It’s a really nice store if you want quality clothes and other items this is the store because they STAND Behind there products but note the prices are a little bit more expensive but !! I can say that it’s worth it, I’ve had coat’s and sweaters that are still in really good condition. But I will just say that I haven’t tried everything in the store but I don’t see anyone having any issues.

We love this company! Their clothing is very well made. It is a little more expensive them similar type stores, however the quality is worth it. The sizing of both their men's and women's clothing is different from most stores. We go here for good quality winter casual clothing.

The employee that greeted us was friendly and informed us that a sale was going on. The clothing there really wasn’t anything that either my husband or I would wear. We just visited because of the commercials. The prices are a little high for items you could find cheaper at REI with higher quality. The women’s clothing selection is pretty limited. I don’t think I will be shopping here in the future.

Quality (though, expensive) workwear. Too many choices, and the staff, while knowledgeable, is BUSY. I prefer to shop at home (I'm less confused by all the choices!), order on line, and pick it up at the store. Free shipping! If there's a problem with the order, the staff quickly and correctly fix/exchange the item. All the inventory choices do not make browsing shopping easy in my opinion.

I really like the work clothes. They're not the cheapest but the quality is excellent and they're very comfortable to wear. Usually I order online but I was near the store so I stopped in. Sales staff was very helpful showing and explaining the different options.

This store was so cool to come into. If you love the catalog in the mail, seeing everything in person was even better. Spent twice as much as I want to, ha! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were deals written out on paper next to certain items and when I took those items to the register they did not ring up on sale. I had to catch it and tell the cashier who had to ask the manager at the front if that was correct. She confirmed and he rang up two more items of the same thing, didn't catch that they were the same, had to tell him again. Otherwise this store has actual items of great quality that people in the outdoors will actually use! Awesome!

Love the clothes, but 3 stars because when I went to pick up an online order at the store I was told UPS hadn't been there yet. That was at 2 pm. Checked tracking at 6 pm and pkg had been there since 11. Was also suppose to get an email to inform me when my pkg arrived at the store, never got that either. Maybe a little training for employees on online shipments and UPS delivery and communication to their customers to avoid another trip back to the store.

This medium-sized store is chock full of practical, no-nonsense, top quality clothing and merchandise for regular people who have a sense of humor. Yes it's all on the pricey side but you'll get your money's worth in the long run because this stuff won't wear out any time soon.

Well that was neat! The store looks good, and the service is very friendly. The clothes are pricy, but of amazing quality. The "buck naked" underwear is, weight a doubt, the most comfortable I've ever worn. There are some organization issues with the displays though; for instance, the men's underwear is organized from small to 4x, too to bottom. So, the smalls are up about 7', and the 4x is basically in the floor. People who wear small tend to be short. People who wear 4x tend to be tall, and may have trouble bending that far over. It doesn't make sense 🤔 But overall, great store!

I came to this store knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. I had a gift card that I recieved for Christmas and bought two tshirts. Three store was not busy and the employees heated me when I came in the front door and gave me space to browse. After I picked out the two shirts I wanted I looked around at the new things this brand it's always coming out with. I love the flex pants and always watch for any sale that I can use to add more to my closet.

I had seen the TV commercials but I had never been to the store. And I was thrilled to learn of the one in Nebraska, although I wished it was closer than 5 hours away. In any case, the store was as I expected, great selection and friendly staff.

I purchased two pair of flex fire hose pants at different times. They are some of the most comfortable pants that I own. Unfortunately, as of recently they have shrunk in length by almost 2". We wash all our clothes in cold water unless something is extremely dirty, then we use warm water. They have been dried in the dryer many times with all our other clothes. Therefore I urge everyone to buy all flex fire hose pants one size longer than normal. When I took them back to exchange them, all I wanted to do was exchange them for a size longer. They returned them at the price I bought them for and then sold the new ones for full price. I ended up paying $15 dollars more to exchange them and lost out on the sale price that I originally got. So if your pants shrink and you got them on sale, soak them in water and hang weights off of each leg to restretch them back to the same length (that is basically what I was informed to do), or buy them too long and roll them up until they shrink.

Great clothing and great. Durable, nice looking and a great fit especially if you're stocky. Clothing allows you to move while you're working and doesn't bind. Their dressier clothes are also a great fit for guys that dont like restrictive clothing

APPEARS EXPENSIVE, VERY WORTH IT! Update 5-4-22 My entire closet and dresser is full of Duluth clothes. According to my wife I'm addicted, but I say when you find something you like go all in. I can't say enough good things about Duluth's quality, longevity, comfort and style. I wish I had found Duluth a long time ago.

I have been ordering from Duluth for years online and was pumped when I heard they were coming to Ankeny. First off, I am a huge fan of their clothing, flex firehouse, buck naked boxers, long tail T's and so on. The storefront is very inviting, friendly staff and environment. They have refreshments if you'd like and a broken down tractor to check out in the store. The layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for and the staff is more than willing to help. Check it out for yourself!
