I have been shopping at Rue 21 for many years and absolutely love it. They provide excellent customer service and are always very polite. The only downside is not really being able to find shoes in my size and they don't carry wide calf boots.

I love the clothes I would love to see more variety in some of the clothing. The staff is really helpful with making sure your not looking for something but the dressing rooms so require an employee to unlock sometimes I struggle to find one to unlock one for me.

Rue 21 is a hit or miss. About 1/2 the time I go in I find something I want, as far as clothing goes. There are neat accessories there. The customer service is not great and nor do they greet people. I can count on one hand how many times I have not even been spoken to while shopping around. You can find some good deals sometimes.

Great for women's clothes... Men's? Not so much. I love to stop in from time to time just to see if they have anything new for guys. Most times they don't, but when they do, it's pretty cool. Always seem to have really good sales going too.

It was just too basic for me. But if that's what you're looking for something that everyone else is wearing. Then sure go ahead. Their clothing wasn't my style but their service was pretty good.

Great prices, good clothes but it takes FOREVER to check out. I spent 30 min shopping and 30 min standing in line. There where only 2 people in front of us.
