Stopped in here to exchange a cardigan purchased at a different location. The size I had originally purchased was a little large and this location just so happened to have my perfect size! Great selection of items, love perusing the clearance section.

Love this store! Not only do the clothes fit me better, but they have plenty in my size and everything is so cute! Usually plus size stores are geared towards the older crowd, but this one has some seriously fashion-forward options for the discerning curvy girl. Can't recommend enough!

Probably won't be back here. When I entered the store I wasn't greeted at all, and then when I finally went up to the checkout I had to wait for someone to ring me up. Which is fine, but then the cashier didn't even address me or speak to me because she was too busy helping her coworker pick out clothing from off the racks and help her put together an outfit she wanted to wear. Can't that wait until after the customers leave? Wasn't a fan of that and in general I felt like the customer service was unprofessional.

Katie is the Bra Whisperer. She is my hero of the week. I ended up buying way, way, way more clothes than I was planning to because of the sales, and I still got out of there for less than $250. It was amazing. And their fitting room is gorgeous: well lit, big mirrors, grate for the hangers so you can organize them however you need to, very convenient.

Love this Torrid! I usually shop Torrid online but always end up with items that don't fit right so I was pretty excited to actually be able to try them on in store. I was greeted right away and as soon as I had a few items in hand one of the girls working came by and brought it to the dressing room for me. Even had my own personal room with my name on the door, that was pretty cool! The rooms are really big with a nice sized mirror and lots of space to hang up clothes. The store was clean and well organized. Loved it, even though I'm 2 hours away I definitely plan on stopping at this location more often.

The staff has always been smiley, helpful, and ready to recommend matching pieces. The clothes are cute and comfortable and it's great to see something I like and not have to wonder if it's available on the other side of the store in a bigger size like in every other clothing store. It is pretty pricey so I go here for "big shopping days." Also the clearance section is a bit cramped space-wise so I tend to feel a bit rushed to look at things quickly so I can get out of the way for other people.

I've been shopping here for a couple years, and the last couple of times I've been I there have been some of my worst times in there. This last time, there were 5 employees all doing nothing but following me around the half-stocked store asking if I needed help. I get that they were being friendly and trying to focus on customer service, but not a single person was stocking the store. It looked like it was going out of business with the lack of clothes on racks and shelves. I also did an online order in the store that was the most frustrating and annoying thing possible. I'll probably order again online, but I'm going to think twice before I go back to the physical building.

I love the clothes! I understand that they just opened and still have bugs to fix but I have gone in there 3 times hoping the experience would be better and it just gets worst and worst. The manager looks like she hates her job. I asked her a question after being ignored the whole time and she was very short. It was like we were bothering her. The cashier was super nice and helpful but I felt like she scared of her boss. She asked her a questions and the manager was rude to her too! I hope that it gets better because they have a great clothes selection and would hate for them to go away.

Love this store! The ladies were super helpful and their dressing rooms are now open. Love the variety of clothes and the stretchy Jean's are the BEST! This is a Boutique so prices are on the higher end but well worth it.

The quality of the clothing here is great. The only other store in Fargo with plus size options that aren't frumpy is Forever 21, and the options there are so limited I've given up. Tiffany who works here is so helpful and nice! She deserves a raise.

I came in looking for a good pair of pants that fit my "generous" build comfortably, and I had much better luck at Torrid than at any of the designer clothing stores in the mall. Not a lot caters to larger women so walking in and finding good comfortable sizing right away is a breath of fresh air. The staff members were very helpful and were able to point me towards good fits and sizing. It is a designer store so price tags will be higher than what you might find at a Walmart or Target but speaking from experience- it's also better fitting and more comfortable. I was also given a nice selection of coupons for joining the rewards program so I will definitely return. If you're a plus sized woman who needs some new duds, check em out.

The staff here are incredible and will go above and beyond to help you find anything you need. The clothes are pricey, but well worth it and last a long time. They also have great sales that make it easier to buy more!!

It seems like the selection is quite low sometimes. It's also hit and miss with the staff as to weather or not someone will be rude to you. Though I haven't seen the rudest of them all in a while. The clothes are worth it if you buy on clearance.

Sooo happy that Torrid has finally come to Fargo!!! 😻 Leif and the other ladies working the afternoon of 11/28 were super helpful & gave honest feedback. I totally forgot about the fans in the dressing rooms!!! 😂 I spent 2 hours trying on practically the whole store while my dog got groomed... several hundred dollars later ( saved almost $200- BOGO 1/2 off the whole store!) I still had to leave a few items behind! It has been impossible to find flattering cuts & longer tops in this town for the 14 years I’ve lived here! I’m so happy I could cry! Leif had to remind me that the store will still be there! Thanks Torrid, I’ll be back & I’m sending all my voluptuous friends!!!

Updating this as I went in for the 1st time in 4 years and just...wow.. service was horrible. No one greeted and let us know what the sales were and no one came and asked if I wanted a dressing room started. The associates were too busy visiting with each other. The store had very slim pickings. Couldn't find many 3 or 4s. And the dressing room was super cluttered. Just had such a great experience in this store! After reading these reviews I was nervous to go there. But the girls where so nice!! Very helpful with my exchange of two swimsuits that were to small. Of course I had to try on a new one and decided to try on more clothes as I don't come to Fargo often. I don't remember their names but it was two longer haird blondes(maybe Ali and Britt) and the third girl had short purplish hair. They live up to the normal of other torrid stores!
