Tux came with plenty of time to have some minor adjustments made. Katie is great at what she does she is patient she makes suggestions but at the end of the day she allows you to make the final call. I recently purchased and was fitted for a custom suit, sport coat, shirts and pants by Balani’s representative, Katie Hire. The clothes were top notch in quality and fit. The customer service, care and professional attitude by Katie Hire was simply amazing! We can’t say enough about how great she was to work with and how knowledgeable she was with everything we needed. We also had a very minor adjustment needed for one item with the rest being perfect. I recently purchased 2 suits and got the three shirts free. I worked with Katie and she was excellent. I visited the Columbus store from Dayton and Katie worked to get me in on a Saturday as this was easier for my schedule. This was a huge help given my busy schedule. The fitting/measurement process was quite seamless. Katie had great taste and helped me choose a charcoal and navy suit along with the accompanying inner lining and shirt styles. It took several weeks for the initial tailoring to be completed, however Katie promptly texted me when the suits were ready for the first try on. Katie’s availability through text made the process easy. My second Fitting was last minute on my end, but Katie again was flexible and got me in quickly. The pants and shirts fit great and I was able to take them home that day. The suit jacket needed a bit more fine tuning. I needed the suits for a function the following week in Texas and they got them done and mailed them to my location in Texas. Overall I was very pleased with Katie and Balani. The suits fit great. The free shirts were part of the deal but I love them as well. Highly recommend Katie and Balani. Will definitely be back for future custom items.

He doesn't like anything to fit tight. Each time he wares one of the shirts he ordered he always comments on how much he likes the fit and the fabric. Had a black tie outfit made here which looks excellent and feels great, just wishing I had places to go right now. Katie Hire has impeccable taste and is precise with the measurements. There is a selection of different fabrics at different price ranges so if you are planning to spend more than $600 on a suit off the rack I would seriously suggest spending just a bit more to get something that is a lot better.

My experience here was second to none. My only problem is that I’ll never be able to go anywhere else for a suit! Every part of the experience feels like it is tailored for you: the customer service is fantastic, their team takes a personal interest in your event, and they take the time to get to know you and your style. My fiancé and I worked with Carissa to build the suit for my wedding, and we would recommend her to anyone! The options for customization are seemingly endless: you can walk out of Balani with a timeless classic, a floral-lined Batman suit, or anything in between. Despite the staggering array of choices, our consultant did an amazing job guiding us through every step of the process and pointing us in the right direction. Not once did we feel lost or over our heads. We took plenty of time to make decisions, but we never felt rushed. In fact, they appear to only schedule one client at a time, so their full attention is always with you. This was especially nice mid-pandemic. Exposure to others was very low, and their office space is incredibly clean. Physical distance was maintained as well as possible, and the entire experience felt safe. Getting to the suit itself, nothing has ever fit me better. This is undoubtedly due to the skill of their consultants and the 50 measurements they take (compared to the two or three of other suit shops). The difference between this suit and the others in my closet is unbelievable, and they had it finished ahead of the estimated time frame. Once you have your suit, Balani helps you take care of it as long as you own it with button swaps, tailoring, hemming, etc. They offer all of the accents to complement your outfit, but at no point did I feel pressured or compelled to get any of them (although I did). All told, I’m already wanting to get married a second time so can have an excuse to go back. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

From the very beginning the atmosphere was dynamic. The shop was neat and clean. The fabric samples made it easy for my to pick the fabric that I liked. The measurements that were taken were so very close that the final fit was not hard to be obtained. Katie Hire has an eye for detail. I would say that the whole experience was first class. Even when I went to pick up the final product Katie took the time to allow me a chance to window shop. As a result I do not have to look for shoes because I found out that Balani sells and makes shoes. I don't have to rack my brains out looking for a nice tie because there was a table full of them.
