I had such an amazing experience with Bella’s! Erin was patient, knowledgeable, so helpful and truly felt like a friend after I left. She took her time letting me find the dress that was the most flattering on me and not just trying to sell me the most expensive one. Their store is gorgeous and laid out beautifully. This was for my vow renewal. I bought my wedding dress 10 years ago from another bridal salon, but enjoyed this experience so much more. It feels high end from the minute you walk in and they have a way of making you just feel pretty. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the best experience at Bella’s. Chandler was my consultant and she took time and care throughout the whole appointment, listening to me while managing my large group of guests. Finding my gown was so much fun thanks to her, and I could not be happier with the one I purchased. The gown selection is incredible, as were the quality of the gowns. Rita, the seamstress, was at my fitting and was fantastic. She was careful yet time efficient, and accommodated my requests for alterations. I highly recommend Bella’s for any bride. I could not speak more highly. You just can’t beat a place with great quality and incredible customer service.

I had the best experience at Bella’s and highly recommend it to any soon to be bride! Any OTHER bridal store I went to felt like they were only focused on trying to sell a dress to me and did not care if it was THE dress. I did not feel that way at Bella’s at all. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. My consultant, Lillie, was very patient and worked with me to find my dress. This business felt like it was based on actual customer satisfaction and not just sales. They have a large selection of dresses that are organized so you can easily find what you’re looking for. It is also very beautiful with many spots for photo ops. Definitely a memorable day. They also sell formal dressed for proms/home comings and I have no doubt they would be exceptional at that as well. So glad I drove two hours to Bella’s because I don’t think I would have had this experience anywhere else! ☺️

The bridal event was so much fun with vendors to prepare brides for the planning journey. I found my dress that night with a consultant who graduated from UNA like me, which made it extra special! She made me feel special and beautiful! Then when we went to go make the final payment to order my dress, the consultant that day was the assistant manager for Bella’s. She genuinely cleared up all questions we didn’t know to ask at the original appointment. She made me feel beautiful and literally was nothing but an angel! I couldn’t have asked for more than what Bella’s has been already been!

I cannot speak highly enough about this store and their employees that assisted me. I will try to give an abbreviated explanation. I picked out and ordered my dress from Bella's around January 2021 for my August 2021 wedding. In May 2021, my mom/best friend was placed on hospice due to terminal cancer. My family rallied around us and pulled together a fairytale wedding on May 16th, 2021. I had called Bella's and they were able to call the designer, get the dress shipped asap with no extra charge, get all alterations done in one week and have the dress ready for pickup 2 days before the wedding. A bridal miracle. They have since spot cleaned my dress and have it ready for the originally planned celebration "wedding #2" in late August. All this to say, they have been wonderful and always so helpful during a bittersweet season.

I had been to several stores before coming to Bella’s and hands down Bella’s is the best place to shop for a wedding dress! My consultant Ashley, was top notch. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Not only was she pleasant and fun to work with, but her knowledge of cuts and fits was impressive. I went in thinking I wanted one style, but Ashley was able to open my eyes to dresses I didn’t originally consider. She helped me find my perfect dress, that I could be comfortable in all day, and was in my budget! I highly recommend Ashley and Bella’s Bridal, wonderful experience!

The whole appointment was amazing. They were so kind and sweet to me and my bridal party. Much better than David’s bridal. The dresses were all affordable and there was a huge selection to pick from. Lily my consultant felt like a friend and related to me. She helped me find my dress and never once left me and was catering to my every need. Amazing staff! Amazing atmosphere! This place has an all in one, wedding, homecoming, pageants!!! Extraordinary experience for me and my daughter! Wow! Olivia is absolutely beautiful inside and out! So after driving an hour to Birmingham to try to find my wedding dress, with an entourage of 8 other ladies (I know it’s a big party, but we are all very chill and I got it approved before showing up); I had an appointment at ANOTHER business where I was not impressed with the customer service. I felt rushed and couldn’t even pick out my own dresses. The manager was rude and belittled the sales woman that was trying to be helpful. After regrouping and grabbing some lunch, my sister made a call to Bella’s where they said “We can take you in 30 minutes.” We rushed there and the whole atmosphere was just unmatched. It even smelled great in there. We were greeted and promptly taken to a private room that sat all 8 of my party. Thalia was THE BEST! She was so sweet and patient and made us all feel so comfortable. They even had mini water bottles for all of us. She let us all look around and then came back and helped me get into each dress. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything but just from her energy and professionalism, it made me want to give her my business as opposed to the other place that I mentioned previously. Bella’s has a very luxurious vibe to it and I will be recommending them to any new bride to be. Thalia, thank you so much for all of your help! You were amazing and I’m so thankful for all that you did for me and my large party of girls.

Paola was amazing!! I had my heart set on this dress that was being discontinued and she got a sample in for me and came in on her day off so I could try it on! It was absolutely perfect!! She pulled some other options for me as well that were beautiful. They have a giant showroom and lots of options! Everyone is so friendly and very excited for you about your big day!!

My bridal consultation experience at Bella’s Bridal was exceeded my exceptions. Prior to going to going to my consultation, I had plans to visiting multiple bridal shops before saying yes to the dress, but shockingly enough my search ended with the first bridal shop visit and the First dress that I tried on. My Bridal stylist, Chandler is amazing! Not only did she offer ideas for me to make my dress custom to my preference, but has been in contact communication with me since my consultation. Love her!

Today was my first time going to Bella’s Bridal with my daughter and her stepmom, and she found the perfect dress. Olivia was wonderful and so welcoming to our small group. She was patient and SO HELPFUL especially since our daughter is not a “girly girl” or a dress wearing girl. The fitting went smooth and she helped with finding the perfect dress that will be wonderful for the wedding. She also explained the timeline of when we needed to get fitted for alterations and was able to ease our minds of the stresses that normally come with this part of planning a wedding. 100% recommend this place and Olivia as well as the other smiling employees.

My consultant was Ashley & she was great! I had a total of 3 visits before saying yes to my dress. On my second visit, I was pretty sure I found my dream dress but I wasn’t ready to commit. She texted me once about it and I appreciate that I was never pressured into committing. She was super accommodating on my third visit when I finally said yes to it! Overall, Bella’s is a good store. Hannah is a great consultant. My complaint comes from the selection available. Yes, they have tons of dresses. BUT if you don’t want something super trendy, you might have a hard time. Hannah pulled tons of beautiful dresses but so many are so similar and if you want something that’s different from the norm, you may have a hard time

my stylist was so helpful and helped me branch out from what i thought i wanted! i’m picky and my family is opinionated, but she was patient and continued to push forward while helping me find my dream dress!! Bella’s selection of dresses is so vast, ranging from huge intricate ball gowns to simple fitted gowns, so if you’re wanting something with a specific feel, i highly recommend!

I made my appointment with Bellas Bridal and it was the easiest decision of my entire engagement thus far. Ashley was an huge help in the selection process. At first my mother and I were overwhelmed with the options we had before us, but Ashley helped familiarize us with each isle. After I tried on about 8 dresses that my mom and I picked (all about ended up being between 5's to 7's out of 10 after trying them on...) Then Ashley was able to use those selections to go out to the racks and find some selections she thought we'd want. She brought back 3 dresses at were all 9's on my preference scale, and one dress that was an obvious 10. She made the moment extra special by getting to know our group quickly and using her expertise to find the EXACT dress I had been envisioning. Thank You Bellas & Thank You Ashley!

We had an absolutely amazing experience here! Bella's has a huge array of dresses and vails to choose from, along with private areas for you and your bridal party to be separate from everyone else (which is super nice). Our bridal stylist, Lillie-Ann, was very attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout our whole appointment. She made our bride very comfortable, and at no point did we ever feel rushed. With our appointment, we had the Champaine and charcuterie that was a huge hit with our group, so I highly recommend including it in your appointment. Lillie-Ann was able to cater to our every need and we are very thankful for her. All-in-all we had a blast. Bella's was able to turn a usually very stressful event into a much more relaxed environment. We will definitely recommend Bellas to everyone in the future.

I had an appointment with Bella's at 9am. My consultant was Chandler Mordecai who was very sweet and amazing at what she does. Chandler asked me what style am I looking for and I told her fitted and flare and she stated I have the perfect dress for you. When she brought the dress to me I was saying to myself no ma'am because it wasn't the look I was going for. I kid you not Chandler's choice was my first try on and I ended up saying yes to that dress she had picked out for me before 9:30. All I can say is Amazing job Chandler and thank you.

Really nice staff very classy fancy place. Had a wonderful experience here but the dresses seemed really over priced. It was unfortunate bc everything else about my appointment was wonderful. My assistant told me the cheapest dress in their place was 1,500. The dress I fell in love with was 4,500 ended up finding a very similar dress in the mall for 1,100.

I found my dream dress at Bella's Bridal and it was my 3rd dress shop! My consultant was Carolyn and she was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I came in with a group of friends and a fairly clear idea of what I wanted. We pulled dresses and she personally pulled a dress that was the total opposite of what I had in mind but said she thought I would be pleasantly surprised and I was! To my surprise, I fell in love and so did my entourage. It was unlike anything I'd tried or pinned on my pinterest board but it was in fact THE ONE! Carolyn helped me and my crew celebrate by providing a toast, I would recommend Bella's!

I had the most amazing experience at Bella’s! I made a bridal appointment not knowing what to expect since I drove 3 hours just to be there! They were all so welcoming and helpful. There is an endless amount of dresses I would be shocked if you couldn’t find the perfect dress! I would definitely recommend if you want to feel like a complete princess with your own bridal suite! I cannot recommend this place enough for your bridal needs! My consultant, Erin, was incredible. First, I told her what style I was looking for, the aesthetics of my wedding, and my price range. She then took my party to the racks of wedding dresses and was able to tell us which aisles had the designs I had described. Erin clearly is knowledgeable about the inventory in the store, which impressed me - there are a lot of dresses! She let us loose and we picked a few dresses to try on. They were all beautiful, but not *my* dress. Once we were through trying out our choices, Erin told us that she had a good idea of what I was looking for, so she picked out a few more dresses for me. Y'all, she nailed it while keeping in my budget, too! She also picked a beautiful veil and a lace bolero that truly transformed the look of the dress to the next level. Erin made me feel like she truly listened to everything I said, and made the experience extremely fun - she is both personable and professional, and it was a pleasure to work with her. If you want to say yes to the dress, go to Bella's!!

I had the best experience at Bella’s! I walked in thinking I probably wouldn’t find my dress that day. It was my first bridal appointment ever and I thought I was just going to try things on and get a feel for what I liked. But as soon as I stepped inside, I was amazed. The inside is all white with chandeliers and marble floors. You feel like you’re in a mini Kleinfield but no where near as expensive. My consultant was Ashley, and she was wonderful. She really listened to what I had envisioned and guided me in that direction. She made recommendations to help flatter my body type but also gave me what I was looking for. All of the consultants that were walking around were so encouraging and honest about what looked good on me and what didn’t. They made shopping so fun and I found my perfect dress! Definitely recommend going just for the experience, even if you don’t find your dress!

I had the most amazing experience. Because I am plus size I thought I wouldn't find a dress there, but I was terribly wrong. They had more than enough styles and samples that fit me. Once I received the dress I needed alterations and the seamstress was great. I got married in December and my dress was EVERYTHING to me! I felt beautiful and confident on my special day. We walked in and checked in an immediately got hit with all the positivity. Lillie helped me find my dream wedding dress! She was absolutely amazing and knew exactly how to find me dresses that fit my body type! (Curvy with a big chest). When we first sat down with her, she asked what dresses I liked, if I had pictures, the whole nine yards. I showed her pictures I had, one being a dress I’ve been in love with since I was a little girl. SHE FOUND A DRESS ALMOST IDENTICAL! Oh my goodness, I had THE BEST experience at Bella’s! First of all, it is a beautiful shop! I was in awe as soon as I walked in. There were so many beautiful dresses to look through and try on and I loved feeling so special trying on all of them! There were a lot of budget friendly gowns as well, which was great for me! They made sure I stayed within my budget and found my dream dress. Sarolyn was my bridal consultant and she was absolutely fantastic! She and all of the ladies at Bella’s made me feel beautiful and confident. All of the ladies there were so sweet and helpful, and the atmosphere was light and fun. The check in and check out process was smooth and efficient and the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. I had the 90 minute appointment and I never felt rushed! I got to try on so many dresses and I had a blast! I wish I could have that moment over and over again, that’s how much I enjoyed my wedding dress shopping experience. It was the only store I went to and knew I wanted to go to, and the only place I needed to find my wedding dress. I found the one! I’m a Bella’s Bride! 🤍💍

Could not recommend Bella’s more! They have a wonderful selection of wedding dresses. My consultant Olivia has been great to work with. She was patient with me and supportive when I was indecisive on a dress and has answered me quickly anytime I had a question since purchasing my dress. Would definitely recommend coming here to look for a wedding gown.

Bella’s was second on my list for bridal shops to hit today. If it tells you anything- I NEVER write reviews. I was intimated and nervous at the fact they wouldn’t have a decent selection of plus size dresses. Well, I was totally wrong. My consultant, Lillie made today so special— more than I could have ever imagined. The day functioned so smooth and flawlessly from start to finish. She was on top of her game, knew so much about the dresses and styles themselves, and she made me feel so comfortable from the start. I truly could not brag on how wonderful she was- even my family who attended was blown away by her eagerness to make that day all about making me feel BEAUTIFUL. I recommend you personally ask for her if you plan on booking an appointment here. Needless to say, I said yes to the dress and I cannot wait to try on my dress again. Lillie is truly a diamond in the rough when it comes to Bella’s! Thanks Lillie! :)

I had an appointment today with Ashley and she was phenomenal. I definitely tried to be as prepared as possible with having the styles I was open to, what I found ideal, non-negotiables, price point, wearing heels and shapewear, and everything to make the most out of the appointment. There was a sample sale going on which was great. With the budget I had (under $1200) she didn't make me feel bad that I couldn't wear a more expensive dress, and she helped me try on dresses that were in our range, in styles I was open to. I even happened to like one that didn't look great on the hangar, that Ashley suggested, and my fiance and I ended up liking it the most. The support, respect, the partnership I had with Ashley at my appointment today was so memorable and made me feel absolutely comfortable, confident, and great. Even if a dress didn't fit, there wasn't any shame. The focus was finding a dress that fit my body, rather than me find a dress to fit into. Being curvy and having a body style that I am still growing to accept and love at this time of my life is hard, but this experience I felt so supported and felt really taken cared of and listened to. I didn't feel pressure and even though we were stuck on a dress, she was supportive and encouraged us to take the time and think it over (sleep on it) and really make sure this was the right decision. This was a great experience and it was all because of Ashley, 100%. Highly recommend and even if the dress wasn't the "one," I will definitely have my business with them for my wedding.

I cannot not stop raving to my friends and family about my experience at Bellas. I've heard of horror stories of future brides being overlooked or having snide comments said about them while at their fittings at OTHER places, so I was a bit apprehensive before trying on my dress. All of those worries quickly fleeted when I stepped into Bellas. The women greeted you with smiles as you walked in and seemed as excited as I was to have me there. They were prompt with getting me set up. The point of the experience that made it the best was having Lydia as my consultant. She is the absolute best! She is so knowledgable, knew exactly what I wanted, and made me feel so comfortable. She knew so much and really helped bring my dress to life while also letting me have free rein over my decision (never pressured me or rushed me). Also, I was able to contact her after about some questions and she gave me helpful tips as to alternations since I now lived in Texas. So grateful to Bella's team!

I went to Bella's looking for a wedding dress. I wasn't expecting to find anything, because the style I was looking for isn't very common. Despite this, Bella's had quite a few things to choose from, and I found my dress! My bridal stylist, Sarah, made the whole process better. She listened to what I wanted intently and had a fantastic knowledge of their inventory. She expertly clipped the dresses to show me how my altered fit would look, and was able to answer all of my questions about anything and everything related to the process. She even accommodated my request to come back later that day after some much needed time to clear my mind before making the purchase. I can't recommend Bella's enough!

I’m from Huntsville but I work in the Birmingham area so I did a quick Google search and stumbled across Bellas and another bridal store in the Mountain Brook area. Bella’s made it super easy to book an appointment and Erin was the BEST fit! She helped me pick out dresses she thought I’d look great in, even though they were the complete opposite of what I originally thought I wanted. I tried on about 4 different dresses but I kept comparing them to the first dress I’d tried on. I didn’t want to “settle” for the first dress that I picked so I left without purchasing then went to Mountain Brook for my second appointment. Their dress selection couldn’t compare to Bellas. She even convinced me to splurge a little and get the perfect veil to complete my look! I’m soooo grateful!

TLDR: If you are looking for a bridal shop with caring bridal stylists, gorgeous and private suites, and countless dresses, go to Bella's Bridal & Formal. Bella's Bridal was the first salon that I opted to try on bridal dresses at. I had Sarah and she was WONDERFUL! From the moment I interacted with her at the check-in Sarah was friendly and kind. Sarah escorted myself and my entourage back to our suite, walked us through how dresses were organized, asked me what styles I was interested in, and our budget. Sarah didn't pull any dresses that were out of our budget, and pulled some wonderful dresses based on my comments when trying on other dresses. One of my concerns with trying on dresses was that I would become overwhelmed with all of the dresses and would leave feeling disheartened. Sarah intentionally organized how I tried on dresses based on different styles & my comments, so that mentally I would have some distinction and I wouldn't mix up the dresses. Additionally, Sarah continued to make positive and uplifting comments throughout the appointment, and I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. I cannot recommend Bella's Bridal & Formal enough. The stylists are wonderful and know how to pull dresses based on your likes or dislikes, and truly care about their brides. They know their inventory and truly want to make the bride to feel special when finding the perfect gown. Thank you Sarah for making today's appointment so wonderful!

I can’t say enough about this place. First off, I’m a plus sized girl and had so much anxiety about finding my dress. My consultant made me feel so comfortable and gorgeous in every dress she pulled for me. I found my dream dress. It came in earlier than they said it would (a positive!). I thought I could find alterations somewhere else cheaper so I went to David’s Bridal who quoted me over $600 just to shorten the dress, hem the shoulders, and sleeves. $400 of that was just having the dress shortened. Absolutely absurd. So I took it back to Bella’s and they are able to do it for HALF of that. Which I feel better with it in their hands anyways to be honest since I bought it from there and they are used to handling such high end couture dresses. Thank God for Bella’s and all they did for me and my dream dress.

My friends wedding is coming up so we went to Bella’s for her to try on some styles and get an idea of what she wanted. She wants a black dress, so needless to say we were not expecting to find anything that she was crazy about. They had the perfect dress for her, in the color she wanted and it ended up being right in her price range. I am pleased to say that I had a great experience at Bella's, despite what I had heard or read. Everyone greeted me and my family when I arrived. In fact, they allowed me to come in 30 minutes prior to opening to accommodate my time restrictions with my mom's flight to head back to Texas. Bella's was my Hail Mary after trying on over forty other gowns in other boutiques locally and in Atlanta. I enjoyed being able to shop for my own dresses to try on and Olivia was very sweet and eager to be helpful in my decision without pressuring me. I did find my dress here, and am hoping to continue to have a positive experience with receiving it and alterations. Olivia also sent a hand written note to my home that felt very personable and authentic. To those who have had experiences where staff was unpleasant, I do believe they are making efforts towards improvement and redemption; and I'm all about growth! :) Review to be updated once I receive my dress! Update: went to pick up my dress. I had an appointment which I guess meant, “here’s your dress” , and left to go about trying it on and inspecting to condition without staff assistance. Anytime I needed anything, I had to go hunt someone down. I even had to ask for a bag to take it home in. I also found a few flaws (beading and loose bra cup) and the woman “helping” me told me I could get that fixed in alterations with them. I’m not even confident I’m doing alterations with them, but even had to ask her to document that I received the dress in that condition. She says that she has. Will likely get those two things fixed then take my dress elsewhere for alterations.

I couldn't have ask for a better experience than the one I had at Bella's. Ms. Laura was the sweetest and most helpful consultant I could've had. She was very attentive and listened to what I was looking for. They have the most beautiful dresses I have seen in the Birmingham area and I've have shopped around. All the ladies are eager to help and have beautiful accessories. If anyone ever ask me where to go for a bridal gown or formal gown, I would definitely recommend Bella's. My experience there was absolutely awesome!! I walked in without an appointment after having a horrifying experience at David's Bridal, Laura was the 1st to greet me and said she would be glad to help me. Within 15 minutes she had 3 dresses for me to try on, which one of them was the one I have bought for my wedding gown. That's how I expected to be treated when shopping for something so special. Bella's had a lot of beautiful dresses, and it was a fun experience, but overall it was kind of odd. I guess it mostly just didn't live up to the hype. The selection was not as large as I was told, and it felt really strange to be pulling my own dresses from the rack to try on. I don't think I got adequate time to sit down with my consultant to discuss what I was looking for, but I take part of the blame for that. For all brides-to-be in general, I recommend ONLY bringing one trusted person along on any bridal shopping appointment. I brought 3 and it was too much. Too many cooks in the kitchen!!

Belle's made the prom dress shopping a much more pleasant experience. We had visited 5 stores before dropping in to see what Bella's had to offer. Large selection of size 8a and the one that she liked best fit like a dream. Only thing upsetting was they didn't hold dresses on weekend and we had made an appointment at another store...which was a waste of time. Other store had nothing that was current prom fashion, expected more from a national bridal and formal chain store. Back we went to Bella's and dress was not on rack! Young lady was trying it on...flood of tears from grand princess. Thank goodness the beautiful young lady trying it on need a size larger. We said yes to the dress and bother prom princesses with have the dress of their dreams. (Ohatchee and Alexandria so not same proms) Will recommend Bella's over any other store.

This is an edited review after talking with the owner at Bella's. In my original review I was upset because my wedding party was given some advice that was.. not ideal. The Bella's staff strongly suggested that we all order dresses that were much larger than our actual sizes, and everyone in my group ended up paying more for alterations than the dresses cost in the first place. I was told by 3 different alterations ladies that my dress was so big they physically could not alter it without destroying the dress. I called Bella's to ask for a rush order on a new dress. They said it wasn't possible because even a rush order would take a minimum of two months. So I went online and found the exact same dress somewhere else for the same price, and it was only $40 more to make it a rush delivery. Not an ideal situation obviously but the reason I am editing my original review is because the owner at Bella's offered to refund me for the dress I bought from them, and she ordered our dress in every size so there will be options to try on at the store moving forward, so hopefully nobody else will ever have this issue, and I appreciated that.

I cannot say enough good things about Bella's Bridals! I went to 2 other bridal salons and had terrible experiences from the tiny dressing rooms and crowded waiting areas where strangers were looking at me walk out in dresses. Bella's was the total opposite. Each dressing room has a private sitting area for your guests so its far more intimate. My consultant was Ashley and she was so sweet and helpful. Even when I wanted to think on a dress and come back after lunch, she didn't mind one bit! When I came back to try on the dress I was thinking about, she helped me try on several accessories until I found a look I loved. So glad I went to Bella's!

Two weeks ago, I had my bridal and bridesmaids appointment with Carolyn. Carolyn was really helpful during my bridal fitting. I showed her pictures of the wedding gowns I liked, and she pulled a few that were similar to that style for me to try on. To say the least, I found my dress! After finding my dress, she assisted me with finding a veil. I found a veil that went perfectly with my dress, but I wanted it to be wider. Carolyn assured me that she would get additional information on the veil and give me a call (which she did). My bridesmaids appointment went well also. Carolyn assisted me and six of my bridesmaids with whatever we needed during our appointment. Carolyn is experienced and a pleasure to work with.

The initial experience was great, but when we got to the alterations, things took a turn for the worst. Picking my dress was so much fun. I picked this store because of their great selection and that they were far enough away from home that I had hoped no one would have the same dress. The dress I picked was unique and beautiful. We did alterations a month earlier then recommended to make sure there wouldn't be any issues with it being done in time. The woman doing our alterations did not write anything down, gave us very little attention, and seemed very haphazard about the process. The alterations needed were very standard but the dress itself was complicated. We added straps, attached a belt, did a bustle, and took a small amount off the hem. She couldn't give us an estimate during our consultation and said she would send us one that week. We never got an estimate even though it was requested three times. When we came to pick up the dress, we found that the dress was not finished because the date had been written down incorrectly in the log book. One of the receptionists was incredibly apologetic, offered to comp a portion of our alterations, and did her best to fix it. Another receptionist was quite rude and blamed us for the mistake even though the card given to us had the correct date, and the date was chosen specifically so the dress could be picked up on my way home after graduation from college. The seamstress during this conversation gave the impression that she hadn't even started on my dress. We were told we would have to come back the next day, involving an additional 4 hours of drive time. When we arrived the next day, half the work that we asked for hadn't been done and the work that had been completed needed to be fixed resulting in us having to wait another three hours to finally get my dress. We also had to insist that she did the steaming we had payed for because she claimed "there was no point, it would just get wrinkled in the car anyway". I am also not convinced she did the hem. Overall I would go here again but seriously consider taking your alterations elsewhere.

My wedding is in less than thirty days and I had the terrible realization that I just wasn’t happy with my wedding dress (looking at you David’s Bridal) and decided to buy a different dress. I was able to get a Saturday appointment at the last minute (they were able to fit me in within an hour and a half of requesting the appointment through their website). From the second I got there service was above and beyond. My consultant, Brandi, was absolutely wonderful. She was informative and dead set on helping me. She was all I could’ve asked for in a consultant and then some. Their dress selection is phenomenal, their staff is wonderful and I’m 1000% impressed. I found the perfect dress and left feeling incredibly relieved. I wish I had come here first and saved myself the anxiety. I’m recommending this place to anyone and everyone. Bella's was my second appointment for wedding gowns and I regret even wasting time at the first place. Not only are their dresses beautiful, so is the staff-especially Krystin! She was so helpful, honest, and patient. She didn't try to force me into a certain style, type, designer, color and she took the time to listen to my ideas and worked with me. The only recommendation she made was "I have a dress that is perfect for you" and she was right! The dress she picked was "THE DRESS!" Even at the end of my appointment when I was purchasing my dress, she didn't leave my side. If you are looking for an affordable wedding dress then look no frther. Today, I was able to get Maggie Sottero dress for under $800. I was thrilled at this price and I was able to get a dress without any alterations needed. The sales section had about 50 dresses that have recently been marked down. They also have a few dresses for $299. My consultant, Ashley, was amazing and she was very personable. She was able to help me find a dress within my budget and she wasn't very pushy. I'm giving the store 4 stars since you are not able to take pictures of yourself in the dresses you try on. I do not think this is good practice of bridal store since some brides need to take pictures to send to their family in other states. Overall, I recommend this store!!

I found the dress of my dreams for a great price and fell in love with the accessories Kim pulled to compliment my gown. Bella's also made my family and friends comfortable while they waited for me to walk out of the dressing room. I can not wait to walk down the aisle in the gorgeous Maggie Sottero gown! Edit: the sales team deserves 5 stars. But as far as alterations, I'll be taking my dress somewhere else. My dress needed some beading work fixed and so I left it when I bought it. A month later, no word. I still had 8 months until my wedding day, but who wouldn't want to make sure everything is okay after not hearing a single update when it should've been ready in a week as you were told? I called to check on it and the associate had to search for it. It had somehow got put in storage and never made it to alterations. Okay fine, now let's send it to alterations. Another 3 weeks passed, it needed minimal work so I couldn't understand what was taking so long. Call again, STILL not done. At this point they schedule an appt and assure me that it will be ready. I arrive for my appt, STILL not done. They fixed it while I sat there a waited. A whole hours worth of work took 6 weeks? Go somewhere else for alterations. Bella's Bridal was my first stop in wedding dress shopping. And they instantly won me over. The prices AND designers are absolutely wonderful and the staff is even better. I had a hard time choosing between two final gowns. Ordered one, then went home and couldn't get the other out of my head. I made sure to call them first thing in the morning. Alli helped me out and let the owner know of the second thoughts I was having. Victoria is who helped me my first day. Both are such sweet ladies and they are so honest and helpful. They let me switch (I was juse barely on time to switch). They do have a no return or exchange policy also. Carol, the owner, even called me to let me know everything was right on track with the gown I ended up going with. They are such sweet people. I will definitely be ordering my bridesmaids dresses with them too. Absolutely outstanding service!!

Couldn't have done it without Anna Lisa! I had a certain look in my head and she absolutely nailed it. I walked away with the perfect dress after only trying on a few. I also got my bridesmaid dresses from there. I ordered 4 of the same, 1 for my MOH, and 1 for my program attendant. Anna Lisa handled all the sizes, colors, and styles with TWO of my girls being pregnant and needing to order larger. She knew how the designer sizes ran and let my girls know exactly what size would fit and they're all perfect. I kept losing weight so I had to return multiple times for dress fittings and Rita was so patient and understanding and added things to the inside of my dress to make it feel perfect and secure.
