I visited the Patagonia store in Honolulu, located at 535 Ward Avenue, on Monday 10/17/22. It was my first visit and I was very impressed with the store. It was huge…I mean surprisingly big! In addition, the store had a great selection of merchandise and a nice area to hang out with a laid-back island vibe. It was clean and the merchandise was nicely arranged amongst cool décor. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and asked if I needed help. I did need help. The reason for my visit was to see if I could return a pair of boardshorts. I purchased a pair of Patagonia boardshorts about a week prior from my local REI in Colorado. The boardshorts were bought specifically for my vacation to Oahu and I wore them 3, maybe 4, times before I noticed that a seam had begun to fray. Christine took a look at the frayed seam and asked if I had my receipt. I didn’t have a receipt and I told her that I bought them from REI back in Colorado. She said this store did not carry that style of boardshort but she looked up the price and showed me which shorts were available for an even exchange. I picked a new pair and Christine completed the exchange and then I browsed around the store. I have been a Patagonia customer since the late 80’s and I believe this is the first time I have returned an item. Patagonia certainly came through on their “ironclad guarantee” and Christine provided excellent customer service from the time I walked in until my exchange was complete. I was very satisfied with the effortless transaction! I highly recommend visiting this store. It is well appointed and has an authentic laid-back vibe. If you visit and need help, ask for Christine!

The Patagonia store has moved... AGAIN, this time to a new spacious yellow building sandwiched between the Blaisdell Center and what use to be the Sports Authority (now is a "marketplace" of assorted small businesses). I LOVED interacting with the store associates, especially this woman with short hair, she was really nice and patient with what I was looking for regarding Christmas presents for my family. Leading up to my fascination with the "Pataloha" merchandise which seems to be a local store exclusive. 😎🤙

The store may be small but they have it set up nice. They have a safe spot for the littles to play so parents can shop. Even the clothing & accessories selection for the littles is fantastic. The Pat"Aloha" line is AWESOME! Store is always busy but the floor staff is friendly and will help you find what you are looking for!

My old backpack broke on a layover flight so I popped in to see what options they had. The team was so helpful and informative on their products and helped me find exactly what I needed. I was amazed at the Black Hole® Mini MLC® 26L, I could not believe how much I could fit in the pack and I absolutely love the organization features! I LOVE this place!!! Patagonia makes the best stuff, and this place sells it. The new store is HUGE, and has everything. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They sell t-shirts you can only get here.

Beautifully-renovated, spacious site with plenty parking, but clothing size selection is moderate at best for popular items, and, please take note to go to the bathroom before arriving. No public restroom there, but there is the gas station across the way LOL Courteous staff, but they had to tell me, "no," a lot -- not what you'd expect from a dedicated store that size. I like their cups!

I love Patagonia and what they stand for. They pay attention to sustainability and use a lot of recycled and renewable materials in the manufacturing of their products. They also stand behind the quality of their goods and will make right whatever the problem is. The Honolulu store is outstanding. Jordan and the rest of the crew are super cool, friendly and knowledgeable about their stuff and also about many of the outdoor activities that their clothing is made for too. A big bonus for the Hawaii locations is that they also carry FCD surfboards and surf gear. These boards are mostly EPS and epoxy and will practically last forever. I own a fish, a funboard and a noserider from FCD. The downside is that everything is so darn expensive! But you do get what you pay for. Sometimes when I don't need something right away, I'll wait for a sale when they clear out the previous season's inventory. You can score some great deals then.

First time in Patagonia since they moved! It's gotten a lot looser than before. It's easy to see, with more space to try on and a T-shirt area limited to Honolulu. There are sofa seats where you can rest, so you can take your time and enjoy shopping.

The inside of the store looks like a remodeled warehouse. We have T-shirts, swimwear, jackets, backpacks, and caps that are great for outdoor activities. When you enter, the left side is men's and the right side is women's. We also have clothing in kids sizes. There are several fitting rooms, so it's also great to see the size properly. Personally, I recommend Hawaii-limited “Pataloha” T-shirts and tote bags. There are children's sizes and women's sizes, so it's a good souvenir. It is also attractive that it is durable and can be worn for a long time because it uses organic cotton and is made with consideration for the environment. It has excellent functionality and is extremely comfortable to wear. The Honolulu store and the Haleiwa store have slightly different items, which is also one of the attractions.

Ward's Patagonia opens its long-awaited relocation! The ceiling is high and there is a sense of openness, and the store area is about 3-4 times larger than the previous store. Here's a great deal!, The store isn't very big, but it has everything you need. It was a very happy shopping because the price was cheaper than the Korean Patagonia and there were a variety of sale items. (The discount items and quantity may vary depending on the season.) T-shirts cost about $35. I bought a T-shirt on sale for 10,000 won. It's not in the main city, so there aren't many people and it's quiet and nice. I also went to the Haleiba store, but there were no sale items at all and the products were not as diverse as I thought. If you're going to buy Patagonia, you'll be much more satisfied here. :)
