Great customer service. Bought a pair of boots in my regular size but they were too small. I took over 6 months to return them because I stuffed them in the back of my closet and forgot them. They still refunded me for the boots despite that. Will look at their site for my next purchase.

Great customer service! Was looking for a new Stetson hat and Michelle went out of her way to find a particular model I was looking for in the stock room. When they didn’t have the one I wanted she offered to order it for me. Their hat shaper reshaped my straw hat while I was waiting and did not charge for it even though I did not buy it from them. Really appreciated that! Wish they had more hats in their showroom to choose from but would definitely come back here because of the friendly and helpful staff!

I had a great experience buying boots here. I’ve visited other stores, but no one has helped me out like this place. They explained how the boot should fit, how it will break in, and how I could remedy my own boots that were too large, should I choose to go that route. I opted to buy a new pair. Very happy I choose to buy from here instead of the “barn.”

Awsome place. The staff there are extremely nice and helpful. There is a nice collection of clothing. The colors available on some of their hats are on limited supply due to supply chain issues, but other than that, a solid store with a solid staff!

I am by no stretch of the imagination a cowboy. Nor, do I want to play one on TV. But I have always wanted a pair of boots. And for years I've stopped by Western stores all of the country with my travels. I stopped into what I thought was a hole in the wall, to find three ladies that went out of their way to make sure not only that leave with a pair of boots, but I left with a pair of boots that I loved, fit me, work for my personality, and didn't make everybody around me think I was trying to pretend to be something I'm not. A special shout-out to Olivia! She took a city boy, and made him feel comfortable in a room full of cowboys. This place is the real deal, and unequivocally, without exception, the friendliest and most gracious group of people I've ever met any Western store. Thank you! You made this city boy feel like he does have the right to wear a good pair of cowboy boots.

Trent the owner of Greeley Hat Works called Jen down at corral western wear because I needed some new boots n clothes to go with my new hats. Jen at first was wandering why a city slicker was in her store but soon warmed up n made sure I was well taken care of, Jen is an all star.The clothes were a bit pricey but worth it. I will return and purchase again.

Went in for boots and they probably have the best selection in Denver for sizes. I have narrow feet and it's a nightmare finding 11.5b boots. However they had great deal of boots 11.5b and a on sale. I loved the elephant and giraffe Anderson Boots. They also have a great selection of straw hats. Overall, if you want a pair of boots come here and youll find the perfect fit and style.

Carhartt, Ariat, Dan Post and alot more. Definitely always my only western store for 40 years now. Parent raised me wearing western wear from this exact location.

This was honestly the best experience I have had anywhere in a long time. When i went in i was in a great mood, i left in an even greater mood. I'm a size 14, they had plenty of boots in my size, Which most places dont. And the young lady I believe her name was Michelle that was helping us was extremely helpful, in a great mood, and seemed she loved to have her job. My boots ended up getting torn up at work and had a job to finish so I called ahead and found a pair of boots they had in stock and I bought them over the phone and picked them up on my way from work and was extremely helpful. Perfect western wear post where one can get ALL things western. Saddles and rope, hats, boots, dusters, spurs, buckles, etc. Very pleased with the staff(which appeared to be family), asking if needed help from time to time but not overly attentive. Better pricing than most, with great sells on attractive boots. Everything western you could ask for.

She was completely helpful and stayed with us the entire time to make sure the boots fit and we ordered the correct ones. This place is amazing! They have what a cowboy needs. They have shoes that run pretty big and clothes of course. I had them order the pair of shoes I wanted and it only took about a week till I went back to get them. They are helpful and will more than likely find your style and size if they don't have the one you want there.

Shopping for boots for my Dad and finally after 5 other boot stores, this place had the best variety, prices, and customer service! We walked in, he told them what he was looking for and the size, and we walked out happy within 5min. Definitely recommend this place for all western lovers!! Great store with lots of options. Was shopping for a western style short for my husband and was blown away by options. He is a L Tall to XL Tall, not an easy one to find as shirts tend to be too wide and too short on his torso and the absolute huge selection we found was amazing. Usually when you find Talls it's about 1 option and most of the time it's more XXL Talls. This store had plenty of all sizes and a great helpful staff too boot. Pun intended as they did have an awesome selection of boots.

If you are looking for a new or used saddle, this is the place to go first. The helpful staff will help you understand the difference between brands and make a decision that will benefit you and your horse. Lots of great tack, boots, etc. and tons of ropes. Great store overall.

I needed a less expensive "cowboy" hat to keep the sun off at work. They fixed me up with a dandy, and shaped it to boot! They also sell "Corona" ointment! Even if you don't have livestock, that stuff should be on the "strategic substances" list! Find an old-timer (me) to tell you all of the uses.

A cowboys dream- I have never seen so much Western Wear and accessories and just all kinds of amazing clothing and shirts and pants all Western Wear was just fabulous the girl Michelle that helped me was very nice I can't say enough good about this place... she took the time to walk to the store with me to find some clothing you're looking for I took pictures as I was going through a store and I realized it was just not enough camera for that store haha this is a great place to shop and I do highly recommend it....
