I went there to buy a pair of pants to wear with a suit coat. I was pleased with the quality of the merchandise, but things are so expensive these days. I shop there occasionally. They have a wide selection of quality merchandise.

Trying to find a nice suit and tie for my Uncles funeral. K&G had nice options...photos are of some of the items I chose. The store was clean..the staff was ok. I made it in time to use my discount too!

Not sure if there are issues with the manufacturers or distribution sites. Selections has decreased drastically and noticed people walking out with no bags. Change up some of the inventory and if possible reduce the cheaper polyester material for both men and women and you may see a higher clientele. People are willing to spend, but when the selection is either not there or too much polyester; sales can pick up.

Not 5 star service. What gets me is everytime a Manger wants to tell you the customer the policy. As a customer I want to say that's your POLICY. NOT MINE. As a customer make me feel welcome. If I say I got my size when I was her last, but I want to use my coupon. Don't quote your policy, that's not posted anywhere and telling me no one in that store said do that. HELP ME!

Service is good when you can find someone to help you. Definitely need more help on the floor but being in customer service I know how that goes trying to find good people. I’ve been there three times. The first time was great, found what I wanted and received help from my shirt to my shoes. Last two times I’ve been, the selection has been low and the service was not there. Not bad service but not enough service. Could be because of prom season but I will be back again. Nice shoe, belt, tie and sock collection to pick from.

K&G had a super sale last weekend. My.husband purchased 2 new suits. I purchased a beautiful white suit for fifteen dollars and some change. It was on the clearance racks, with an additional 30.percent off on clearance items.. We receive emails when they have a sale and clearance. Great purchases The salesman told us when they opened at 8am the line was long with customers.

I had a great shopping experience! I went get my son a new suit for Prom, and we explained to the staff what we wanted and it was on. The gentleman staffer brought him several suits to try on and most if I was amazed that just by looking at my son's physique he was able to give us measurements and they were spot on. They even made recommendations on coordinates and bling! The suits, yes we purchased two, were ready on time with minimal alterations. My son looks great in his suit and is ready to show up and show out at Prom!

My fiancée had to get a suit for her best friends wedding in a few months so we came in to just look around but Robert was so helpful and knowledgeable about suits and even helped us with a few tips on sizing men’s suits for women’s bodies that we ended up purchasing a suit that fits her just lovely! They are clean and well stocked and got us a few coupons as well for our purchase. We will definitely be back soon.

The selection is very good, and thr sales staff is helpful. They let their customers browse without much interruption, which is what I like, and yet they are there to offer top notch advice on style and fit. Remember to ask about the specifics of the return policy, because they're going to be reluctant to deviate from protocol. I'll certainly be back for more.

Overall a good place to shop. The staff were very nice, probably one of the best staff experiences I have had. I never did really understand how this store is laid out so I end up just walking and down every row that has my size to see if anything there is what I'm looking for. checkout is slow but the line is usually very short so not a major deal, as long as they pick up the pace if there are more people. Lighting here is terrible so you don't really see the true colors of the clothing till you get outside and forget about taking pictures on your phone to ask your family/friends if something looks good (I had moderate success by using the flash on my phone) They should at least have a good lighting section by the dressing room. Prices can't be beat though.

Amazing store! Wide selection of quality suits at fantastic prices. Just got 3 suits for $219 as part of a buy one get 2 free deal. Store associates are friendly and helpful as well, especially the tailor.

The only this I did not like about K&G was I was judge by my looks by a salesman standing outside when I entered the store. I spoke to him and he totally ignored me as a potential customer. Then I went in and spent $300.00 on some very fine suites plus no one helped me, and when I got to the register the lady told me that I could get four suites for free, due to buy one suite and get two free sale that was going on. I was so happy. Even though I was wearing holey jeans and a pretty tour up shirt. That's what you wear when you are a truck driver and it's pretty hot outside. Not a three piece suite.

They have a lot to offer, and this is a plus for men because most stores have small sections and the women have like 80% of the whole store at least at K & G you have about 40% of the store and a large variety of shoes, at a nice discounted rate. work is need to smile a little more I know it's a job and no one wants to work but since you're there a small will make things easy on the customers.

The clothes that I purchased from the store are always complimented on by onlookers. I actually bought a sweater that I think I will keep in my closet for multiple years to come. The male staff seem a little timid to talk to you but if you're spending money then they will treat you with some form of dignity. It's a small staff so don't go to management thinking that you can report them easily if you're having a problem. The shelves are kept neat and they have a lot of selection but beware of cheap fabric and Steve Harvey's shoe selection😉

Store is pretty good. I went in looking for a suite and had no idea what I was doing. A guy came in and showed me how to measure suites and got my size right. The problem is that I need a 34 short jacket. The store only carries 36 short and above.

I was looking for a new suit for my up coming wedding but unfortunately had no luck finding a suit in a 50 long that I liked. The store manager needs someone to take the time that's needed to put the right size suit where they belong. The size labels on the racks didn't mean a damn thing a lot of suits in the wrong places, frustrating but don't get me wrong I like K&G a lot of the clothing is nice but they need to do a better job of being organized.

I've been coming to this location for years but I've visited no less then 6 times since the beginning of March. Recently started a new position and the staff here has been more then helpful when it came to stepping up my professional wear. I really wanted to get more suits. But up until this point had only owned one and due to time well spent in the gym it was too small. I saw a buy one get two free deal and figured even if they sucked it would be a baseline. I went in the first time and poked around minding my business and picking what I liked. But I realized I didn't know what I was doing rather fast. The staff was willing to help me get measurements, create combinations, and give me a sense of direction I wouldn't have had otherwise. It's one thing to direct a customer it's another to give them a personal shopping experience. I picked up a single suit and some shirts that initial day. But because of 20% off coupons, a decesion to rapidly change my style, unsuccessfully letting out my suit jacket using a zips seamstress (terrible idea), and their insane bogo deals I've picked up a total of 6 suits. In the process one suit was returned and swapped for another easily without my receipt which was a lifesaver. I had all the suits tailored a bit. The prices varied from $42 for a suit that just needed the jacked taken in a bit as it tapered to the waist to $72 for the entire suit including hemming the pants, tightening the waist, tapering the jacket and pulling in the jackets center. I've had a great experience, several of the employees remember me and ask about my new job. Really personable staff. They've made my work wear upgrade seemless.
