this boutique was extremely accommodating and kind to me I worked with Jeremy Sinclair to find a fragrance and he matched me with one I really love. I participated in their mood board experience which aligned me with the perfect fragrance for me as well. Overall it was a very lovely trip and I’ll definitely go back to this boutique again.

I went in for an exchange and the customer service was excellent. the lady attending me sadly I didn’t get her name. She was so patient and attentive. The only thing I would say is that they never answer calls. Overall good customer service!

I had the pleasure of shopping at this boutique with my wife and The GM Thomas made our experience unforgettable. It was towards the end of the day and he immediately let us in since we had a toddler and it was hot. It was a pleasant experience. I went there to buy my first Chanel bag. Rosalie was super responsible and kind. She went back and forth to check the availability, which is nice because I found some SA were reluctant to do so. She gave me proper suggestions when I had difficulty making decisions. She made the whole process smoothly.

I was in and out in like 20 minutes with a purchase, and I wasn't picky at all and the transaction was smooth but for some reason, a couple people who helped me weren't really nice.. they were fine, but I'd expect better customer service in a boutique like this. More smile and warmer tone should help.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jeremy S. at this location. Due to the uniqueness of their handmade shoes, the Chanel espadrilles are extremely finicky with their sizes. Jeremy was patient and kind with all THREE attempts it took for us to find the correct pair. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness throughout this endeavor to find the right pair! Safe to say, this location and Jeremy has earned a return client.

Makayla is AWESOME!! Very honest, not pushy, understands and works with you to suggest what she believes fits your needs, but doesn't push you to make the purchase like typical sales people. I came in to look for a present for my partner and described the types of bags she normally uses. I know nothing about purses, but I know the style my partner would like. Makayla even offered to pose with the bags for me since she was about the same size as my partner just so I can see which size would suit her. My partner was very happy with the bag I got her. Would highly recommend Makayla to anyone and everyone.

I bought my go-to aftershave and had a few questions about some products and she was amazing. We got to chatting and she was just so warm and personable.
