What can I say. It's a hot topic chain in a mall. When I was a teenager I loved this store. Granted it was new at that point. I've only dealt with a couple different people buying hair dye for my wife. But they were friendly and helpful. No attitude or judgment which can be present at a lot of these stores. That being said, there is nothing wrong with this location. I just haven't been into this scene for 15 years haha.

The staff is always friendly and there are lots of cool pop culture items to buy. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they usually don't have T-shirts in my size. No matter how you look at it, if XL is the only size you can't find for a particular shirt than they aren't getting enough XL.

Not quite as much merch as Spencer's, but still a great spot for cool stuff!

I love you hot topic, why did you have to run away from Plattsburgh New York??? I have been shopping here for twenty years and even though I have to drive to another state to go to one I still do it! Hot topic is a great store

Well I love this store and go here alot and yes sure there are quite a bit of things for adults but some parents are ok with there children going to this store just bc of one opinion and if you used to go there all the time then why do others have to be this way Spencer's is an adult store if that stuff is in there then ya more for adults but it's not soooooooooooo (Cathy cannon reply)

Dark and grungy, just like every hot topic I've seen. Friendly staff, my kids were more then welcome there looking at nightmare before Xmas items
