Ross Dress for Less in Billings, Montana offers random items in the cookware aisle and the bed and bath aisle that are reasonably priced and very nice. In the past I purchased pots and pans that were a brand name and well priced because they were individual pieces rather than big sets. Very helpful when you need a just few pots.

I Love this store. So much to look at. This place has just about everything you're looking for and if they don't? Give it a few days and then go back in and check. The prices are great. You can even find Names Brand things but you won't have to pay for the name brand price.

It's usually only women working here so I'm just going to start my review off by saying the ladies that are always working here are so phenomenal about making sure that if I need help that I get to help that I need and the merchandise is great quality for very low prices I highly recommend Ross for name brand merchandise but at an affordable price. I hate going into Ross dress for less! Every time I do, I come out with a basket full of stuff!! And my wallet is lighter! Thank goodness I get a new check every month from the government to support my Ross addiction. Lol. This time I skipped the clothing and went straight to the back of the store. What a big mistake!! I found loads of decor items for my home. Yep, you guessed it, I found enough stuff to fill my cart. Oh well, I'll get another check next month!!! And my kitchen looks great and odie, my puppy loves his new bed. Lol

This morning as I’m sharing my review I just left the store. I’m in my vehicle to share my experience.There was a young lady who was being trained as a new associate. She was asking the lady who was training her questions. The lady in front of me was rude to the new gal who was training. That in general would make someone feel overwhelmed. This lady came back in as I was checking out my things. Instead of waiting in line again she cut me out to be more rude do to an honest mistake. She was even hard to understand cuz she barely spoke English well. Someone learning and not afraid to ask questions when starting a new job at time is hard yo find. Anyway to get to the point. Even with how she was being treated by this rude customer the Lady handled the situation well. She did an excellent job. The lady training her did a good job as well. I’m not one to do reviews often. I’m a critic most the time so tend to keep my mouth shut unless I feel it needed. If these two ladies see this post Thank You! You did an excellent job. To the new Lady good luck and don’t let anyone make you want to give up.

Who doesn't love a bargain! This store has a great variety of styles to please just about everyone. Me for sure. The prices are great for quality items. You can't try on clothing just yet but there are mirrors around the store to give a person a good idea of how they would look on you. I did that today and came home with a great looking blouse. And a pair of shoes. I will always be a customer for ROSS.

Great prices for clothing sets for smaller kids that are adorable. Wonderful selection of kids books fair price. I love this store with its wide variety of cooking items, bathroom items, super cute kid room themes. Really unique accent peices for decorating too. Plus gift bags. Has something for everyone.

Wish as people we could be more considerate of the associates that work these stores. When the store is an absolute mess is because customers drop merchandise on the floor and leave it. Little do we realize, that when a store has to take a loss because of damages to product it means our price goes up. Let's give them a helping hand. Like this store.

Not a good experience. Tries to get information on some clothing for my kids and the associate couldn't be bothered. Spoke to the MOD and she was a little more helpful. Over all I think they need to weed out the bad apples otherwise people will stop shopping there.

Found exactly what I needed and it was a good price too! We were in and out fairly quick for how busy it was. My only recommendation to the cashiers: please don't say "next purchase", "next customer" is definitely more appropriate.

Ross always delivers quality clothing at a fraction of the price. I do wish they'd consider purchasing a larger building as it's easy to get trapped in aisles if you have people come at you from both ends. There is barely room for carts down the clothing aisles. I do love the store and great selection of items. It's my favorite place to stock up on gift bags and tissue paper too.

Ross is a great place to shop for decorating items like folding screens, lamps and sheets, incredible savings on brand name items such as a leather purses and trendy clothing that can allow you to break a $20 and still have change. Love checking it out before more expensive shopping - always a break. Go often for the best to choose from. Also!!! Tuesday is senior day with 10% off last I went.

It's a Ross. If you like Ross, go here. If you don't, then dont come here. Clothes are somewhat disorganized, sometimes there are shoes on the floor here and there, and the staff is decent enough. Nothing makes it stand out from the crowd in a positive or negative way. It's nothing special, good or bad. It's just a normal, average, decent Ross.
