My first time at a Chanel store, and I had no idea what to expect. In doing research, I saw a tool to schedule an appointment which I did, but it turns out this is no longer necessary. I arrived at my appointment time and had to wait in line with a couple others for a few minutes for a SA to become available. I was paired with John who was friendly and welcoming. I spent some time looking around the first and second floors, and then asked to look at the costume jewelry. Though they didn't have what I was looking for, there were many other nice options and I settled on a nice piece. John was very knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time beautifully wrapping my purchase and giving me some info on Chanel. He said he would let me know if/ when some of the pieces I asked for came in and sure enough he did the next day! I went in a couple of days later and made another purchase. I should mention that I was allowed and encouraged to try on pieces of the costume jewelry (unlike my experience at the Ala Moana location) and I found this very helpful. I am so happy with my experience at this Chanel store, if you are visiting Wakiki be sure to ask for John. He is the best!

I cannot speak for the other reviews but my experience today at this location was an awesome experience, everyone was polite and very informative , the store was clean and well kept , they even recommend me to look around at the surrounding stores, Siulo my sale associate was the best !!! Absolutely LOVE Eunice!! She has excellent customer service and goes beyond than just the purchase. She even followed up with the style Ive been looking for. She is also very knowledgeable about the different collections. Will definitely come back here to see her whenever Im back in town. Come by and see her and you will not be disappointed with her service.

Beautiful shop, great precautionary measures for COVID safety. The staff is friendly, some more than others. Only downside of this location is that stock flies off the shelf for the more popular styles. There was basically nothing available for WoC (in classic colors/styles), absolutely no mini flaps. To be expected with Chanel, but we were laughed at for even asking. The associates offered to show us many different seasonal colors/styles instead.

The most welcoming Chanel store I've been to (I have been to many across Australia, Asia, Europe, United States and more). I was served by Angie Delos Santos, she was sooooo lovely to assist even though i didn't purchase anything. She gave honest advice and was so pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend her and this store!

Went there 15 minutes till closing and the sweet ladies at RTW upstairs helped me and found me such lovely pieces! All 3 were so helpful for looking at sizes and jewelry!

Nice big store with good customer service. It can get kind of busy in the afternoon, si the best time to go is morning time. But it also depends if it's the weekday or weekend's. This Chanel is bigger them the alamoana chanel.

Nothing beats the staff here at Chanel. They are very friendly and will help you find anything you need. If you are the type that likes looking without being bothered, they will also give you your space. That's a nice feeling.
