My experience at Milano's was amazing! I worked with associate Eric Wood. I had two major events that were three weeks apart, and needed two different looks. I explained to him what I was looking for and he did the rest. He assembled both looks for me and made sure that I looked my best for each. When you go to Milano's, ask for Eric Wood. He'll make sure that you leave satisfied.

I was in need of a suit in very short order for a funeral. I saw the highly rated reviews of Milano Men's wear, and stopped in. I was greeted immediately upon entering, and we found EXACTLY what I was looking for on the first try. Mr. Milano did the measuring for the hem and told me that they would perform the alterations immediately - WHILE I WAITED! I cannot recommend Milano Men's Wear highly enough. Very reasonable prices, huge selection, OUTSTANDING customer interaction and service, and all the while with a big smile on his face. Do yourself a favor and check them out...

This review is long overdue, but Milano is the best! Al and the rest of the associates treated me like family. Never had great service like this. Had a a wedding and they got me together in time and went out of their way to accommodate all my needs. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Background: I own a big boxy blue suit purchased in 2009 worn one time to my Daughters College Graduation, and one time for my Fathers funeral. (I am not a suit guy.) Needed a suit for my Daughters Wedding Celebration, and read a good review of "Milanos MensWear" east of Columbus. Was greeted almost immediately by AL Milano, explained to him my lack of Suit savvy, and within an hour he had me looking as good as I think I could look, in a Vested Grey Suit, with a Rose colored shirt and tie! Highly Recommended. (Even my wife approved, which is saying a lot!!)

We visited Milano Men's wear today. We got exceptional service. Al Milano personally worked with my husband to help him feel comfortable with buying his suit. My husband was hesitant to buy a suit after many years. Mr. Milano eased my husband's concerns about fi and style. We got his suit ordered with alterations, tie, shoes and shirt all for the price for just a suit somewhere else. You will not be disappointed if you shop here.

Short Review: Outstanding experience! Chuck and Fletcher are incredibly talented. Milano's is a total servce delivery kind of place! Long Review: This is the place to go if you want to find a great suit for a great price! They have it all. Not only is the selection great, but the customer service you will receive is second to none. Go on a Sunday like I did and you'll probably be met by Fletcher. One look at this guy and you'll I'mmeadiately know you came to the right place. Fletcher is an incredibly talented salesmen. Perfect amount of insistence to help without ever adding any pressure to the interaction. I went in for one suit. I planned to leave with one suit. Not only did Fletcher help me find a great suit, he also talked me into a second suit that looked so good, it would have been a crime to leave it on the rack. The other benefit of coming to Milano Menswear is that they do in house alterations. They even accept outside alterations. I mean, what more could you ask for, right? Chuck, that's who. Again, you will take one look at this guy and know that you're in good hands. Chuck is the assistant manager who is also incredibly talented at taking correct measurements. An invaluable skill. He's the guy who makes your suit look like it was made for you. Like you were born to wear it. I cannot stress the alterations enough. They are absolutely essential when it comes to looking your best. And please, don't be that guy who asks if alterations are included in the suit price. I got the impression they get asked that a lot. That is NOT a reasonable request. If you've ever picked up a needle and thread, you'll understand the skill and time required to do what needs done to make that suit your second skin. The price of your suit also has no impact on the price of alterations. It is best to consider them to be two separate services, because they are. It is worth every penny to have your suit tailored and lucky for you, their alteration prices are competitive as well. I left Milano's with $300 more in my pocket than I expected to leave with. However, I was looking at their dress coats on the way out and wow! I may need to pick up one of those when I go back in to pick up my suits. I'm starting to understand the business model. 10/10

Nice selection of suits for resonable prices. They also taylor here as well and can have certain items ready the same day of purchase. I love the staff here as well. This location can get busy.

I walked in the store and it was extremely busy, but I was immediately greeting and when I told them I needed a suit for a black tie formal wedding, the gentlemen showed me a great suit, in the right size just by eyeballing me. He got the shirt size right and put together a four piece outfit, measured me and got me through a long line of customers at check out in 15 minutes. When they told me the price for suit, extras and tailoring I couldn't believe it. Exceptional service at exceptional value! I'd give them more stars, if I could.

This place was unlike any other mens wear store that I have been to. Upon walking in and only looking at a suit for a few second I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help ( Just in time because I forgot my suit size) and then after that I felt like royalty because Al took great care of me and he was able to point me in the right direction for everything and had great alternative for some of my specific searches I was looking for. I came in with an open mind and came out with a sexy new suit, dress shirt and shoes for all a great price!

I really like this place. Husband and I both went and got fitted, hubby for a suit and myself for a pair of dress pants and men's button up shirt , both of us needing them for work. Even though myself being a lady and not the typical client for a fitting they treated me just as they did my hubby... Not many places do that. It was great being able to have a mans pair of pants tailored to my much shorter height for work. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service skills . We will be making trips here for future needs and not anywhere else.

I was in a pinch and needed a suit in about 15 minutes. These guys came to the rescue! Excellent service and amazing prices. Not only were they able to find me a suit, fit it, and tailor it for me all within about 15 minutes, but he even discounted the suit about half price from what it normally sold for because he didn't have the color I had originally wanted in my size. If I lived in Columbus I would certainly go here again!

Absolutely the finest service. I put Lance in two back to back rush situations. He put me in a charcoal grey 3 piece suit Sunday and had it altered and ready for pickup Monday mid morning. The again I did it to him today (Thurs), he had me in a 3 piece Business Navy suit first thing 10a for pickup Tuesday. I got a call by 11:45a and suddenly needed it for Monday. One call to Lance he told me to come pick it up now. 20min later I had suit in hand with his excellent suggestion of tie. Absolute professional.
