My family came into the store today and received excellent customer service. Paola, Yazmin, Edwin, Will, and Marco went above and beyond to assist us with an in store order and an online order. All of the staff members expressed knowledge about the store’s merchandise. They were super patient with us. This was our first visit to The City of Chicago and in particular Wicker Park Carhartt. Everyone was super approachable and extremely eager to help with styles and sizes. Thank you Carhartt for having such an awesome team at the Wicker Park Carhartt. On 11/29 my sweetie and I were just exploring the area and randomly stopped in this store. We didn't even realize we both had Carhartt jackets on and yep bought 2 more. Brian was the best! Super knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to find our sizes. This definitely won't be our last visit.

Thanks to Edwin, I was able to get a removable hooded non insulated jacket for heavy rain and ordered a Hi-Vis insulated jacket aswell. The store was packed and busy but they answered my question, help me look for alternatives to what I needed. Thanks Brother.

I came in the store on Columbus day to shop for some new work clothes. Initially I was very "eh" about going to a brick & mortar store even if it was Carhartt just because im a big guy & they don't usually carry big & tall sizes in store. I was greeted & helped by Edwin....he was phenomenal! He put me at ease & helped me out the whole time. Went to the back to look for my size, & brought me back variations of other stuff if there was no stock & offered to fold & put back w/e I didn't want. He was very friendly & knowledgeable about the brand & practices. Bravo Edwin, well done! Pssst Carhartt, don't sleep on this kid you won't be disappointed!!

I was super intimidated to step foot in this store, but the employees are SO friendly. Yazmin and Paola helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They were helpful regarding sizing, styles, etc. I also called to ask if I could bring my dog in (since I was returning to make a quick purchase), and they were so sweet and wanted to come meet my dog and give him some love. Really awesome customer service and a clean, nice store to visit. Can't beat the location on Milwaukee Ave. Loved it!

Went looking for work clothes for my daughter's father and was able to find stain resistant clothes here. They are great quality but very expensive but bought them here instead of Walmart or Amazon because they have more size selection. Parking was a nightmare to find anywhere near the store but the staff was helpful in helping me find sizes.

I love this store. You couldn’t ask for more of a friendly staff!! The employees are well educated on their merchandise! They are always in a great mood and will go out and f their way to help you! Remy was my cashier he was super friendly and made sure I got everything I needed (gift receipts gift boxes etc) JD who I believe is the store manager sets a great example for his team is is always on the floor helping and keeping the store in good shape! The store is simple. The staff aren’t the nicest. I got an awesome jacket from there. They have a couple of select choice items but nothing special in terms of product. Basic quality stuff.

I walked in today a little after 1:00 p.m. and was greeted by two employees. I was there to some pants that had holes worn through them. both employees were exceptionally helpful and advising me on a better quality material of pant to buy. I was able to exchange my items with no hassle. I'm incredibly grateful for their help and will continue to shop at this location in the future.

I had two experiences at this location. The first time, the staff member (I forget his name) was kind, engaged, and helpful. He was attentive to what we were looking for but not pushy. During my most recent visit, my friend and I went into an empty store except four staff members. We were there for about 15 minutes, and during that time we were completely ignored. Not a "Hi", not a "Can I help you with anything," not at "Let me know if you need anything." During this time, I looked at jeans and boots as I'm in the market for both of those. They were talking with each other the entire time and didn't give us a second glance. I tried to get their attention by walking toward them but they seemed to be having a very engrossing conversation. Yes, I could have cut into their conversation and asked for help, but call me crazy but customer service is important and I feel like I shouldn't have to fight for attention when four staff members aren't busy. I had planned on buying a couple pairs of jeans and possibly a pair of boots but I was so turned off by the experience, I decided against it. Giving three stars to balance both of my experiences.

GREAT STORE. LOVE IT!!! The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars is because they NEVER have any sales. But for the quality for there low price guess it's still worth it considering that it's going to last u 5-10yrs (depending if u work outside with it or just out to the store or walk) not 2-3yrs TOPS for the same price.

I love this brand and the rugged look of their outerwear. I went in today to try on a couple jackets that I was interested in. The gentleman that helped me was great and answered all my questions without being the typical pushy salesman. I will come back into the store to make my purchase later this week. Its great salesman ,like the one I had today, that will get me to return to the store. I hate being pushed onto product just so the sales person can get that commission. I didnt get anything like rhat today, which i appreciate.

Great location and staff!!! The associate Juan, knows his stuff. He is very attentive and listen to my specific requests and quickly guided me to appeal in stock. He didn't say "no" once during my visit, he even looked in the overstock back room without being asked. Will be back in winter season.

The Wicker Park Carhartt location was staffed with friendly, knowledgeable staff that were able to assist with both product information and store policies. I stopped in during a post season sale event and they were able to navigate the remainder of the selection quickly. When I had questions about products that they don't stock, they were quick to recommend other relevant merchants nearby that would be able to assist.

I love the product, but the store could benefit by training their employees in basic customer service. Out of the four times I've been recently, I was only greeted once (by a manager) and have often waited at the register to checkout. With that being said, I'm glad there is a Carhartt store in the area and their sales are usually good.

Construction workers everywhere are rolling their eyes as their de-facto dress code enters the world of hipster douchebag chic. This Wicker Park boutique has all the great Carhartt work togs you'd expect, a few you wouldn't, and a smattering of truly cringe-inducing products, like artisan fragrances and soaps. Friendly, helpful staff make the overall experience (see what I did there?) a good one. Despite the derision, I did leave with a pricey new canvas jacket and a smile.
