When to exchanged a pair of Manolo Blahnik‘s, but ended up with a pair of Prada boots and Alexander McQueen sneakers. The service was great, down stairs at the lady’s section, there’s a young AA gentleman, and whatever you want if it’s still in style he would find it for you. I forgot his name and I’m sorry lol! He would look ever and any where on earth to get you what you want and have it ship to your house in no time. More pictures coming!

Love shopping here! Store is beautiful and spacious. They recently moved the men’s store to this location from down the street and it’s an excellent layout. Great selection of menswear and customer service is fantastic! Ryan has helped me out many times and I can’t recommend him enough although all the staff are great!

I had the best experience shopping at this store. Everything I Love under one roof. The staff was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Omg! They even called me when my shoes and purses arrived in stock. That was money well spent and would do it again and again and again! Hell i should buy some stock in this store. Lol

I think this is the perfect size for a Saks. Annie (in Chanel) always a delight! She will help you with any designer.When there was a wait list for a certain handbags or they don't have the color you want, they are quick to find your product and ship or place it on hold for you! This place is like walking into a Chanel commercial. Everything is perfectly organized and adorned to wow you. I was here a few weekends ago when the rep from Trish McEvoy happened to be there, so I got a makeup consultation. She taught me so much, and it was fun to be girly and get pampered. I also needed to get topcoat from the Chanel shop, so I stopped by and the man working was incredibly helpful. He told me all about the shiny and matte topcoats, and let me try them out on my nail before purchasing. It was an all-around fabulous experience.

The sales associate, Wizzie, took so much time with me to help me find the perfect dress. She knew exactly what would be flattering to my body type. Recently I was in Washington DC for a wedding. I went to Saks in Chevy Chase to find a gift for my sister. Knowing very little about fashion, I was fortunate enough to land in the hands of Wizzie. She was not only over the top friendly, but she helped me find the perfect gift. Wizzie was excellent in suggesting items that not only fit my price range, but she had insight into what sort of clothing my sister would or would not like. She took the time to understand what I wanted and did everything she could to make my experience a great one. I will be calling her again to assist me. I would rate her a 15 on a scale of 10!!!

Usually a hit or miss with Saks. Your best bet is to go on a weekday afternoon, if you have the time. The sales associates will be much more willing to take the time to assist you and really give that personal experience.

I received outstanding service on September 21 when looking for a new formal shirt. Saks has a decent selection in its formal Wear department. The sales associate (Hoda) who greeted me escorted to the formal wear department, confirmed my size, unpinned the shirt I selected so I could try it on and then after I chose it steamed it so it could be worn immediately. She went beyond the call of duty and was patient and pleasant throughout. The store is pleasant and inviting. I would shop there again.
