We were in and out within an hour and she made me feel comfortable. I appreciate this experience as I didn’t feel that way at others places in town.

I cannot begin to say enough kind things about the staff at Step'N Out. I will never be able to do them justice regarding my experience working with them, but I will try. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and eager to help make my special day perfect. I really wanted all of my bridesmaids and family to feel included when I tried my dress on. The staff at Step"N Out did a great job of accommodating everyone. (It was an extremely large party). Trying on dresses was an absolute dream! Kesley did an amazing job of listening to my vision for my perfect day and finding me the most amazing dress. Several of my bridesmaids came to my fitting from out of town and Kesley took the time to help them choose their dresses for my wedding too. I wanted my bridesmaids to feel comfortable, so I choose a color, material, and designer that I liked and I let the girls choose the dress they wanted. I was extremely impressed that Kesley took the time to make sure each and every girl found the a dress that they felt comfortable in. We all felt like princesses that day! Regardless of how amazing my experience was trying on dresses and hunting for tuxes it does not begin to compare to the experience I had at my dress fitting. The dress fitting coincided with a family loss, and I was not sure if I could keep my spirits up to enjoy the moment. Kesley and the Step N Out team were able to turn something that was truly tragic for our family at the time into an amazing experience for us. Not only does the Step N Out team care about finding the perfect dress, they care deeply about their clients and making their special day even more magical. Both my grandparents were diagnosed with Cancer shortly after my engagement and we didn't think my grandfather would make it to my wedding day. I am the oldest grand daughter and I was extremely close with my grandfather, I really wanted him to see me in my wedding dress before he passed away. Kesley was kind enough to help coordinate one of my fittings so that my grandparents could be there to see me in my dress. Unfortunately, my grandfather's health took a turn for the worst the morning of the fitting. I was unaware he was unable to come to my fitting until after I had already gotten to Step'N Out. Now I am sure Kesley has seen her fair share of crying brides but I was an absolute mess. I was already upset knowing this would be the only time my grandfather would be able to see me in my dress and I was even more distraught when I had learnt he was in worse shape. Kesley was such a sweet heart. She was so kind and patient while I cried on her shoulder. My mother, who had gone to pick up my grandparents, insisted that I stay for the fitting. She would just use her iPad so I could Facetime with my grandparents while I tried on my dress. Kesley offered to wait until some of my family could get to the store to be there for me during the fitting. This whole process took a couple of hours and I could not be more grateful towards Kelsey and the rest of the staff at Step'N Out. They were unbelievably kind and thoughtful. My grandfather passed away before my wedding. But he was able to see me in my dress and that meant the world to me and my family. Thank you to all of the ladies at Step'N Out for being so wonderful!

She made sure every dress was clipped in the right spots to look like it fit me properly and when I showed her pictures of dresses I liked, she knew exactly where to pull from in the store. In comparison to another bridal store, where I had to find my own dresses, Step N’ Out was all class and very professional. I highly recommend this store to all current and future brides. I had an amazing experience at Step'n Out! I was so indecisive about what dress I wanted. Thought I had it all figured out, but definitely did not! Anna helped me find the perfect dress and happily listened to me flap my jaws about anything and everything. She was very friendly and made me feel 100% comfortable and confident. I cannot even begin to sing enough praise for Step'n Out! The staff is helpful and completely invested in their customers. Never have I experienced customer service as exceptional as here. My fiancé and I are getting married in December this coming year. When I went in to try on dresses, I was treated like their only customer. I could not be more pleased with my experience. I had made arrangements elsewhere in Billings to try on dresses, and was having NO luck finding what I wanted, and experiencing poor customer service. I was pretty discouraged. My bridesmaids suggested going to Step N' Out. It was right in the middle of prom season, so I decided I'd call ahead just in case. The lady told me that they had all the time slots booked, but I could come in and try on dresses on my own. When we got there, they really were busy, but they helped me anyways, and I ended up ordering my dress and my bridesmaid dresses that day. They listened to every comment that was made by my bridesmaids and Mom, and helped us with every detail. The lady that worked with us was phenomenal! I'm so grateful my girls talked me into stopping that day! Thank you, Step N' Out!

This is my first ever review on Google but I had to share what an amazing time I had choosing my wedding dress. I had visited Step'n Out a few months prior with one of my friends for her wedding dress. June was her consultant and was just downright perfect. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. My friend didn't find "the one" which was perfectly ok with June as she wanted our happiness far more than any commission check. Fast forward to this weekend during their sample sale, I decided to pop in just to take a look without any intention of finding a dress. (I had been to several other places and was starting to feel a little discouraged that I didn't feel like there was a dress for me.) I was lucky enough to get June during their busy sale. She recognized me instantly and remembered details about my wedding that I had forgotten I shared. June got right to work and pulled dresses that were exactly what I was thinking and just when I thought I found one I could really love she brought out the most stunning gown that was in my budget. She took the time to get to know me to know this dress would be the one. Needless to say I said yes to the dress! Despite being alone while looking June, Kesley, and Anna made me feel as though I was amongst my closest friends. If you are looking for a wedding dress this should be the first place you go!

The lady working that night was not just trying to rush us out the door when we came in last minute because of the construction and leaving town a little late. She had my sister try on her dress because she hadn't yet and even helped me convince her shed want a picture later on with the sign that said I said yes. Step N' Out was hands down the BEST shop ever! I went wedding dress shopping with my mom while she was in town and we found the most beautiful dress. This is the time we met Anna, she is one of a kind! The next week, my nana, aunt, flower girl, and maid of honor all went wedding dress shopping. We went to Step N' Out first and we did the whole shebang again because I didn't want them to know which dress I had chosen. None of them picked it out! So I had Anna sneak it into my dressing room. It was great - "I don't remember picking out that one" so I ended up telling them it was the one I had chosen the previous week. Anna made sure I was taken care of and gave me her full attention :) And it was planned late I didn't make appointments! We went to Belle En Blanc and David's Bridal after and the service didn't come anywhere near the service I received from Step 'N Out. Yes, I did not make appointments and Belle En Blanc did very well accommodating for me. If you are looking for a place where you will feel like the VIP and everyone is listening to what you like,want,need etc. Step N' Out is your place!

We went there to find a wedding dress for my sister. The lady that helped us was very fun and energetic. She knew exactly what she was doing and where everything was at. It only took about 2 min for my sister to take off a dress and put on a dress. Really an amazing experience and highly recommended for your wedding or prom needs! For my wedding in October, we have used Step'n Out for nearly every single attire service including: bridal gown, veil, bridesmaids' gowns, and tuxes for all of the men and boys in the wedding party. Each time I have been into the store has been absolutely wonderful! Beginning with the first time I stepped into the door, without an appointment, I have been treated like a queen. I tried on my dream dress that first day and they wrote down the numbers of everything I was even remotely interested in. Then I made an appointment and had THE moment with my dress, knowing that I still had another appointment with another shop, Anna did not pressure me at all! She even told me to come in the next day if I wanted to order the dress, again without an appointment. Of course I did, and without hesitation, they let me put the dress back on! Chosing the groomsmen's tuxes was also quite fun and easygoing. My fiancé's tux was free in the offer they had been running. My bridesmaids got 20% off their dresses since my dress was purchased in store. The bridesmaids' dresses showed me a whole new level of professionalism when a very unexpected rift caused some stress. The manufacturer of the bridesmaid dresses randomly shut its doors with no word on if/when the dresses would be in. They assured me that they had already tried to get more information and to wait it out. After they found out that it was very unlikely those dresses would ever come, they offered up the best alternative. They found a new manufacturer that would waive the rush fees and the shop decided that the money already put down on the old dresses could be applied to the new ones. Again, Anna was completely understanding and spent over an hour (while I was there;probably more without me) finding similar dresses from the new manufacturer. Primarily, I have been working with Anna, and she is absolutely amazing! However every person I have encountered at Step'n Out has been so welcoming. If you want the absolute bridal experience where you feel like a prince or princess, I highly recommend this shop! Thank you for everything you've done so far!

Awesome experience! My husband and I rented our tuxes for our wedding from Step’n Out. We picked them up the Thursday morning before our wedding. The staff that greeted us was very friendly, everything was ready to go when we got there and they helped us carry the tuxes out to our car. A German friend with us expressed great interest in suspenders and Step’n Out threw in an extra pair just for him. It really made his day! We could not have been happier with the tuxes-which were rented sight-unseen-and even though they were returned in a pretty chaotic manner there were no problems.
