There has been a change at the E. Broad St City Trends,the manager and employees have done an amazing job of keeping the store neat and organized, nothing like it was before. I’m giving a 3.7 because the selection was limited. Thank you Citi Trends Town & Country! We appreciate you providing a clean store and pleasant associates!

Very good customer service while shopping today. Both cashiers at the front (manager and cashier) were extremely helpful, patient and kind even though they were super busy.

Citi trends is a quick go to store. It is far from my favorite but they receive 4 stars because they are convenient. They have colorful selection. The selections very from baby to adult. And they even have home goods in the back of the store. Staff arent the friendliest. That's ok.

I found everything I was looking for. The inventory seemed a little sparse but it's the holiday shopping season. I don't shop here often so I can't fairly say it's always like that. Overall I'm a happy customer and will likely check them out more often.

Actual name brand clothing for literally a fraction of the price. If you want the best finds you may have to go at least twice a week. One and done in a sense. The toys are OK but the home decor is AMAZING
