I visited the place to pick up skiing pants and ended up picking up a lot more because of the excellent choice of products. I was assisted by a young gentleman named Eric who went out of his way to explain each product and how it might help me to keep warm in the cold vermont weather, especially in the mountains. Eric explained the importance of layering while skiing. I ended up picking different layers as well as a top quality skiing pant. The store carries only Patagonia products even though it is locally owned. Overall, the experience was very pleasant.

This store is located in a small super neat town in Vermont. The Patagonia selection they have is phenomenal and they stock a lot of rare items and always have great stickers. Even if you don’t buy anything, stop in and chat with the owner and the staff, they are all really cool, and have great ideas for local hikes

Good experience, I always love what Patagonia has and offers. One issue I came across was with some of the items marked as sale items but then when I brought them to be rung up, apparently the sale just ended. It was just a little surprising the cashier was unwilling to honor the sale even though the signs were still up and there were a lot of items on the rack.

I am a Patagonia gal for over 40 years and Patagonia is just amazing quality and they repair and recycle I send my things out to Reno for repair and they send it back and do an amazing detailed job this year my sons zipper on his Jackson glacier Park I went right in the throngs of winter I spoke with Patagonia- Reno repair and they recommended I go to the local Patagonia store in Burlington. I couldn’t have been happier to meet these folks! Molly and her father Jim were so helpful. I sent them photos and shipped them the coat, since I’m in southern Vermont. They Repaired replaced the main front zipper and a pocket zipper in two days and are shipping the coat back to me after I sent them a return label. they are just super I can’t wait to get up and meet them personally and thank them! they are just such wonderful people in bracing and attentive to customers needs and details! Great to do business with Vermont Patagonia and people like Molly and Jim thank you!🎄LKSmith

A nice pantagonia store. The selection is slightly limited just because of the store's size but it has the essentials and then some. It is well organized between women's, men's and kids sections. The store was impeccably clean and well lit. If you are in need of some pantagonia gear it's worth a stop to see if they have it.

When they didn't have an item in my size in stock, they quickly went online and drop shipped it for me. Very great costumer service. I didn't ask for the names, but the staff got a jacket that I really wanted in my size within hours from another store. We left town very early next day, there was not much time. It had to be solved that day. Thanks!

These folks are incredible!!!! I brought a Patagonia rain jacket into the store that was delaminating around the collar. I bought this jacket in 2009 and didn't think I was going to get anything other than a run down of they're new models, but instead I walked out with a new jacket at no charge. I want to thank the employee that helped me. I asked for his name, but was so ecstatic, I forgot it by the time got out of the store. You made my day!!!

Such a great group of people running this store. Extremely helpful. They are very knowledgable and always willing to assist with anything Patagonia or Ski Rack related. PS. They have dog treats, meaning I get "pulled" in often..

We live in NJ but we always go to Vermont twice a year, we always go to the Manchester branch, but will make sure to visit this store on our next trip! It's all worth it! Awesome people good store and great products, if you return your new patagonia gear here for a refund then you could also get store cred at skirack which is great.. and if you didn't know they do repairs in store if it's minor

If you're looking for Patagonia, this is the place to go. Great selection. Even if you're not looking brand specific this is a great place for outwear and mid layers
