My 16 year old son has the unfortunate event of his best friends funeral tomorrow. Last minute he informed me he wanted to wear a suite, in a panic I went to a few local stores not wanting to spend $100’s of dollars on something he would likely wear only once, I called Mens Wearhouse and spoke to Michael about the possibility of a rental, Michael said he wouldn’t have enough time to do the rental but to come in and he would help. Michael went out of his way to make sure he was dressed well and at a price that didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. His customer service is top notch and made this difficult time a little less difficult. Thank you Michael!

Great customer service today. Everyone went above and beyond for us today. Our group bought two suits and rented two suits, we found exactly what we wanted, and all at a great price!! Thanks to everyone at the Cheyenne store. Awesome customer service!!

The customer service here is rather lacking. The first man I worked with was very kind and helpful. However the man who I was passed onto didn't have the same qualities and didn't care at all. I also delt with him to pick up my suit and while he did a good job on the tailoring, I was not called when it was done and had to reach out to find out if it was done.

My fiance and I have had great success purchasing suits for our wedding from Men's Wearhouse. We've been into the store several times and had the great pleasure of working with Michael L. each time. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and patient with my indecisive fiance. He worked with us over several separate visits to help us make the best decision for our budget. I HIGHLY recommend requesting Michael if you have the opportunity to do so.

Really great store! Amazing selections! Staff was really friendly, accommodating, and professional. The manager of the store, Rob, helped me pick out some vest, shirt, and tie combos. I had my three-year old son with me. He was getting bored and antsy towards the end. He wound up knocking down some of the ties on the display. The staff were very patient, calm, and understanding. Thank you to the staff for such a great experience, and I can't wait to wear my new wardrobe. I will be shopping here from now on whenever I'm in need for quality menswear.

My husband and I went in to pick up tuxes for our friends wedding in Casper and while he was trying his on I started looking around for our son. Huge thank you to Tiffani she was AWESOME! She worked with us to find a nice outfit for him that fit, but still had a little growing room. She also made sure we got a great deal. I would highly recommend Men's Warehouse and definitely Tiffani.

I rented my suits for my wedding here and it was great. michael bryant the assistant manager was great he got all of us measured and fitted in a great time. cudos to michael i will highly suggest him and mens ware house to everyone i know needing a good deal and spectacular service. thanks michael will be seeing you soon.

Great experience, the kids who helped us was very professional and knowledgeable. They fitted us in for a last minute rental for prom AND have is a 40.00 coupon! Great place, highly recommend.

My husband ordered a tux from MW for a wedding in Wyoming. We live in Kansas so we had to stop in Cheyenne to pick up the tux. When we got there the tux was completely wrong. Nothing fit correctly, which was most likely the fault of the MW he got measured at, but nonetheless it was still bad. The sales staff never apologized. They were able to order a new pair of pants, but they wouldn't be in for 2 more days (day of the wedding rehearsal, 3 hours away). LUCKILY someone from the wedding party was able to pick up the tux on their way through. To make a long story short, this MW did not treat the mistake as any of their fault. No one apologized, offered any discount or otherwise seemed helpful. They made it seem like we were an unconvinced to them instead of th other way around. It may have just been the staff that day, but our service was very sub par.

I keep forgetting to get his name, but a gentleman there has helped me beyond reasonable expectations on more than one occasion. With no lead time, he's measured and outfit me for an interview on one occasion within an hour. The second time was many months later, the same gentleman measured and outfit me for a funeral. Kudos to that associate and his outstanding customer service and work ethic! Otherwise, it's a typical men's formal clothing store...it's the people that make the difference!

Deacon or Tegan is a great help! Helped my buddy out quite a bit! My buddy got fat and he needed alterations to his suit! And Tegan or deacon is super nice that dude needs a raise! Great phone presence as well!

Went here to find a suit for a last minute event. Alyssa was super helpful and helped me line everything out. From the suit, shirt and tie, all the way down to some shoes. We thought we were gonna have to rush an item to get it in time, but it turned out it had just come in. Had me hemmed up and looking sharp in just a few hours. Wish I had a reason to wear a suit more often, I had a great time and my girlfriend thought I looked great.
