I’m new to running and stopped in for running shoes. It was a little intimidating. Catherine was lovely and spent time evaluating my needs and letting me try on and compare several brands. I learned a lot in the process. She was knowledgeable, kind and low pressure. The pair that would have been the sweet spot for all attributes wasn’t available in my size in the store, which meant I was leaving without a purchase. I’m not local and shipping wasn’t the right option. She was incredibly gracious. I would HIGHLY recommend this store and plan to return in the future for other purchases.

Staff is very knowledgable and friendly at Charm City Run! I've needed a new pair of running shoes for weeks now, but I was a little nervous and intimidated to go into the store since I'm not the fastest or well seasoned jogger/runner. However, I couldn't have been more welcomed by the two girls working this afternoon, who answered all my questions and were super friendly. They both took the time to check out my gait to figure out what type of shoes would be best, then spent time with me while I was testing two different pairs out trying to make a decision. Highly recommend. They also had a ton of cute clothes and gear that I'll definitely be back for.

Always just bought my running shoes and didn't think much of it. Staff help me get fitted for the right shoes. I had no idea I had lower arches. They walked me through "no pun intended" a few sneakers that would be best for my feet. I left with comfortable shoes and soles that feel great running!

Honestly I love this place, the staff is friendly. I've come a few times over a span of a year or 2, just to replace running shoes. Everytime I come, no matter who is working, I get amazing service. The associate knows their stuff, and the shoes are priced fairly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Great store, great staff. I'm new to the area and they were very helpful telling me some of the best routes. When I wasn't able to find the gloves I was thinking about purchasing, they we're able to order and hold a pair for me. Very good 10% rewards program for recurring customers as well ($25 for every $250).

Charm City run is always a good place to go whether you're looking for something to run in or just looking for something cute that makes you look like you're going to go for a run or you've been running. And that's not a bad thing. From sunglasses to shoes to socks to running shorts, cute shirts, anything that might be associated with running, you're in the right place. Staff is terrific, and we always like going there. They'll fit you for a pair of running shoes, and their experts at that. Everything is always fun and friendly and you never know when you can get a really solid discount. Check it out.

Staff are friendly, well informed and seem altogether good at doing their job and being decent people. It just disappoints me that they don't carry anything in a lower price range for runners locally that cant afford over a 70 dollar pair of shoes.

Came here to check out new under armour running sneakers. The counter staff took her time to measure my feet and arches to ensure a proper fitting. Went over sneakers and was extremely patient explaining the different purposes. Wound up purchasing the special socks and a brand t shirt! Very helpful staff that are shining examples of expertise on the sport of running...whether you're a novice, out of shape, or an ultra marathoner!
