I've never been inside the store. I park out front and watch the wife run through the door waving her credit card above her head. The dog and I get in a good nap in the car. When my wife emerges hours later, she has treasures in hand and brags to no end about how much she saved. We like Ross.

I really love this store and they have pretty good deals but it is so frustrating because every time I go I'm standing in line forever one or two cashiers working and then employees just walking around the store everywhere else. Why wouldn't they open another register. There's nothing I hate more than standing in a long line waiting to pay for this things I'm buying from their store and seeing six open registers with nobody working and employees standing around talking and joking around with each other instead of hopping on a register.

The staff here were so helpful, and friendly too! I called beforehand to check to see if they sold umbrellas, and had some very specific questions because I'm going to make costume wings from an umbrella. The lady who answered my call actually went to check the umbrellas to tell me if they'd work for my purposes. She remembered my call when I came in, and pointed me in the direction of the umbrellas. I wish I had thought to get her name to put in this review. It was a great overall shopping experience.

I love this store! They have so many clothes but don't forget to check their housewares and holiday items! The prices are always great too! If you like something, buy it then because it won't be there when you get back! They are also open late so if you need something when others are closed, check here!

So many different kinds of clothes here! You can find some really good deals, although the decor is rather expensive sometimes. The employees are nice and the store itself is clean. I wish less cute shirts had California or New York written across them, that's always a bummer but hey, someone likes em.

Great selection of clothes. The prices are decent on their items. Not only is the selection of clothes great but they've got a variety of children's toys and household items as well. I usually try Ross first before going anywhere else. They only thing I feel where Ross stores struggles is at checkout. I always feel like the line moves at snails pace.

This place is okay, they have a hard time being organized, most of the times things are everywhere and not where they should be, especially bras. Shoes are a little scattered everywhere, I don't find a lot of cute stuff when I come here, but when I do, it's reasonably priced. They do have some good treats from other countries by the register and some are pretty good.

I love Ross stores and there is always good bargain. Just don't try to bring shoes into the fitting room with other clothes as they don't count shoes as an fitting item. I found a dress and shoes but wasn't sure if they will go together and wanted to see it on the mirror but the stuff refused to let me so I left everything and went to another store to purchase.

I used to love Ross but they don't take tall people into consideration. All their shirts and jeans all seem to be petite. They've got good home decor and things like that for the house but not a spot I would stop at for shopping anymore.

The key to your most pleasant Ross experience is: don't be in a rush! You need time to browse, and checkout sometimes takes awhile, if they're short-staffed. But you can come up with some amazing bargains - particularly (I've found) in the home decor and bedding/bath areas!

I would give a 5 star rating but I won't on this review. Ross is a good story with good prices. But how can you have only 2 registers working on a Sunday afternoon? I spent more time in line than I did shopping and I was in the store for more than 1 hour. What kind of store management is that? Really really disappointed.

A bit of household, lots of clothing racks for the whole family, curios and ornamenrals, a bit of holiday, accessories, etc. I waited 10 minutes in line to check out before they added 2 more cashiers to the growing line.

Ross is a discount store. I like their prices but you never know if they will have what you want and the search is sometimes difficult. Staff was friendly and helpful but the checkout line was long and only had two cashiers. I was looking for a simifotmal outfit. Finally found something.

I have made the mistake of passing on a deal then when I return to take advantage of it it is gone the really good deals don't lasts they sell quickly

Ross has great prices, yes. But of all the Ross stores I've been to, I feel like this one is dirty. They clothes are fine, but the floors and the feeling of the store just feels dirty. There are always clothes on the ground, and the shoes are always really messy, and there isn't much organization to their household stuff. There are dressing rooms and bathrooms, and the parking lot is large as it's part of a strip mall of stores. There are also fast food places really close.

Good place to get some good deals on sheet sets and comforter sets. Some times I find some decent cloths there. Good selection of crazy print mens dress socks. One question? Why is the bathroom always so wet. Like someone just bathed a golden retriever and let them shake off. Weird.

They also have really good deals on automotive stuff . kitchen stuff . house decoration . i always blown away by the deals and always with more than i planned because the price is good . If you want name brand clothes shirts shoes sucks. And don't want to pay the $30 for a t-shirt didn't get the same one for 10 here inventory gets updated frequently great for back to school shopping. Can always find a great pair of socks

Ross always has really nice clothes with even some designer names for super cheap. I got a $30 perfume for $10 and cute discounted clothes and household goodies. I always stop and take a peek when I come by Ross.

My only grievance with this place is that I can never get out of there without spending $100. I just find so many great deals and items that I love each time I go. You can find almost anything here and it’s cheaper than most other places you would buy the same thing. Most of my favorite clothes were purchased at Ross.

If you are willing to spend time searching for the right item, you can get spectacular deals. However, the organization and treatment of the clothing is poor, and the store appears as a huge jumble of items throughout. It is not a store for a quick stop, you have to dig through all of the racks and bins to find what you want.

3 stars because there always seems to be a ton of empty or trashed shelves... at first I thought it was just the holidays, but I've been stopping by every month or so for years and it's just always like this. There really isn't anything wrong with this place but it's generally cleaned out when I go.

You can almost always find a good deal at Ross, that is why I keep coming back. The store is very tired and outdated. The dressing rooms are next to the bathroom and always smell. The bathroom is like a gas station bathroom - gross and unclean.
