Amazing staff members, I visit here on a regular basis. My last few visits I met an employee named Jupiter. Jupiter was kind and helped me find exactly what I needed. They helped me decide on a color for my gauges and was very amazing. Will definitely visit again. Well done, I was impressed.

The teens in the family love this spot for trendy duds and accessories. They are a bit pricey for the quality IMHO but they usually have what the kids want so it satisfies. The staff is always very helpful and cheerful which is a nice plus.

I call this place the anime store. If you are a weeb (anime nerd) then this is DEFINITELY the place for you. They literally have merchandise for almost any anime you could possibly think of. Not only do they have anime things, they also have novel collectors items like Harry Potter merch, and other popular things like Billie Eilish merch. They also sell different kinds of piercings and rollplay/cosplay things. Definitely a very cool store.

Despite pandemic the store has a good selection of products and always has some sort of promo/sale going. Love vintage items that take me back to being a kid. Great for all ages and fun to wander around!

I been shopping at Hot Topic since the 8th grade. I watched it change and evolve over many years. I enjoy the new variety the store offers now. Online shopping for me is obviously better then going inside the store though because I feel like in store is either always out of something or doesn't even carry it. Online offers so much more in my opinion

I always live shopping here! The hotcash is super convenient and their points system is really helpful for discount. There's almost always great sales and wonderful people. Hands down is one of my favorite places to shop and one of my favorite places to be when I'm in the mall.

Very cool store! I have been going to Hot Topics since I was a kid back in the 90's and now my kids bring me here. Always a chill store to shop and the front entrance was guarded by a Mortal Kombat sign created by store employee, 'Ashley'. She had a great attitude and appeared catlike in fashion with mask and hair style. Thanks for another great visit!!!😎

My daughter loves to shop there. Last time we were there, we were having trouble finding some items she really wanted. There were three employees there that day. Each took turns helping us find the various items we were looking for. They went above and beyond. I forgot to catch their names, but each one deserves a raise. Thanks! :-D

They have so many options, especially for anime fans, or if your a fan of underated shows and things like that, and the workers are usually extremely nice as well, sometimes they are a little rude but it's understandable why that is. Definitely recommended for anime fans!

We went here on a Sunday and they were staffed just right so the line went fast. The mall is very busy this time of year and lots of people shop at Hot Topic for young people. I have 2 teenagers and they both want anime t shirts and musician t-shirts. This is the only store that carries them.

Hot topic! Nostalgia in a store! Not only for the gothic scene anymore but still has oldies like tripp pants. This Hot Topic has very friendly staff and a huge variety of items for people of all types.

I don't usually shop at the Boise Towne Square Mall, but I happened to go to Hot Topic and bought some very cute socks that had Stitch on them, they were so reasonably priced I couldn't pass them up. The employees were personable and friendly. They made the whole experience so much fun.

Lots of great stuff from my favorite show (the office) but high priced (like 40 bucks for a back pack??). They have a lot of whatever fandom you have. I feel like the space is cramped but knowing how much the rent is in the mall I completely understand why it is so chocked full in that small space.

Service was fantastic! I was looking for a t- shirt and the one I wanted wasn't in my size. So the lady went through five boxes just to get my shirt for me! The store itself was a little small. There is a lot of collectibles/items and not enough store. I felt crammed in when I was buying my items. At the register, I was able to set up my account and activate before I got home. Their products are very good and they have a variety of license t shirts. Like Harry Potter, Riverdale, Stranger Things, Rocks bands, Fortnite, and Anime. Plus they have dofgerbt styles of each thing! You can get a Harry Potter shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, socks, pins, bag, poster, and hats. Their music is ok. It was lot of heavy metal and not a lot of pop culture. Overall, I had a great time and definitely recommend coming here for your "designed" items!

I have 2 teenage daughters and although it helps to know what they are into....ie. fav band or tv-show. Once that is hammered out it is pretty easy to find a t-shirt they will love. Prices are great too. I actually went in once and picked out 4 t-shirts from bands that I was into back in the day and they wear those probably more than any others. Don't know if it is because they are retro or I just lucked out but it is a great store with a huge selection of cool shirts.

Dark, cramped, a little messy, but decent overall. I've never seen so many band shirts in my life. They have shirts for popular shows like The Office, Rick and Morty, etc. This store is geared towards teenagers and young adults, think of it as Spencer's if Spencer's wasnt filled with drug stuff, kinks, and whatever else is in that place. I hope you like black, at least 90% of the tees were designed on black u neck shirts.

I shop here because it’s hard finding alternative clothing in Boise but whoever helped me last time I was here was really rude. I think she was a manager or some sort of PIC - made a rude comment about me not having enough money to buy something because I put a shirt back, and then acted surprised when my debit card matched my ID. I may look young but you can’t treat a customer like that, uncalled for. This was a few months ago so maybe she doesnt work there anymore - at least I hope. Everyone else I’ve dealt with there has been very helpful.

This store isn't only for Goths.. it's for all! You'll find fun things like Disney, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, fun color palettes, necklaces, blankets, Funko Pop figures, and a friendly staff. The prices can range on clothing, but it's overall good quality clothing. I love the clothes they sell (mostly I buy Panic! At the Disco merch) and they change up and get new things about every month. Just go in to see for yourself! I do love this store.
