To keep it real, this place is mainly a mashup of used clothing and other stuff, but I wouldn't call that bad at all. In my eyes, I think this is a decent store, plus there's crazy cheap stuff inside (cameras, phone holders, pants, shirts, and so much more). Sweet deals! Too bad the fitting rooms are closed though. Also one of the ladies working there is wild. She asked a little boy if he was half black, so its definitely got that "we cant find anyone else to work here" vibe going for it. The kid's mom didnt seem to mind.

I used to love Burlington. Nowadays you can barely find what you are looking for. We went a couple of days ago ( April) to get some suits for adults and kids and could not find any displayed. There are large empty spaces in the store, so I guess they are doing some rearranging. But still, this has been going on for some time now.

They had an good selection of stuff all throughout the store. They are downsizing it seems as the whole back of the store is empty. They almost always have my husbands size shoe. Size 17 is hard to come by.

Obviously there is going to be a mess, just like every discount store. But this is the largest Burlington in Des Moines. They do their best to have the store clean and updated with new seasonal items. The staff do their best ❤️

I always love coming here. There is always a very large selection of clothing and coats available, and everyone is great. I realize that coats are a necessity when the time is appropriate, but they always have plenty of style options and good names to choose from. Burlington Coat Factory is the place to go for fair pricing, friendly service, and merchandise variety.

Nukina and Monica are AWESOME, VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Very friendly, also the manager guy who takes off the security tags on the evening of 10/15 2017 was awesome. We had a great experience ....my husband mentioned that its a little messy..but staff is GREAT!!!!

This place is always a mess and the staff looks stressed. You can tell that they have had lost prevention issues because there is always employees walking around watching people. The selection of merchandise is good and priced fair.
