Good store in general. They have got a good range of products. Even though I thought that the store was expensive, after visiting I found that there were multiple inexpensive items. 1 star less as I didn’t find representatives to help me.

Just its renowned name was enough to draw my wife's attention. Once there, she didn't want to leave -- lots of quality fashionably brand clothing in unbelievable (some up to 90%) discount, it now almost becomes her daily goto-place.

Plenty of options to choose from in clothing, shoes, bags, jewelry and luggage. Men’s selections and women’s choices are laid out in an easy to find selection. The prices aren’t very reasonable for an outlet type store but if you have the patience to dig through the sales, you can find some that are worth it.

Not find of selections. Waste of time. Liked them better when they were only an online store; much better quality, brands, and selections. To sift through this much 'ick' rather go to a thrift store. Guaranteed to have a few decent, unique selections.

The clothes racks are a hot mess. Good selection but it’s so hard to find a size, clothes are hung in all sorts of places. This place can really use some organizing. Unfortunately that made it difficult to even look and took too long.

The team member that helped me was knowledgeable, helpful, interested. She cared about my business and her work ethic was laudable. She stopped in the middle of what she was doing to assist me and took the effort, not only to direct me to the area and products I was looking for, but she stayed engaged and helped me further with a consultative sales approach AND she escorted me to the register where she directly and personally checked me out. Her recommendation made a great gift and my gf was very happy. She made me a hero on Christmas.

Store was well organized and employees were mostly friendly. While I was standing in line, a manager was talking to a girl who had applied for a position and was extremely rude to her…asked what her availability was and then cut her off saying “nope that’s not going to work” and sent her on her way.

I purchased a Winter Dress Jacket from this location. It was great deal. What was even more impressive than the deal was the customer service and hospitality I received upon checking out. Theresa was my cashier, she referred to me by name after looking my number up in their system. She ask of I plan to wear my jacket. I responded yes. She proceeded to remove the tags for me and assisted me in putting the jacket on. She gave me, by far, the best customer service I have ever received at a retail store. When you have people like this as part of your organization, it creates customers that are loyal beyond measure. Thank you, Theresa.

I usually love this location but they missed the mark last time I was there. The line took me at least half an hour to get through. I understand there’s a clearance event, but I would think management would know to staff appropriately, especially with added safety measures requiring more time. Three cashiers and a line of 25 people makes for slow going. I’ll be back, but I hope they staff appropriately next time.

Holy Cow! This store is massive! The selection is amazing and really well stocked/kept clean. Nothing was cluttered or messy - three cheers for organization! The fitting rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The prices are great.

Great deals! Mark even recognized me from my shopping at the Nordstrom Easton and took a minute to walk me through the store. They have great stuff at a tremendous deal and really nice staff. I must have been asked 10 times if I needed any help or someone to open a dressing room for me and to hold what I'd picked so far but with no pressure to buy anything. Well done!

Very patient when I couldn't find my gift card. Very efficient with time and courtesy when it was time for me to check out. I definitely recommend this location.I'm not the biggest fan of to shop at Easton because of the crowds but this was a great alternative.

I was wrong about Nordsorm rack, for some reason I didnt think Nordstrom would be my cup of tea. Ohhhh How Was I wrong, Name brand luxury at affordable prices!! Cant go wrong. Ive found several hidden gems at Nordstrom. Id highly advise stopped by a couple times a year. Even if you dont see anything, dont let that prevent you from going back. You might be just as surprised as I was.

I have a love hate relationship with this store. I always find great shoes with lots of selection. Jean's are a hit or miss. Almost everytime I can not find my size in the Paige, Madewell or Hudson brands. The worst part of this store is the customer service and rude employees. I had a few bad experiences here with employees. The latest occurrence happened at the checkout line and I have not been back since. The cashier didnt seem very enthused to be working. I had to use the restroom and was near front of store looking at purses before checkout. I asked if they could hold my 2 pairs of boots ar register while I use the restroom. The employee stated "NOPE". I said ok can I just set it on counter at this closed register, they then reply "No you can't". I threw my stuff in a cart and pulled it next to bathroom to then go back to the checkout line to purchase the shoes from the same person. If that's an actual rule possibly explaining it better or politely responding could go a long way. I recommend going to the Easton location instead!

So many good deals on everything from heels to jewls. Even if it may still seem pricey the over all deal is worth it, I bought my uniform shoes here every year in high school. They also have make up which is nice, plus they have a sale rack on top of already slashed prices. However, it is kind of like a tj. Maxxs for upper middle class

One of my favorite stores to shop at. Always have options at good prices. We found a sweatshirt at Nordstrom Rack that was 30% off at Kohl's and it was still $5 higher than Nordstrom Rack.
