Mitchel and the other staff were great. Mitchel was very helpful as a new person to the store to waln me through and help me find the items I needed. The other staff was very kind and assisting as needed. Thanks to the Billings store staff for a great experience!

A gentleman helped me out. Great customer service indeed. My son is almost 7ft. 1st time. Non-judgmental. Very intuitive. I received help all the way. He did such a great job at helping me. I wanted to give him a tip. He declined though. I diffently going back even if I have to drive 3 hours. We need more gentleman such as himself. Thank you.

Marshall was awesome! He provided the best customer service I've ever had when shopping for clothes. I own a business and customer service is extremely important to me and he was absolutely incredible. The store itself is great and has tons of styles and quality brands. It was really a great experience.

Great service. Welcomed into the store and greeted by friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I was measured and looking for items within 10 minutes. The only thing that slightly mars the experience is the shortage of items they had available. I had to order the color and size of items online though the store. Easy process. I’m content with waiting 4 days for items to show up.

My white dress shirt was ruined an hour before my Father-in-Law's funeral. I raced into DXL, the gal was AWESOME, she quickly found me a shirt, AND IRONED IT, so I could dress there and race to the services. Easily a 5-star experience. Thank you.

Finally decided to check this store out and we were not disappointment. We came on Saturday 5/22. The women who was working there was so helpful and kind. She had great recommendations for us and we were able to find all the clothing my fiance needed for our wedding. It seems hard to find good customer service lately but the lady who helped us was simply amazing! We will definitely be repeat customers. Thank you so much.

I was very impressed!! The store is amazingly clean and organized, very inviting! The associate, Dawn, was extremely helpful, accommodating and exceedingly friendly! It made shopping there such a joy. The reason the four stars is the pricing.. it is a bit steep but I suppose no different than mall shopping. It is a shame because for men/young men who NEED to shop a store like that, you could buy so much more if the pricing was better! However the selection of clothing is outstanding and you can get anything from sweats and tees to suits and ties! It was a great experience and look forward to shopping there more once we move here!!

Excellent service. Nice selection of shoes from casual to dress shoes for guys with wide feet. Better than going to the mall or mens warehouse. Great selection of clothes for bigger guys.

Great selection of clothing for the larger guys. The prices are inflated otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. They're able to get away with it as they carry the hard to find sizes. Employees are always helpful and store is always clean.
