Almost missed the shop, but luckily found it after looping back. Wife and I went originally to see if Avian is there (Terrace house fans), but we just missed her. Her mom was there and she was so nice! Their dog was there too and super cute. Lots of great clothes to look at, wife got a shirt of the dog and I got an 88tees hat. Worth the visit for sure!

There's so much selections here. I bought 3 t-shirts and a patch. While I was shopping, the music remix they're playing over the speaker sounds was awesome. I found out it's from their own mix. The owner gave me a CD copy for free (sweet!) when I ask about the music. For sure I'd be listening to this on the way home. Oh, if you see a French bulldog walking about be wary that he's deaf and can be surprised. So pet him at your own risk.

Love this store! Ever since we seen it on Terrace House, we had to go look inside. They have so many t-shirts! It's amazing they can fit them all inside of store. The store is pretty much 80% female clothing. We love the Ila Collection the owners daughter started. The music was hip and the stairs were glowing with little colored lights. It was an awesome experience. Wish we could of met owner because it looks like she met everyone in the world that is famous. We picked up some Xmas shirts to fashionably wear during the holidays. Terrace House brought me here and it's definitely popular amongst the Japanese tourists. Tees are under $30 for a varied selection but it's a bit of a treasure hunt. I loved the vibe of the store but was a little sad I didn't see Avian.

I'm a big Terrace House fan so wanted to make 88 Tees a destination on my recent trip to Waikiki. We are SO glad that stopped in because we got to meet our favorite person from our entire Hawaii trip, Jack! The store itself is so cool with a t-shirt design featuring anything you could possibly think of. It's a great souvenir and more unique than something basic from the ABC store :) Along with our purchase, we got a cute tote bag and a few free t-shirts as well! When we shared with Jack that we were getting married the next day, he recommended we come visit him at a bar where he would be working. We ended up going and it was such a fun experience. Jack made us feel very special on a very special day!

From the first time we've found the place when visiting, we've made sure to come every time we visit. The owner and the staff are all very friendly and will help you find a specific design in your size if you want. They have a lot of different designs and some that are very unique. The quality and material is also very nice (look for their 88 tag on the shirt). Every time we come we leave with bag full!

Always wanted to go here since watching Terrace House Aloha State, fortunately on our last day in the island, we were able to stop as there was an Ultraman T-Shirt that I really wanted to buy, didn't initially see Avian but as I was about to go pay we saw her and Whiskey coming. Our daughter was able to play with Whiskey and take a picture with Avian. We also got a bunch of freebies. Hope we can go back again the next time we are in Oahu

I really love this place. I had a great experience both times I've been but the most memorable was when I was ready to check out and I mentioned that I really liked the music that they were playing and the cashier gave me a free CD if what they were playing. It was very cool. Cool clothing and employees. I always come in hoping to meet Avian from Terrace House: Aloha State but I haven't yet. I met her mom though which was also great.

I loved this place. They have all the t-shirts you could ever want; cool designs nonetheless. The service was awesome. They were super friendly and I had a fun conversation with one of the staff. The place is off the radar, but seriously I suggest going to it immediately if you are anywhere near it. They are local as well and run by a family it seems. I look forward to the next time I'm able to go.

The people here are really friendly and helpful. I got the wrong size shirts for my brother and was able to exchange them without any issue. Such a cute shop! The tees are all adorable, the staff was really friendly, and it was just a great little hidden place. Plus lots of other goodies like stickers and coasters and eco bags with their cute branding. I loved it!

Dope spot to get shirts. Not your typical "I love Hawaii" touristy shirts but more on the streetwear side. They have clothes for men, women, and kids. Its mainly a t-shirt shop but there are other clothing items like shorts, sweatshirts and dresses. There's A LOT of stuff in the store so it could be overwhelming for some people, but I rummaged through their shirts and found a few that I loved. The staff was friendly and it helps that they had good music playing lol. There are a lot of high-end stores in the area, so it's nice to actually feel like there's a store with a more local feel.

A bit more expensive than the millions of discount shops in Waikiki but I'm glad to support a local shop with quality merchandise and friendly service.

I was instantly drawn in by the license plate stairs that led to one of the dopest stores I have ever been to. It was a mess; none of the shirts were folded or organized, but it was so much fun to dig through the uniquely designed t-shirts, dresses, and sweats. Richard was so funny, kind, and helpful. If I ever come back to Hawaii, I'll definitely visit 88 Tees again.

Had to come here to get my co-worker a souvenir as we're fans of Terrace House! Huge amount of t-shirts separated into a men's and women's section and by size so it is easy to find the right section. So much stock as others have said you'll definitely have to do some digging to find what you want, but that's part of the fun! Near the cashier there are other non t-shirt products for purchase, including pouches, keychains, tote bags and stickers. At the top of the stairs near the entrance there is a section for Avian's ILA sub-brand for t-shirts and swimwear. Staff was very friendly, I was allowed to select my choice of bag design for my purchase, and was given a free CD featuring their in-store music mix by DJ K Smooth! I have been listening to it non-stop since I have come home, it is basically a remix of current pop and hip-hop songs! Will definitely come back next time I'm in Honolulu!

Loud edc style music. Most shirts are overpriced and cheap prints. Some are pretty decent, but I wasn't down with the quality of the items. Still bought one as a souvenir though that was decent. Store is such a mess and difficult to find anything.

And unfortunately I think it is because of Terrace house that they are able to charge like $30 for a t-shirt which is kind of a ripoff, yet still I bought one =\ for a $30 t-shirt that quality is decent...not like a 1 dollar made in China shirt with some stuff printed on it.... Huge selection of t-shirts and merchandise. Found this store based on Netflix’s Terrace House, and it was exactly as depicted. Street parking is available. Most shirts were about $22+ but can be difficult to find different colours or sizes because there are just so many shirts!!

It seems to sell new clothes, but it looks like a second-hand clothing store. It seems that many Japanese celebrities have visited, so there were many photos in the store. The store is spacious on the second floor, but the entrance is inconspicuous on the first floor, so if you don't pay attention, you'll pass by. *Actually, my parents didn't notice and ignored it. The product display is cluttered, and it's like a second-hand clothing store.

There are many products that have been collaborated with celebrities, and the interior of the store is decorated with photos of the female owner and Japanese celebrities. I went to Hawaii! You can't help but buy a lot of T-shirts with a lot of feeling, whether it's for souvenirs or for yourself. They even gave me bags and stickers that normally cost $3 to $6, so I was able to shop comfortably.

February 2020! I came to 88TEES for the first time in a year. Lots of new T-shirts. Lots of new hoodies and lonties. The staff is kind, and I'm happy to find my favorite T-shirt and hoodie! Just encountered the staff's birthday! I also got the case.

This shop has many fans among Japanese celebrities. Inside the store, T-shirts, sweatshirt Aloha, etc. are divided into men's, women's, and children's corners from the front, and placed on the shelves by size, making it easy to see. T-shirts that are laid flat become a mess later in the day, which is a terrible thing. Surprise. There are many photos of celebrities on display along the stairs leading to the 1st and 2nd floors.

2019.12 There were many unique Aloha shirts starting at about 5,000 yen. Aloha shirts are also sold at the ABC store, but since they are so popular, they tend to be worn by many people, so we recommend them for those who are looking for something unique. I went looking for a Hawaiian souvenir t-shirt. The store was bigger than it was three years ago. I was looking for my favorite cute girl's t-shirt as a souvenir for my daughter, but if there is one for adults, I can't find one for children.
