Great experience school shopping for my daughter. Clean, organized store and Donovan was an excellent cashier, I was a total pain with returns & exchanges etc, and it was closing time! But Donovan was patient and sweet, Thanks!

You have to know what you're looking for and where to find it. Sales associates never know where anything is located or it's always "the last one". Very long lines and not enough registers open. Nice things, but it could all be organized a bit better.

I buy all of my clothes here! The store is huge which is a plus and a negative. The racks are always jammed tight with clothes and they run pretty small. (It's nice that they've expanded their plus size section) Clothes aren't super expensive and there's so much to choose from!

The store seems nice and clean. The reason I gave three stars is that their return policies. Because my girl always purchase too much and can't return if they are not fit.

Had some good deals in guys stuff. Girls however, expensive for half an everything. As in none of the females clothes were full shirts or sweaters. AND at checkout there were only 2 people of which were on their phones with a lineup of people trying to get out.

I love coming here and I always find something good. The service is friendly and their policies make sense :) This is a chain retail store for young adults. It's not pricey and the clothes are stylish. This is forever 21. Not ak rikks so I don't know why anyone would expect it to be any more upscale than it is.

My daughter found a couple of shirts after Christmas for a good deal. Most of the store was reasonably priced relative to other stores in the mall. The employees here were very nice & helpful.

The styles here are not as diverse and they used to be. Of course the store is a little messy (clearance section) but the set up is super easy to navigate through and the girls ringing me up were so nice!!!

Socks are cute but slip, products are cute but material is cheap. Some days it looks very neat and tidy, other days it's messy. I really like their selection of pajamas though.

Definitely a store for teenagers and college. Kids and some decent finds for mothers also very well priced very affordable and store is huge so if your on a budget you will have fun shopping still
