My mom and grandmother went to the store at the end of September, and they all have so many amazing things about the store manager! I sent them in with a list of shows and movies and she just knew exactly what to look for and was so extremely helpful when answering questions and overall made their experience even better! They won’t stop praising her! So huge thank you to her!!!

They were busy with only one cashier so I didn't get my earrings. This hot topic is really small and very uncomfortable to walk around let alone look at stuff you have to be floor level to see when you can barely fit without knocking things down. I'm only 120lbs and 5ft 4 I shouldn't be knocking things off the shelf because there isn't enough space for me. My man has to walk sideways. Needs a bigger store.... upgrade dudes!!! Pretty please 🙏 ☺️

Absolutely! Love the manager and the assistant manager. They were able to help me figure out where my hot cash went. And even helped me finagle a little bit more when I was a few dollars off of getting an extra hot cash

Love the people and the atmosphere of this place. Definitely recommend for a good t-shirt or just about anything if you're into anime or goth.

Was picking an order up. Staff there got it quickly. I just miss the old Hot Topic that was less Disney and anime.

This hot topic in general seems like it’s choices of items had gone down in the years. Nothing really to chose from but the corpse of a dying store really. Nice pins though…

Their selection has gotten smaller since I last visited the physical location in West Acres Mall; which was probably in 2019. It still has a good variety of clothing that you would expect from Hot Topic but I was disappointed in the selection. Prices are reasonable. Customer service was good. My bonus daughter found what she was looking for and got enough off her purchase to get another Tshirt so she was happy!

Selection has gone way down over the years. Store seems empty now and clothing always runs super small. A xl is darn near a large.

There is always a great selection. I love how knowledgeable the employees are. They always have a great sale going on. My daughter loves this store. It’s easy for me to put a smile on her face without having to spend a ton of money.

I may be biased, as I've been going here since my edgy teenage years, but Hot Topic will always have a place in my heart. The staff is normally friendly and willing to help, be it getting something from a top shelf or answering questions for you. That being said they normally have a limited stock and it's difficult finding things in certain sizes at times. But it's always worth a look. They have some pretty neat items.

The stores always great. Only downside to our recent trip was I wish we could have been told prior to signing up for their credit card that that days purchase is automatically put on that billing. That was a major down to that experience!

The staff is either amazing or incompetent. I purchased several items under the buy one get one and it didnt ring in right. The sweetest guy with the pink mohawk type cut knew all his stuff. Merch is hit or miss. Sizing is small in women's, per norm of corporate companies. Mens sizes are true though. Also there are always good sales. Bogo, 30% off, etc.

It is awesome store but when my mom got bunch of hot cash we could only use it one at a time since she got a lot of them from buying a lot of stuff there since my mom is into the emo phase cause of me im sorry l but we couldnt go back there with it since of the covid which is pretty sad but glad there reopened love this place still

Lovely store with helpful staff. They never have shirts in the size we want. Apparently everyone else wants that size too. But we keep hoping that some day the Stars will align and we will get a shirt.
