Latoya, Jackie and Gabrielle 🌟 ⭐️💫 Thank you Ladies SO much! I came in with no appointment to purchase my MOH dress and ended up helping my BFF find a dress via video chat. Kudos Gabrielle!! The energy of the staff, the atmosphere was so welcoming. I was alone but definitely did not feel like it while I was there. They are a great team. Amazing experience! You won't be disappointed at this location.

My experience there on 12 May 2022 was just what I wanted. With only 4 weeks til my wedding my hopes of finding my dress was slim!!! Kat was my consultant and she did awesome. I was her first bride she ever consulted because she is not a consultant, but stepped in to assist when the store needed help. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by an uplifting woman whose name I cannot remember. I feel bad by not remembering her name became her energy is CONTAGIOUS!!!! I wanted a black simple formal dress for my wedding and was not looked down upon and was still treated like a BRIDE even though I was non traditional. My wedding turned out beautifully and I felt so elegant and beautiful. Thank you so much for helping me ring the bell, I found my dress!!!!!!!!!

Jackie and Q did an absolutely amazing job helping me find my perfect dress for my big day!! They were both very patient with me, and did their absolute best to give me the full vision. I can’t praise them enough. They made my whole group feel comfortable and they even hyped me up themselves when I found “the one”. I will always recommend these ladies! Since Jackie was in training, I spent most of my “styling” time with Q and she listened to what I was looking for and she made sure I knew any adjustments could be made to make me more comfortable and happy! If there was a dress I liked but didn’t love, she made any minor adjustment to help me see the end result. Q even helped me settle on my color palette for my wedding! She was amazing.

What a great experience! I went to look at dresses with my sister for her wedding. Kenya and Jackie assisted in the fittings and were very knowledgeable in making suggestions and grabbing new things to try on. They were very friendly and gave fantastic service. Thanks Kenya, and great job!!! I’m going to definitely stand out at the event. ❤️🔥 Went in looking for a dress to wear to an awards dinner black tie affair. I was looking in clearance because I didn’t want to spend much money. I picked out some items but then Kenya came over to ask me what I was searching for. She picked out several options that I was really sure would work. But since I was going to try on other dresses then why not? One of the dresses she picked out was PERFECT for me and my body type. I didn’t even yet on any of the dresses I picked out. Also, I’m BIG on customer service. She did an amazing job and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t mind spending what I spent (which was not a lot, honestly) because I looked like I spend thousands.

While, the alterations team, Yolanda specifically was absolutely amazing to work with and she took the best care of all of us. She was patient, kind and caring! I will happily work with the team at this store again! The other seamstress (whose name I sadly don’t remember) was absolutely amazing too. We had so much fun with both of them laughing and having a great time. They truly want everyone to look their absolute best! My stylist, April, was an absolute SUPER HERO. I went into David’s Bridal on the hunt for a bridesmaid dress. I had picked a couple styles online prior to going into the store but was super disappointed with how these dresses looked when tried on. I immediately felt defeated. However, in a matter of seconds, April managed to pull a couple of different dresses from the rack that suited my body beautifully. She brought to life a vision I didn’t even know I had. April is honest with her clients in the best ways possible. I highly recommend giving her a visit.

I bought a special occasion dress and also tried on wedding gowns for my end of the year wedding. She was an absolute delight! I made an appointment at David’s Bridal and wasn’t looking forward to it, as I thought I would be put under a lot of pressure. The Bridal Consultant, April, was amazing. She showed me a few dresses she liked for my size and shape and I showed her a few images from my inspiration album and in under 2 hours we found the most spectacular gown. She took my budget into consideration and explained the ways alterations will be done and the timeline for those to be completed. I really didn’t think I would find my dress today or that I would cry when I rang the bell but I absolutely did! Thank you April!

It turned out to be a wonderful experience. We were a walk in on an extremely busy Saturday afternoon and were told we would have to make an appointment to try any of the wedding dresses. However, Nevaeh did help us to the dressing room with several non wedding gowns. Unfortunately she never returned like she said she would. But that’s when it became a wonderful experience. She ran back and forth to get me different sizes and styles. The bride scheduled an appointment for myself and one other bridesmaid to try on dresses. When we checked it, the lady told a fellow employee (who was to be our consultant) that her appointment was here. She rolled her eyes and said well I’m with a walk-in. The lady that checked us in said she would be right with us. Our consultant spoke to us once and told us to pick out dresses and she would have a room ready. That was the last she helped us. Thankfully another consultant, Jessica came and took excellent care of us! If it weren’t for her David’s Bridal would not be getting a 4 star review for our visit today.

I’m the matron of honor and we had a fair experience. We arrived at 2:30, our appointment was at 3pm. They told us to pull dresses and put on the racks. We did. It was 3:10 and nobody checked on us. I walked to the front checkin to see when we could expect someone to help us. She said Jackie was our consultant and she would get her. At 3:25, Jackie approached us and seemed frustrated and not really happy. We found that they had put all of the dresses back. At this point, the bride, her mom, her aunt and myself were really frustrated. We tried to pull all the dresses we remembered. When we got started trying on dresses, Jackie’s personality opened up and really saved the appointment. We laughed and joked and had a great time. That is the only thing that saved this review from a one star. There was poor communication on someone’s part and an error, but they really improved the service after.

They were even assisting a bride who unfortunately got scammed by a dressmaker in Atlanta choose a dress close enough to make her happy on her wedding day (which was 24 hours away). My daughter was looking for a dress for a black tie event at the last minute and had no idea what style she wanted to go with. Kenya took one look at my daughter and ran and got 3 dresses. At first my daughter was unsure about the choices but Kenya said "just try them on". We were so surprised at how perfect they ALL were. It was like Kenya had read our minds about how my daughter wanted to look. They were so beautiful that we had a hard time making a choice. Kenya and Von were extremely nice and helpful! From the moment we walked in the door we had exceptional service and they were very accommodating and supportive. Von picked out the perfect dress for me, something I wouldn’t have picked out for myself. All of the staff was very encouraging and honest! 10/10 experience :))

From the time I walked into the door, I was greeted warmly by Rehanna. Rehanna, Von and their manager Kenya helped me from that moment, and throughout my visit to start a fitting room for me, help me with zippers, jewelry selections to compliment my dresses, and gave me great advice to finalize my selections! Even though I was not shopping for a wedding dress, they were still so attentive, and treated me like royalty the entire time, all while juggling other shoppers was well. I feel great about my purchases, and I will be back to David’s in Harbison for my formal wear needs in the future!! Thanks ladies!!!!!
