The store manager is awesome great attitude he will try to help you. The neighborhood is not good this clown tried to rob me thank God it was a fail. However even when he tried to rob me they were good people who came to check on me after because they were afraid to do so while the incident was going on and I understand.

I love shopping at this K&G. I’ve been coming here for years and I continue to have a positive experience. I walk in, shop around, a few people compliment me on my selection…I put it back and get something even nicer (maybe even on clearance). I walk out feeling like a million bucks for just over $200.

So I was at the KG on 76th stoney in Chicago when I heard this lady cursing out the nice cashier when I looked up it was Jennifer Hudson sister. She was soooo rude to the cashier all because she told her she wasn't in the correct line to check out and she thought by her spelling out her last name that the other cashier would recognize who she was Not! After she left I told them who she was they didn't even know who she was. You would think that after all that family tragedy that she would be very humble or nicer, but I guest NOT! She's an embarrassment to all that lost loved ones so tragically. Jennifer Hudson teach your sister how to be a kinder person like you are.

I like K&G Fashions as a store but it's this dark skin lady maybe 5'4-5'5 that was at the counter today at the one on 75th and Stony Island. She have a very negative disposition about herself make you don't even want to shop at the store. You need to talk to her because she's a bad look for the company!

K & G was great. The store was clean and the cashiers and floor staff were friendly. We go to the store each time we are in town (we are from Michigan). Great sales too. My husband is a big guy (4×) and we are able to find nice clothing at a reasonable price, and his feet are a 14 W and we ALWAYS find one or pairs for him. Thank you K & G YOU ROCK!!!

I came in looking for a suit for a wedding this weekend. The service I received from Sheryl was 5 star caliber. There was a sale on suit jackets buy two get two pants or a vest for free. I was able to find the suit I wanted for my event and got another suit for a later time. She was very helpful in my search and presented me with different options. All around good customer service will be back for my future formal needs.

Ever since the unfortunate closing of Value City Department store K&G has been my go to store. Thought not as a diverse array of merchandise as you use to be able to find at Value City K&G still holds up pretty good, and I can usually find some pretty decent deals there. My only knock against this particular location is that some of the cashiers have foul attitudes (it's just hard to find good customer service in this day and age).

Its great for the most part, I did have a hard trying to get 10% off on a kids suit that had a button hanging barely by a thread and it was the only one in the size I needed. Outside of that they usually have everything I need.

Hey, I've purchased suits from this location numerous times, the customer service has always been par (not negativie), prior to my visit on May 9th 2018, Usually i have someone shopping for me or with me, on this particular day I had absolutely no one. The two women who helped me were absolutely amazing, two of the most patient astounding humorous individuals I've met at this location, I'm not a fashionist, And don't portray to be one, these two young ladies helped me from beginning to end, this is by far the greatest customer service I've ever received anywhere regarding apparel, most Representatives are tired, frustrated and treat the customer horrible. These two young ladies were 100% all systems go in finding the best suit, shirt, tie, socks etc that looks great on me. It's like they live for fashion, so if you're ever visiting the grand Crossing area and looking for new wardrobe or simply a suit like I was lol, please visit this location and ask for Kiki or Caneisha and I guarantee they'll hook you up, Oh I took a picture with Kiki, she helped so much, sorry about the blur, here's a general idea of what excellent customer service looks like. I'll post the finish dress to impress soon.

Store is often messy and not as stocked as their Evergreen Park location. They also no longer provide plastic garment bags for suits and coats due to the bag tax. You have to buy one of the good garment bags for $5 or $10
