Good cheap prices and just less than decent selection. No customer service and the only lady working the registers was either brand new or extremely slow. She also wanted to carry on long pointless talk rather than get the long line of customers through. Only saw other employees lazily hanging around shelves avoiding the customers.

I don't know why I never thought to go shopping here for coats. Haha! They have the best quality, a wide variety and the lowest prices. I found a name brand winter coat and warm hoodie both $19.99. Plus much more I now have on my wish list. Loved it!

Our 14-year-old called it "an oversized thrift store", and that is extremely accurate. I went there looking for a coat, and was very disappointed in the poor selection and quality of merchandise. This particular store was more than half empty, and there were no fitting rooms available. I don't buy clothes without trying them on first, so that rendered my clothes-buying objective moot. On the plus side, there were some household items for sale at a substantial discount, which was nice. So, it might be somewhere to browse for discounted housewares and other items, but basically useless for clothes shopping.

I was hoping to find a warm winter jacket, at this 'coat' factory but didn't. There are plenty of choices for dress jackets, and other clothing, toys and household items, but Winter is here and it's COLD in Idaho. Thank GOD for Amazon.

Honestly a super great place to go! The prices were INSANE. And as broke high schoolers (friend and I) it was an amazing shopping trip. The store was massive and there were a ton of cute clothing options, not to mention awesome snacks and just a ton of other things also. I would give it a 5 star rating if it weren’t for just a few things. The main one being the fact the dressing rooms were closed. However, the cashier lady just let my friend and I bring our cart to the restroom to try things on. It was super awkward (and almost felt illegal haha) but I mean I guess it got the job done. Would’ve been nicer to just have a dressing room. And then there were hardly any employees. Checkout was super slow but at least the lady was nice. All in all a great place to shop!!

It seems like they're getting a new building soon because there's not much in here but I love this place. The employees aren't great by any means. The store isn't clean or organized. But I know what it is and my expectations aren't high so im never disappointed.I just love the stuff in this building. I love the return and exchange policy and the fact that I'm not bothered at all when shopping. I hope people continue to waste their money elsewhere while I find great stuff here for a fraction of the cost.

Burlington is my "go to" store for my work attire right down to my "hanging out at home" clothes. They never disappoint. I got a pair of jeans, a blouse, and a fall jacket for right under $50.00. I couldn't be happier!

Been shopping here for about 14 years! Much more organized than Ross and very affordable. However. I left my wallet in a shopping cart on 05/30 between 8pm and 8:30 and came back 30 mins later. The store associate just said “no one turned it in, sorry” and then just starred at me. I had to be the one to suggest I leave my phone number to be contact if it were to be turned in. Which is fairly irritating that she didn’t prompt that. Please pretend to have the same urgency as a distressed customer moving forward!

I go to Burlington quite often. I like to look at everything! Today I was with one of my granddaughters, who was. Christmas shopping. She found all that she needed! I got 3 things I didn't need, but I just wanted! Can't beat a deal like that!!

Went in the morning shortly after they opened, looking for a water bottle, when I asked an employee where to find the bottles, she not only took me to them towards the back of the store, but price checked my choices to make sure the prices reflected the mark downs

This store is fun to go to but the staff is slow and the management can be rude. Not every interaction is negative but I don't like going to a store where I have to wonder if they're going to be in a good mood or not since this is a business and not your mother in laws house. Theft seems to be big too. The wallets are torn and the anti theft devices look like people are trying to take them off while they are there. Some are even missing the actual wallet but when I brought it to their attention, they don't even know. I think this place could be good with a serious management and security overhaul.

Fitting rooms are STILL closed. 1 checker 12 people in line. I was told they dont have enough employees. I almost volunteered-- wait- no. I would have spent a lot more if I could have tried on the clothes.

Great deals I now make this my first stop when looking for household items. The main thing to remember when shopping here is if see it and you want it you need to purchase it when you come back it will be gone. That is not a bad thing it just means there are a lot of us taking advantage of the savings

I love Burlington, they always have a ton of stuff at a real good price. A lot of the time I'll find prices there that are better then walmarts! That cashier Nola always makes my day when she is there she's funny and makes me laugh. Overall friendly staff and helpful people they actually take me to the area where things are that I'm looking for and aren't afraid to talk to me about it.

I love shopping here! They have such a variety of items and clothing types. If you don't get it then, it won't be there when you get back. The store is slowest during the day and can be very busy in the evening hours and the weekends so if you're in a hurry, avoid these times.

Moms to be read this! While they don't have much of a selection for maternity clothes, I did find a couple long sleeve shirts! What's more is that there is a baby area in here. Now I know there is a sign on the building, but that didn't mean a thing to me. Anyways, they have really good prices on baby things here! Cribs, car seats, strollers, crib mattresses ( great prices) and some bedding. I had no idea, but I seriously saved so much checking this out before going online.

They have a decent variety of stuff at a good price and they have layaway which is a added bonus. Some of the staff are just downright rude and they dont keep their alley behind the store clean or next to there dumpster clean. I complained about the mess once and the lady was like the people in the apartments behind us make the mess. They even moved some of the trash to the apartments thinking it was from them which it wasnt. I called again and told the lady that a neighbor had witnessed a vehicle drop off trash and that an employee had moved the trash to the apartments and she said that's not okay. So it really depends on who you talk to on whether you'll have a positive interaction. Really dont like that their alarm used to go off and be left on for hours also they like to go out really early around 5am some mornings and throw heavy stuff in the dumpster which would wake me up. Also they had a curtis clean sweeper person that used to show up at 2am in the morning beeping his vehicle and being loud. So they are really lousy neighbors but good store except for the bad employees.

Great prices and great quality. I like that when I go back in a week later the clothes do get rotated and changed and that they are starting to get more shoes over in the men's section that are not all size 9 or 10. Great store for those looking to get a deal. Favorite store in Boise.

The place is great except for the fact the alarm goes off every couple of weeks and no one shuts it off all night. Cops come and do nothing So rob that place so someone takes the alarm seriously, and I can get some sleep
