Excellent customer service. Store was clean, well organized and well stocked. I received exemplary service from Teresa, who assisted in picking out a shirt to go with pants I already chose. Bipin was also extremely helpful and engaging; very easy to talk to. Both associates called me by name throughout my visit. This was my best experience in a DXL store.

Prices were what we expected for name brands, just happy son was able to find what he needed for upcoming wedding.

Don, I see your name on many of these reviews and I had to add my own. I was greeted by Don as I walked in the door and directed to the area I needed to look. I was helped to a fitting room with a couple hand picked selections. They didn’t have the color I was looking for in store but Don was able to order me two pairs of the style I wanted in the color I needed to be delivered to my home. I honestly couldn’t tell you the last time I received such high quality service. Thanks again, Don!

excellent, it has been a few weeks and I was there due to My Mother's passing while I was in the Columbia SC area visiting her. I believe the gentleman that helped me was Don Johnson, i hope that was it. He was seamless in getting me fitted and out of the store...he was spectacular!!!

Heyyy guys!!! When u're a nice structured man as myself & you want 2 look VERY nice & be comfortable @ the same time, DXL is the place 2 go!!! Mr Jones was a Great help as are the other workers I've encountered while there on other visits!!! Prices are manageable, but the quality is worth it!!! From shoes, socks, blazers, to tees & other hidden gems, you'll be impressed!!! Take advantage of their coupons or $$$ off or % off when available & I guarantee you'll be back!!!😎

I hate buying clothes. Unless it’s here at this DXL or on DXL.com As a regular customer for big and tall clothes I tend to find that I have better luck with finding what I need and having friendly help when I visit this store. DXL on harbison has always been the best option for men’s clothing. And helpful staff!

I bought a pair of pants from here because they were the only place that had my size. Unfortunately, the pants didn't hold up to my constant walking at my job. I was worried I would have to go through a long, involved process to get anything done, but they took care of me with no difficulty and supreme respect. I greatly appreciate being treated so valuably as a customer. Will recommend to anyone that asks.

Went to this store on 9/24/16 soon after they opened. I was attending a wedding and needed shoes. I wasn't happy with the selection. A lot of the shoes were more casual and not as fancy as I was looking for. I will say that the customer service was excellent. The young woman working there was very professional and patient with me while I was picking out my shoes. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I'm in the area.

My husband is a big dude and it's usually hard to find his size in other stores. DXL has big men sizes in clothes, underwear and shoes. We did spend more than we would normally spend on clothes but it was totally worth it. Quality clothes and the staff was very nice and helpful.
