I had an exchange and a couple purchases to make today and was very pleased. This was my second time in this store and the service both times was fabulous! The store is large, the floor plan well laid with plenty of room and very well lit. Today Zlatko was the young man helping me. He was very kind and patient as I had many things for him to process. He was thorough and efficient. I highly recommend this store.

My husband and I went to this Grand Rapids location to exchange a hoodie from Christmas and browse because it’s his birthday! We had such a great experience with Michelle who works there! She was friendly and very helpful! Definitely made the trip worth it! If you’re in the area and need some great Carhartt gear, stop in and see Michelle!

This store is amazing! Zlatko helped me out today & gave me the perfect recommendations on some great workwear that I’ve been struggling to find anywhere else! He was friendly, knowledgeable, & great to talk to! If there was a 6th star available he would absolutely get it.

Love LOVE love ABSOLUTELY- love this store you have to be very very careful otherwise you're won't be able to buy gas or dinner until next paycheck but NOT BECAUSE OF THE PRICES, IF YOU'RE ANYTHING LIKE MY HUSBAND AND I YOU'RE GOING TO WANT EVERY SINGLE THING IN THE STORE..... there was so many choices and choices... Love this store! Great selection of everything they sell. Very inclusive sizes for men, which is especially nice if you're a tall woman like me, that tall size is great. Can order from store for free shipping to your home if they don't have something you need in store. Really friendly staff and very clean store.

Beautiful, well designed store. Highly organized and clean. Carhartt is a quality working men and woman (though the woman section is small) clothing store offering items from duckbibs to jeans to boots. They have a large selection of t-shirts and button ups for those who love the brand but want a more casual appearance when not doing any type of trade work. The staff was very friendly. Definitely worth the stop if you have never been to a Carhartt store before and are in the area.

Aaron G is awesome!! He remembers the name of our business and my name. His level of service is something that is rarely found in retail today. The shirt I came in to the store to purchase was out of stock in my size, Aaron found it in the Detroit store and arranged for it to ship to my house and be here the next day. Carhartt Grand Rapids has made a customer for life out of me, Aaron thanks for making me feel like the only reason you came to work today was to take care of me.

Very helpful staff. Good inventory for almost all outdoors/ work-wear items. Clean store that follows safety standards for Covid-19. Mask required, minimum amount of people allowed in the store at once, but we only had to wait around 10 minutes. Thank you for the extra help with our business gear as well!

Highly recommend this store, 1st visit customer service was great. Stopped in a few days later and a salesman Brian greeted us by are first name. Rare to see that kind of customer service now a days.

Absolutely love carhartt. Since they opened the store they always have a great array of items for men, women, kids, and pets. Boots, pants, bibs, shirts, hoodies the list goes on. Great store and everyone is always so friendly and in a great mood working there.

Staff stare at you while walking around even after you told them you don't need help. If we are wearing Carrhart, does it look like we need to steal? Prices are very good, especially during clearance events.

I meet Joe about a month ago at Bay Pointe Inn & Suites. He was a drummer in a band that was booked and I was the Security. After the wedding was over, IlJoe and I spent some time talking and he invited me into the store. Upon visiting him he was very generous. The store was awesome and everyone that works there is great. So great I had my security company sign up for the Carhartt at work program. Since then I have made my first purchase there of a nice light jacked. We went there to find a pair of pants for our particular son. There was none in his size but an employee by the name of Jim came to our aid. He actually took down the display pants (which just so happened to be the exact size and style we needed) without a moments hesitation. He was both polite and informative. Jim for the win! I love carhartt. I come here every few weeks just to browse and possibly even get new things. All my winter gear is carhartt related no questions asked. Bibs, fleece lined, gloves, hat etc. Great products and great store
