I like their collections. Sometimes it’s higher price to buy. If someone wants to buy cheaper price that’s not place to go. Their bag collection is so nice. I got two leather bags in clearance aisle with reasonable price. Other beauty accessories like clutches clip, lipstick or makeup item can be found in cheap price!!!!

Always been a repeating customer here. Although I must say, the last time I came here I was in fitting room and the person in next fitting room was smoking and the smell was awful. I was a little disturbed and upset but can't blame the store for the actions of other's. However, now that it's mentioned maybe the staff can look into that situation. The selection is usually very good, but the next time I've found is during the Clear The Racks sale they have once or twice a year. I usually shop the clearance racks since even the discounted prices (compared to those at Nordstrom) are still abut steep for me.

Their shoe section is always a disaster and having size 15 shoes means a very limited selection anyway. Having to try and dig through so many shoes that are in the wrong place makes it unenjoyable and made me leave without buying anything

Been very pleased over the years, but rather disappointed on one of my shopping visits during a "Final Sale Event." I understood that it was final sale, but during the pandemic, you're not allowed to try on earrings (I certainly understand), but when I went to try it on at home, the earrings were defected. I tried to return the item, but the cashier simply refused and didn't bother to ask a manager either. Mind you, I spent several hundred dollars on this trip alone.

However, they took the time to print it out for me. Great selection except for women's jeans. Boulder or Parkmeadows have a larger selection due to location. Awesome markdowns.

Not the best Nordstrom Rack for me and my tastes. Small makeup, skincare, hair section. Lingerie section is also pretty bare, limited selection. And there's hardly any selection when it comes to handbags. Staff isn't super helpful, but they're not rude either. There are decent sized athletic wear and men's clothing departments. They also carry some pretty high dollar designers (Gucci, etc.) but these are priced accordingly and for the most part are limited to one small rack of items.

Nordstrom rack is well known. Nothing especially interesting to report about this one. The trade off of price for service and availability is especially favorable for sizes on the ends, small and XL typically have better numbers than medium or large.

I’m a out of town shopper from New Mexico. I was shopping for a Betsy Johnson purse, so I headed to your location on Friday 4/9/21 my family of 4 was greeted by a friendly gentleman cleaning the front end of the store. I didn’t find Betsy, but I found a cute MKs tote. I wasn’t sure if I wanted it . We left, that night at the hotel I did some research, and I decided I wanted the purse! On 4/10/21 we came back to the Colorado at location. The same gentleman cleaning the front of the store was cleaning carts. He recognized my family and said “ oh hey again guys!!! “ I wish I knew his name. Store was busy, being a spring Saturday this is understandable. Worker walking the floor helped unlock my purse and Bezawit D was phenomenal at check out. So nice and friendly even with the rush. Helped me sign up when she rang up my purchase ( we found a few goodies $234 to be on the dot ) . By doing this I was able to save $5!! Really friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoy shopping at this location. It can get crowded here though so try to get into the card only checkout line. It is way faster then the normal checkouts. Just make sure you pay attention to the announcements. That's when they tell you if they're offering this option or not.

I usually love shopping at Nordstrom Rack. I recently bought online 2 pair of shoes on final sale that turned out to run very small. They can’t be returned nor can I get a bigger size, literally stuck with them. Pretty disappointed with the customer care and the lack of options. Just be aware that if you buy final sale there’s no way you can amend the fact that you order the wrong size.

Your typical Nordstrom Rack. Lots and lots of nice clothes, shoes and accessories. Fairly organized compared to other Racks I've been to. The employees were really nice, helpful and definitely seemed to know their stuff when it comes to rewards and stuff. Some sketchy folks walking around, but what can yah do? Overall, good.

Great selection, I stick only to the clearance racks and can get an amazing amount of clothing for $50-$100. The Rack is not for people who don't have the patience for garage sales, swap meats or thrift markets. If you take the time to comb, however, you can find amazing deals on clothes. Accessories and shoes typically aren't discounted quite as steeply but are still affordable depending on what you're looking for. Decently priced make up, intimates and (surprisingly) pillows!

This store is my go to for shopping. It's always been a 5 star location. However, today I went in to find new sunglasses .. (I've got a gift card that's burning a hole in my wallet 😊). Sunglasses are located near front entrance - security guard steps away. I picked out a pair .. dropped my mask just below my nose to see what they looked like on me ... Within a minute the security guard loudly told me to pull my mask back on!!! I replied, " how am I supposed to see what they look like on?" Granted the nearest customer was 10 feet away. Needless to say I complied and walked away. They lost that sale.

I love this place. Only lost a star because the bathrooms have been gross the last couple times I've been in and the general store area has been a mess. You used to be able to check out almost anywhere with a credit card, but apparently that has gone away. Bummer. It's like an Easter egg hunt but there are often great gems.

Always a great treasure hunt. Use mobile checkout with associates throughout store instead of waiting in long checkout lines. Great additional clearance sales as well as everyday low prices. This location is one of top 3 N Racks stores in the country. Over 80% of mdse is new for NRack, not sent from main store. Fantastic designer jewelry and watches, accessories, handbags and shoes. New mdse arrives weekly, more at beginning of month. Only downside no women's plus sizes.

I don't like how clothing is set up ie I find it difficult to find what I'm looking for. However, they have a lot of inventory to choose from (if you can find what you are looking for!) Last week I looked for a pair of summer sandals. I thought the selection was extremely poor. There were winter boots but not one pair of decent sandals. Usually they have great shoes but not that week!

Went in today to get suit for a wedding with some shoes and other stuff. I met Brenden in the men’s department who went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find everything I needed. I’m the least fashionable guy and Brenden helped me pick up a set up that not only made me look like a million dollar, I also felt like a million dollars. Better than Belmar, by far. Older clerks are quite helpful! Young ones, not so much. As a longtime Nordstrom customer (Seattle 1986) I recall the halcyon days of stellar customer service. Even nowadays, Nordstrom proper (NOT Nordstrom Rack!) in Park Meadows does a decent job of greeting me, assisting me, and ringing up my purchases. Shopping here at Nordstrom Rack Cherry Creek is hit-or-miss with customer service. On one hand, an older lady with an unusual Nordic name gave me the best bra fitting I've had anywhere, including those at high-end lingerie shops in Manhattan. On the other hand, a young heavyset Hispanic girl who smelled of marijuana stared at me blankly when I asked her for assistance locating the mate of a perfect black shoe, which seemed to be the last of its kind anywhere in the store. When shopping here, I advise you to ask the older clerks for assistance, as many of them seem to have come from Nordstrom and thus are well-versed in world-class customer service. Avoid the young clerks, they're virtually useless, unless perhaps you're looking to smell marijuana.

Upscale Ross or Tj Maxx when it comes to the selection. The way the merchandise is presented leaves a bit to be desired, but it guess it comes with the territory of a discount store. Great shoe selection. Men's section is maybe 1/5th of the store. There is always something you want to take home, you just have to work on finding it.
