Warning to all Men! Everything is on Sale This is a big issue if you have other plans for the day I’ve been there a few times with my wife and daughter and it’s always the same results, Look how much we Saved! The only advice I have is bring snacks and Nordstrom was nice enough to have a few comfortable chairs upfront where you can hang out with the other dads The only reason I didn’t give them 5 Stars is they haven’t installed a full bar and big screens! That might help Thanks Nordstrom Rack for Everything

Very organized. I enjoy finding awesome deals. Staff pretty much just keeps their distance from the customers. A polite- did you find everything you were looking for. Other then that no greeting at the door or around the store. Doesn't bother me.

Very clean store. I ordered my boots online and picked up in the store. Very easy process. Google maps took me right to this building. The staff was nice and helpful. I just had to leave a review for the staff at the 280 Nordstrom Rack. My mind was in a million places and I misplaced my wallet in the store. I was panicked and tried to find it to no avail and Reggie, a manager there, went above and beyond to help me search. We didn't find it that day, but he didn't give up and today he reached out to me telling me he found it! I had already given up on it, but am so happy it was found! Regardless, the customer service was beyond what I ever expected. He truly went the extra mile; so did the other workers there that assisted. Love Nordstrom Rack and this just solidified it.

Not greatest Nordstrom rack I’ve seen. Not much of choice. Everything very limited. That was in 2021. And picture was taken 10/2022 - very satisfied! I guess they did add lots!

I accidentally left my iPhone in the bathroom. Once I realized it was missing, I returned to the customer service desk. The employees were so helpful in trying to help me find it. They took my information and we searched several times for it. I left for about an hour and upon returning they had found it. I am beyond thanks for their help, kindness and concern. Definitely felt cared for and I would recommend them highly because of their customer care.

Decent prices but rarely has my sizes. Hard to find pants longer than 32" and sleeves longer than 15/16. Often low selection of larger shoe sizes, and men's shirts do not have pockets. Occasionally you find the items from regular Nordstrom or other retailers, maybe 5% of items.

Very hectic place to shop, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to how clothes are arranged within certain sizes. Shoes are very haphazard. I've found pricing is inconsistent among the same items, definitely worth checking before you purchase. Kids selection has decreased significantly over our last two visits, hopefully will improve. I used to really enjoy browsing their inventory! Overall we enjoy shopping here, with a little organization could go back to being one of my favorite places to shop.

We really like this store, prices are better than most retailers of higher end products. This is a good place for designer products if working within a budget. The staff all tend to be very knowledgeable of their department and check out is usually fast and easy.

One of my favorite places to shop in Birmingham. Everytime I shop here I'm never concerned about someone having on the same outfit as me, the clothes are a little pricey, but you can find some amazing deals. The store is organized, clean, the staff is friendly and the store is in a perfect location. I shop here all the time my go to for any event.

Great selection of designer shoes at great prices, but the checkout process really stinks. They used to check you out on the floor with wireless devices, which eliminated the need to stand in line, but now you're corralled thru like cows past all the add-on items like you're at a discount store, which is not what this store is.

The store wasn't very clean but the staff near the fitting rooms were helpful. I've occasionally found great deals here on quality pants from brands made in the USA, but you have to make several visots and be patient to find them.

Recently visited here for some makeup which I found easily with reasonable prices but they had forgotten to unlock the doors when they opened. There was a big crowd standing outside waiting for them to open when someone finally called the store asking if they were actually open. After that someone came and opened the doors. Not sure how they could miss the big crowd standing outside...

Was visiting family and friends and, unfortunately, ended up having to go to a funeral. Headed to Nordstrom Rack and found a perfect dress and shoes for less than expected. Found some other cute items too. And the ladies at the counter were so nice. Helped make a sad task easier.

Like the others said: great brands for a low price. I'm a big Free People fan but their clothes can be upwards of $100 for even a simple shirt- when my mother came here to check it out there were sales galore knocking that price down by at least 50%. The store isn't the biggest but there's still some quality pieces there that you'll find!

In all my life I've never been to a better Nordstrom Rack at River Ridge than this. When I look back on my visit to this Nordstrom Rack at River Ridge it brings me some much joyful delight that I can hardly bear it! This. This Nordstrom Rack at River Ridge right here is the reason why i get out of bed every morning. Just knowing that a Nordstrom Rack at River Ridge like this exists in this very state, country, continent, world, solar system, galaxy, and universe makes me happy beyond compare! I love the variety from Nordstrom Rack! We do not have a Nordstrom Dept. store in Birmingham, but this will suffice. It's very affordable and I can return my Nordstrom Dept. Store items to Nordstrom Rack! Plus, they have women's size 11 and 12 shoes! !!!
