just pulls the women in. But I've notice it's not just women now, it's entire families. I was in the hills of Virginia, and the patrons were nearly running into the store. Wow! I have got to invest, take my word. Well,, go to run for now...stay tuned, follow me...because today it's time to head back across the ocean...Wow, we have enjoyed Hawaii and the sites. Check out my blog, Beautiful Places in Hawaii! I love coming to this Ross because you get greeted when you walk in and farewell when you leave. This store is always clean and organized and this is why I preferred this location than the others. At check out while you're waiting in line the cashier let you know that they will be with you once they're done with their customer and sorry for the wait, I rarely experience that here in the island especially retail stores, most of them dont acknowledged the waiting customers at all. Kudos to the manager and the staff for reminding all of us what good customer service is. Parking is convenient also and there's other stores within walking distance in the shopping center for more browsing or shopping. Will definitely return.

Great selection of things for you and your home. Products change and are refreshed regularly so if you see something you like but aren't sure you should buy it because if you don't it might not be there on your next visit. You can return it if you change your mind.

Great customer service; however, they’re ONE of the few with NO BATHROOM. I’m curious of why, because all the other ones do. Don’t shop here if you have to use to the bathroom! Be careful of COVID but why should customers suffer, bodily functions don’t stop because of worldly diseases!!!

At least at this store, they have stuff you can find. It seems to be organized every time I came here. But what sets them apart from the other Ross Stores, is there attentiveness to keep the line moving as quickly as possible and thanking the customers for waiting, will be with you shortly. It doesn't seem like much from those statements, but makes a huge difference in the perspective of customers waiting. Versus no statements and wondering what the hell is going on? They have a great leader, leading this location.

Good selections of suitcases but no public bathrooms! I spent a lot of $$ in there. Maybe it's because there's tons of homeless nearby.i expect to be able to use the restroom while shopping. Probably won't come back to this location for that reason.

Never really busy, lots of parking, and friendly staff. I can always find a good deal at this Ross even if selection can sometimes be smaller than other stores. It's in a convenient location with a Longs Drugs right next door!! 5 stars!

This is a really nice Ross. I like shopping here, however, not having a restroom is a problem. They said there weren't any public restrooms in any of the stores on that block. (I'm not public, I'm a regular customer) I've been here many times and spent good money here. Today was the first day I ever asked to use the restroom. So when she told me, I just left my items where I was and said, "Well, I can't shop then."

Great Ross! Employees are extremely nice and the store is kept nicely. There is no public bathroom due to the area, the Kmart before went so far downhill because of people showering in the bathrooms (homeless). It is smart of Ross to not have a public bathroom. I have noticed Ross is kept at such a high standard here vs the mainland. I greatly appreciate it!

I enjoy browsing and shopping the Nimitz location. It has a lot of space between the aisles and not cramped like some other Ross shop. They have a fair amount of stock for apparels. Not too much luggage. I usually find great kitchenwares here.

Customer service is great. They are very attentive. Line goes by quick. Just the right amount of selection. I was in and out within 30 min of looking through what I need, dressing room, exchange in sizes and checked out. There is a homeless place in the area and the entire complex has no a no customer bathroom policy. Its too bad that this ruins it for everyone. I know management is tired of hearing about this problem but they unfortunately can't do anything about it at the local level.

Good sized store with good selection of mostly marked down brand new mostly name-brand merchase. Clean, well stocked with good selection in almost every dept., and very good Clearance markdowns. Only complaint is I had to urinate outside like an animal because they don't have a public bathroom because of abuse of their bathrooms!

It's hilarious that people are giving this Ross a 1 star because they don't offer a public restroom. All around the employees are very well trained. Even if there's a long line to check out, it moves very quickly. The security at the front is very friendly and greeted everyone that came in. Due to the history of the old kmart I wouldn't allow public restrooms there either.

Ross is a great place for bargains but the location of this Ross isn’t that great. Right across the street is like a homeless camp and on the other side of the street is the men’s shelter. It’s safe and secure inside Ross but just be cautious when you are in the parking lot. Be mindful.

Huge new store off Nimitz. Clean and great friendly staff. Lots to choose from and like all Ross stores well priced. A little tough to find because of construction and back roads, but if you can get to the old Dole Cannery Center you can find it.

I love all Ross stores but this one is newer and this was my first visit. I could walk down isles and not be scrunched like some of the other stores. I go there for art supplies, canvases mostly, and although you have to remember the selection will constantly change and your favorite canvas size might not be there (four months at a time even... come on Ross get the small squares back please!) The inventory that is there at any given time is still super well priced. Wal-Mart does carry reasonably priced canvass as well. Random art supplies pop up and are always worth grabbing at the prices they have. The pet section is also excellent, cat scratching boxes are so expensive at the pet stores! Ross, $4 with catnip (my cat loves these). Cute pet beds, litter boxes, bowls, toys are also there. Make sure to save your money and check Ross first for pet stuff. The home decor, kitchen supplies, housewares, small furniture area is solid as well. Again revolving stock so buy it when you see it, since it might not be there next time. Ross is known for clothing and shoes but should be remembered for more. Great place to save money... which is always important living in such a expensive place! Oh also, tourist should keep in mind they carry swim gear and other things that you might discover you need or forgot at home. We were on big island when my slippers gave out... Ross trip and i was back in action with 2 new pairs at a reasonable price.

Like any other Ross Dress for Less, but because this one is sort of out-of-the-way, the selections seemed a bit less picked through than other stores. Always hit or miss, but this last visit I found a perfect dress shirt, marked down from $54 to $14.

Seems like a pretty big Ross compared to other Ross stores. Only for stars because of the area. They need to address homeless situation in the area. Had one sketchy person all me for money the first time I went, who then proceeded to hang around the area.

Imagine having a public restroom having a massive homeless community right outside.... there is from what i understand a shelter and or soup kitchen right accross the street. I always see tons of homeless with plate lunches there and even when its not time to eat they are hanging around there waiting for the next meal. Ive experienced working at a business with a homeless community in the area and having a bathroom that they would be trying to use would be a massive issue. As far as the selection there really isnt much compared to other locations. Some sections are completely bone dry with empty racks on empty racks but it is very nice to have a ross just a walking distance from my home.

Debbie K. I like to go Ross to look for purse. They have so much in different styles and colors. They have wallets too. Hand bags, bags to carry on your arm, shoulder bags and crossbody bags. I like crossbody bags. It's always difficult to choose which bag I like. I like to look around where there's kitchen items too. There are doggie beds and blankets too. Good prices. The Sales Associates are friendly and helpful when you have questions. Excellent customer service. Lots of parking.

Great customer service, great prices and great inventory. Employees are nice and polite and very helpful when called upon or heeded. Not having a public bathroom is a downer but people need to understand that there is a reason why they don’t let people use the restrooms. If they let people use the restrooms they’ll have to let the homeless people use it as well, right? I’m not gonna stay here and talk about what homeless people but they’re not the only ones who would “dirty” up a public restroom. Teenagers, kids, even young adults mess up a bathroom. I know most of you don’t but what about the others who don’t know how to clean up after themselves, leave toilet paper all around the floor, who write gang signs, all around the walls as well as provocative and vulgar language. Who would want to see that? No one right? Wouldn’t you be disgusted if you saw that in their public restroom? That’s the reason why they dont let anyone use the restroom, people don’t know how to clean up after themselves, people write dumb stuff all over the restroom and they don’t want anyone to see that if they ever did decide to open up the public restroom for anyone. All you people act so mean to the employees when it comes to using the bathroom, if they say no public restroom, then there is no public restroom. Is it that hard to understand? You’re just gonna waste more time arguing with enployees and end up peeing your pants instead of walking or driving to zippys or liliha bakery across the street.

I've been to most Ross on the island and think the keeaumoku store is the biggest and busiest. You now need to buy something in order to have your parking validated for 3 hours.

I generally like Ross because you can find good stuff in there for a great price - specially designer clothes and home decor. You just have to visit often because the good stuff are gone fast. McCully and Kaneohe are my favorite locations. Parking is easy and convenient. These stores are cleanest and the most organized. The Ala Moana and Downtown locations have bigger square footage and more inventories but parking sucks and loading bulky items are a hassle. Hawaii Kai location is a mess. Seems like the staff don't take the time to organize the shelves. Nimitz is big with good parking - but somehow it doesn't seem to have as good inventory as the other locations. Maybe they just sell stuff faster...

I used to shop at Ross Pearl Ridge but the ridiculous lines and complete lack of organization ie: sizes in wrong places made me quit shopping at Ross. Today however I went to the iwilei store and I can honestly say it was nice. I found a lot that fit and looked good and there was no line... Iwilei earned my business today.. Pearl Ridge should get retained at iwilei.

The parking lot next to the store is spacious and convenient, but there are homeless camps and shelters nearby, so it doesn't give a good impression. Especially from 5:00 to 6:00 in the evening, volunteers serve meals, so there is a huge crowd. It's not that homeless people are bad, but stores don't have restrooms that customers can use. The store is spacious, and compared to other stores, I thought that children's goods were substantial.

Opened on July 14, 2017 on the site of a former Kmart supermarket. I am happy that the store is clean and the parking lot is wide. Every Tuesday there is a 10% discount for those 55 and older. ID required.

Treasure hunt shop. It's my favorite shop with great bargains. I will visit 5-6 times during my stay! Especially downtown shops are all local, and there are bargains. It's not uncommon for Waikiki shops to be visited on the first day and sold out two days later. If you find it, you should get it without hesitation! The nearby Nordstrom Rack has a lot of good stuff, but it's shocking to see the same thing being sold cheaply in Los Angeles.
