The staff are knowledgeable, professional and super helpful! I was so excited to find that they not only had bras in my size, but many beautiful bras to choose from!! “Big” girls don’t have to just take what you can get - there are SO many options and the prices are very reasonable. This was the BEST lingerie purchasing experience I have ever had!! Good, supportive bras make a woman look better in their clothes, more confident and comfortable. Can’t recommend TLC enough!! I’ll definitely be back!

Went in to look at getting an official fitting as I had measured myself but wanted to make sure. I was correct in my size and the fact they had several options that were incredibly comfortable for my large bust (H cup) was great. My fitter was amazing and extremely helpful. I felt extremely relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience. I am looking forward to going back.

I went in for a new swimsuit, and Keshia was amazing at making me feel comfortable and helping me find what I had in mind. Definitely the best swimsuit-buying experience I have ever had. The swimsuit cost quite a bit more than I was expecting, but the personalized help was worth it.

The thought of shopping of bra shopping in person always brings back horrible flashbacks of being in a Victoria's Secret's fitting room where everything was too small yet too big. I have dreaded shopping for bras since high school. I am so glad I finally convinced myself to go to TLC for a bra fitting. It was an amazing experience! The attendant was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. After being traumatized by Victoria Secret I thought push-up bras were hands down torture devices. Turns out VS just sucks. I bought two bras with underwire! The store has a wide range of beautiful bras, lingerie, and underwear. If you have opportunity to go to TLC please don't buy a bra online! I promise you will not be disappointed if you go to TLC!

This place is fantastic. The people are incredibly helpful and insightful. I love getting bras and lingerie here. Yes it's more expensive, but it fits (which can be difficult for larger women) and the quality is superb. You definitely get what you pay for and it's worth it.

I’ve even brought my daughters in for their first bra fittings so they can understand the difference between buying an ill fitting bra and being sized correctly.

I have heard a lot of things about this place, some good, some bad,. I'm grateful to say my experience was a positive one! I took my little sister in (who has EXTREMELY low self esteem and hates her body with a bloody red passion) and Lisa was able to find an appropriate size bra for her and one that made her feel better about herself. The whole experience was great, Lisa showed genuine kindness and compassion and was extremely understanding and helpful to an extent I have never had at any other lingerie stores. I will certainly be back.

The service is personalized, professional, and accurate. I've felt fully seen, heard, and respected here. Every product I've ever purchased from TLC has been of the highest quality and still quite affordable compared to other places. I moved out-of-state 3 years ago and yet will always make a stop here every time I visit Billings. I've never found another bra shop that could compare! I just left TLC with 3 bras. I didnt start off on the right foot because i didnt want to do the fitting. I thought i knew my size. What i didnt realize is that colors can effect the sizes. Thank you so much to Lisa. She spoke to me in a way that made me feel comfortable enough with the fitting process. I believe all 3 bras are different sizes. They all fit perfectly. I am at least a 40 G and sometimes H or even I. So to all you girls that have the same issues as i....TLC is amazing. I will be back because of the amazing customer service i recieved today. ♥️🙏♥️

Only place I can find good fitting bras for my size. They are constantly striving to bring in bras that are more pretty for larger chested women. It's worth the drive from Great Falls. If taken care of properly and the ladies at TLC Lingerie will give instructions for proper care these bras will last for quite some time! They are pricey but necessary.

If you are anything like me, you wouldn't even think of entering a Lingerie shop, but get over it! A friend recommended that I go in for a free bra fitting. I tried to look cool as I walked through the door, hoping no one would notice how uncomfortable I felt. I was whisked to a room in record time, received personal attention, and decided I may not have to spend my life savings on a 'lift'. I was measured. I was pampered. I was listened to. I left with five. FIVE BRAS. Ones that fit me perfectly and are pretty to boot. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, it cannot be matched! The wonderful women who do their best to leave one with as much dignity and privacy as possible are some of the kindest ladies in the land. If you haven't been to TLC, don't walk, RUN.

This is the best undergarment store I have ever been to. The staff really know their products and listen to what you want and like. I never felt so pretty as this store made me feel. I bought several bras from here and the staff are always helpful. The bras are a bit more expensive but I find them to last longer and be more durable than bras I've bought at other stores. I highly recommend this place! They also have a good selection of swimwear and lingerie!

Excellent customer service, education, and products! I went in for a bra fitting because I suspected I was wearing the wrong size. The woman (I think her name was Tana, I'm so bad with names!) spent almost 45 minutes with me measuring and explaining proper bra fit. She showed me how to adjust my current bra to fit properly and showed me what sizes I should be wearing. She brought me a huge selection to try on and showed me to put them on correctly (not flipped over in the front, who knew?!). I purchased 4 everyday bras and plan to come back for special occasion and sports bras. I received 3 gifts with my purchase (who doesn't love free stuff?). I want to bring my sisters here for a fitting when they visit over the holidays too. I've had department store fittings before but this was so much better. I learned so much! TLC is an awesome local resource.

I’m a 42H and it’s impossible to find my size and in stock for me to try on anywhere! This is somewhere that keeps so many different kinds of bras in EVERY SIZE. They have small bands and big busts or big bands and small busts and everything in between! Bra shopping can be so overwhelming and they make it such an easy experience! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone of any size! They even have lingerie that goes by cup size!!!

DDD+ speaking here: I'm also in my early twenties and didn't want to give into the typical "grandma" bra just yet. Well, let me tell you, I walked away with cute lacey bralettes, a neon colored sports bra (I think the Archangel Michael hand sewed himself) and cute "in season" colored bras of all types of padding. I was also educated on how my bras should actually fit. No spilling over or under anymore for this girl! Thank you TLC for making me feel normal and comfortable again!

To this day, TLC is the only place that has been able to fit me properly AND have my size in the store. I've been to stores in Colorado and Texas, Victoria Secret and Lane Bryant. Those stores sized me wrong, and then spent forever having me try different sizes to see what would fit. But TLC - they size me once, and bring in bras that fit. Bustier women know the importance of a well-fitted and well-fitting bra, and TLC is the only place that has been able to give that to me. I love this place. 5 stars every day.

I highly recommend going to TLC Lingerie!! I have struggled for years finding a bra that fits me and actually does it’s job of support. Today I went in with hopes of finding a great bra and left with 4 different types that support me in different ways!! I learned how a bra should look, feel, and be cared for!! I now look and feel confident that I have felt in years! If you are in need of help or feel like your bra is not doing it’s job, I would run down to TLC and they will do whatever in their power they can to find one, or multiple, that makes you feel amazing!! Once you go in, they create a profile for you and keep the bras and sizes you like on your file, so when you go back in or want the same one in a different color, they look at your profile and get you exactly what you need! I will never go to another place to get my lingerie!!! 10/10 for customer service 10/10 for bra selection
