Edit: The store did a complete 180. Just recently, I frequented this Nordstrom Rack location and I was greeted instantaneously. Everything was clean and well organized. Customer service is better than it’s ever been. Whatever you did, please keep it up. See you soon! This is a great store to find mid-end to high-end clothing, shoes, and other items. Only few luxury items, but they do exist as I’ve been able to find Jimmy Choo, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, and Valentino here. Upon arrival, the ambience leaves little to be desired though. Despite being clean and well organized everywhere else, I noticed the clearance areas were kind of messy with clothes off the racks and on the floor. Truth be told, this isn’t a good example. I also noticed the place seemed understaffed, as I had to practically search for a sales associate. No one greeted me upon entering. Other than this, the store is fantastic.

They are an awesome store. They have great merchandise, and designer brands. I love to shop here. Things are pretty pricey sometimes, but if you look in the clearance ( especially the shoe clearance) you can find some good deals. They will sometimes even have sales specifically for their clearance items. This is a great time to go, but because of the sales, and clearance being limited, there tend to be quite a few people.

We like this Nordstrom Rack better than the downtown Seattle store and the West Phoenix store. Prices have increased lately along with the inflation rate. Prices still on the rise lately. Not the store we used to shop at.

I love, love this store for so many reasons. In addition to the variety of items and styles and the killer finds, the store is clean and well set up. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The other day the employees went far beyond my expectations to help me. I needed two matching suits for my sons for my daughter's wedding. I found two that were perfect (and on a super "clear the rack" price) but the one was missing its pants. I was desperate to find them. I searched for a good 10-15 minutes. I then asked the girls in the dressing room and they easily searched 10-15 minutes. They then got another employee (a manager I think) and he very quickly located the pants. They went above and beyond and I so appreciate their help.

Generally, I love Nordstrom rack. This store is a bit chaotic and laid out super weird. Good luck finding your size in anything. The lines to checkout are often halfway to the bank of the store

I have only been a few times but customer service has always been great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even with new staff, I've had other staff members jump in and help, because they were taking care of the other team member! I wish the racks were easier to go through. Usually lots of items on single racks that make it hard to look through.

If all the Buzzfeed articles are true the most common size in the US is 16. Besides 18 it is the smallest selection of pants at Nordstrom Rack. I do love the fact that they offer quite a bit to the plus sized beauties of this world. But for me plus size is one size too large, believe me I've tried. Nordstrom, please normalize the XL sizes. Love, A LOT of us.

Today I asked about an item that was previously on display that I could not find in the store. When I asked if anyone knew the designer by chance, I was directed to speak to the employee that was at the door after I checked out. Lucky for me she gave me the correct info and I was able to find the item online. Unfortunately it was sold out online but none the less I was happy to have been given the information. She could have easily said she didn’t know but took the time to asks questions so she could help me. It was much appreciates

I bought a great dress there for a great price but they had no blazers that were a solid color. The business casual clothes were pricey. So if you want to spend a little extra on cash it's a great store, and once again love this dress.

If you have some time to stop and look through clothes .... sometimes you find something good, sometimes not. A great place to buy shoes. My complaint about this place is that alot of the clothes are made just for the rack. They aren't actually discounted clothes from Nordstrom. However there are purses and shoes that are actually from the regular store.

Nice store with lots of inventory though many of the products now seem to be manufactured for the discount location rather than being regular inventory taken out of the regular Nordstrom store. Very large inventory in the women's clothing department and in both the women's and men's shoe departments. They do have several sales each year when prices are more reasonable but even then you can find high end designer items at very high prices (there are bargains available but you must pay attention to the final price). A fun place for recreational shoppers looking for that great bargain.

Hands down, my favorite place to shop in Boise.the store gets new items 5 days a week, and, for good or for bad, I find something every time I go! The sales people are friendly, professional, and always helpful. You can't beat the selection for women's and children's clothing, shoes, leather goods, and even bedding. Something I love about the nordy rack is that employees will always look for items in different sizes, either in the store or online. So grateful to have our wonderful Rack in

Always find a great bargain here. This trip got an extra 25% off jackets and sweaters. Found a Gerry men's light be water repellant jacket for 10% of original retail! Very bueno. I also got some nice dress shoes as they tend to car EE or W shoes for my needs. Please is kept very organized and clean. The staff is courteous and professional. They are well trained

Found this Nordstrom Rack clean and in order. Most of all i found clothes from size 3 to 3X. I was shocked as my local Rack stops sizes at 16. The friend i was visiting says these farm girls are in need and those needs are filled in Boise Idaho. I must say there selection of clothing shoes and accessory's was outstanding.

The prices are good. However today they seemed to be out of my sizes in most of the items I was shopping forward. They used to have employees on the floor that you could ask for information- not today. Many items did not have price tags.

Great addition to the area of shopping near Boise Town Square Mall. Wonderful to have a Nordstrom associated store here in Boise, ID. would be even better if a Nordstrom store was added here !
