I just received the therapeutic dog bed I ordered. It is nice however I was not able to properly stuff the bolsters. I have small hands but not small enough to do what was needed for this task. I suggest that the price of this bed should cover installation of the bolsters. Great product poorly delivered.

I usually shop online for LL Bean clothes, but I do go to this shop occasionally. The staff is friendly, the clothes are well organized and I usually find something on sale too. LL Bean clothes last and I truly like the fact that you can return clothes etc within a year of buying them.

Who doesn't love L.L. Bean!? This store is pretty large and in a great location. I was looking for life vests early this summer and they were the only ones who had anything in stock. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Your best bet for parking is in the garages. First two hours are free.

I came in a couple weeks ago and bought a flannel and a coat that is perfect for our Maryland winters. The employees were kind and the store itself was well organized. My nephew has been trying to take my new flannel for himself, so today I called in to order him one for Christmas. The service over the phone was amazing, Ximena was incredibly patient and so sweet. She helped me pick a flannel and ship it directly to me! I look forward to returning soon!

They charge postage for returns. I stopped using LLBean several years ago because the quality had become shoddy. I recently used them again and liked the items I ordered a great deal. However I needed to return something that didn’t fit well, and was charged postage. That makes mail ordering difficult.

They closed the one in Columbia and I was sad but this location surely made up for it. I was impressed by the selection and they had two floors. I didn't see an elevator, I am sure they had one...hopefully. On the second floor there were more items for ladies and there were shoes. I only bought. Keychain of the duck boot. I was looking for boots but they didn't have what I was looking for today. The staff was very friendly

Very attractive store and well laid out for shoppers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient parking. We were there shortly after Christmas so they didn't have all merchandise in every size, but the sale prices were good.

Good product selection. Their prices are on the upper end, but the quality is excellent. I recommend being patient for specials and deals if you can wait for it. Staff at this store is exceptionally friendly, patient and very helpful. They are also very easy to find!

I've been buying online and going to LLBean stores, for about the last 40 years. I was only too glad to see this particular store go up only 20 minutes from where I live! A their stores are just as good to shop in in person as to buy online from, and this one in Rockville, MD., is no exception!! Great service from whoever offers help, or who you ask help of, and they'll hold stuff for you or order things for you depending on whatever you'd like them to do! Great place!!

My only complaint is that this store is too small. LLBean had great outdoor clothes, tools, shoes and boots, everything. Their return policy is amazing and they totally know their stuff.

There is a great selection here and the staff is very helpful. I couldn't decide between two pairs of gloves, and the sales associate was kind enough to look up the insulation rating of both pairs to help me make my decision. This place makes me want to take up hiking or snowshoeing as a hobby just to justify wearing all of the cool clothes in the store.

On the first Sat. of operations the store was crowded. I thought how can I shop in this mass? I first looked for cords. My husband's size was not on the rack. In a second an employee approached and asked if he could help. In a minute he had my husband's size from the back. Two more different types or styles were offered. A second employee stood by the changing room door to assist in my husband's selections. We ended up buying three pair.Then I suggested we look at shoes. My husband wanted boots. Three employees helped us. We ended up buying a pair. This happened with other items and at checkout. The employees were beyond great. Who ever trained this crew sold a ton of stuff for Bean. Better than the E-site. My congrats.

First time at a LL Bean store. Good overall experience. Two floors and lots of great clothing options for outdoor clothing. Unfortunately they didn't hve my size in the bean boot I went to look for so that was a little disappointing. Other than that, definitely a good addition to the Pike and Rose selection.

This is a great store in Pike and Rose for LL Bean. It is a large open area with a large footprint and plenty of open space. This location has plenty of current featured pieces of clothing as well as any camping or outdoors equipment you may need. I very nearly bought a duffel that was red with grey straps because i'm a fan of the brand. Unfortunately, i did notice that if you tend to err on the size of medium or large, there is very limited availabilty. This is most likely because most consumers fall in this size range, but it would just prompt me to just pass by the store to visit and really treat this as a step to measure quality and texture before i purchased on line. If you are tactile person and like to try things before you buy them, i recommend coming here, but be warned that you may be out of luck if you wanted to purchase or try many items that are sized medium or large. It could also have been due to the fact that i was here shortly after black friday shopping and supply of inventory is limited. I would come back to visit and hopefully availabilty is not a recurring issue. tldr; if you love the LL Brand and the quality they continue to offer, you may be better just purchasing online.

You can get your soles replaced for bean boots at the cashier. $39. They send your boots to Maine for the repair. I bought new hiking boots from upstairs for while I wait for my bean boot repair. The assiocate was very friendly and offered to help without asking and helped me decide in a pair. I got LL Bean hiking boots.
