Helpful staff. A nice free membership to join. Great deals on suits,ties, and shoes. I love all of their ties. Great solid colors, patterns. They go an extra mile to order parts of suits for us on delivery if they don't have it in the store.

My husband bought a pair of shoes from Jos. A. Banks and 4 weeks later, the bottom came unglued and broke loose. So why is this a 5 star review? It’s because of how Jeff took care of it at the West Hartford store. We didn’t have a receipt and didn’t realize we bought the shoes at the Glastonbury location. After discovering that the clerk at Glastonbury never set up a profile, we called the Glastonbury location and put them on speaker. Fortunately, Jeff, at the West Hartford location was able to talk the clerk through locating the sales record by going through the transactions on the date of the sale. The clerk at Glastonbury was ready to just tell us “sorry, can’t help” but Jeff really saved the day. The Glastonbury clerk was actually irritated that it worked out for us and my husband got his shoes replaced. The moral of the story… if you need to shop for men’s clothing, go to Jos. A. Banks in WEST HARTFORD. Avoid the Glastonbury location if service matter to you. :)

My fiancé and I worked with John Henson to pick out groom/groomsmen suits for our wedding and our experience was fantastic. John was extremely friendly, knowledgable, helpful and made sure we stayed within our budget. I would highly recommend this location and making an appointment with John!

Nothing but great things to share about this location!!! Needed a rush on resizing of pants and getting a vest due to health issues bumping up a last minute wedding. The manager bent over backwards to accommodate me for my wedding day even though the store was super busy!!! They didn't have my vest in my size and had to guess. When it came in and I tried it on it was too small! I only had 2 more days before my wedding and the manager made it happen! She called around to other locations in the state and found what I needed and got it to me with plenty of time! Thanks again for a great experience and the special attention given to me during a difficult time for me. Our day was perfect and it was thanks to the West Hartford Jos A Bank staff, especially the manager!

The west Hartford store handled everything from start to finish very professionally and my guys looked great when the big day came. Big shout out to Manny specifically. You could tell he's one of the more experienced team members there because he was constantly helping customers as well as his co-workers everything I was there. You could tell the man was busy but he always made the time to take care of whatever I needed. Felt like my reservation was his top priority the whole way through. Will be recommending him and this store to friends, thanks for everything.

Like with most men (or not?) I waited until the last minute to get my Wedding attire in order. I stopped at the West Hartford Jos A Bank and the Manager Debora was there to get me all sorted out. She was very courteous, patient and eager to help. The shirt and tie combinations she put together were fantastic and received plenty of compliments. Glad I stopped in and you will be too.

This was my first time in a JoS A. Bank store and I will definitely be coming back. They had a great selection of dress pants and suits at reasonable prices. Staff were attentive and offered to steam press the pants I'd bought and then hang the pants and coat (which I hadn't bought from them) in a protective bag.

Walked in tonight to look at suits with my family on my way to dinner and met Jamie Willing. What a rock star..... associates are the most important of every business and Jos A Bank has a winner in Jamie. She was fast efficient, understood what I was looking for helped me through the process, made great suggestions and showed my where to save money. Did all of this with a big smile.
