All I can really say is, "Wow!" Chase made my suit buying process incredibly easy and comfortable. This place is super LGBT+ friendly. As a woman, buying formal, masculine style clothes has been such an anxiety-inducer for me in the past. Chase walked me through the entire process (getting me measured, assisting in picking out options, getting the suit tailored) and I could not be more happy with the result. This place and Chase should absolutely be your number stop for custom suit needs!!

Outstanding clothier! Chase does a superb job at measuring and making sure your suit fits perfectly. After a sister branch in another location went out of business and left me hanging, Baltimore Custom stepped in and generously ensured I was taken care of. Thank you! Agree 100% with the review from Samantha Lewis. This is a long review because I love this place, and you should go here if you need a custom suit. Right now. If you're a woman who prefers menswear, or any kind of someone who has a hard time fitting into off-the-rack suits, definitely go to Chase at Baltimore Custom Clothiers. I needed a suit for my upcoming wedding, and I was anxious about going to a Men's Warehouse or similar suit store, and thought a custom suit was out of my price range. I've been really into menswear my whole life, and dreamed about one day looking actually good in a 3-piece suit and not like a little kid playing dress-up in whatever monstrosity I could piece together off-the-rack! I thought I would have to go to NYC and pay over $1000 for a queer-friendly custom suit experience, but it turns out the place I needed was right here in Baltimore. Chase is really detail-oriented and enthusiastic throughout the whole process of choosing fabrics and different elements of your suit. Baltimore Custom Clothiers has books full of unique fabrics, and any time I mentioned wanting to look at a specific kind of fabric, color, or print, Chase had it ready for me to look at immediately. There are even examples of different collars and cuff types to choose from, which was like....thrilling to me. There were types of cuffs that I have never seen before. The shop itself is really cool and cozy. My suit was finished in a little over a month, I went in to try it on and it was perfect, no further alterations necessary. I've always had a really specific idea of the kind of suit I wanted, and now I have it for real. No complaints whatsoever. The price for the suit and the shirt was a little over $700, way under what I was expecting. The quality of the suit I received for that price is impressive. I'm SO excited to wear it on my wedding day. Now my only problem is that I look damn good in a nice suit, so I'm definitely going to be back to order more in the future!! Thank you Chase!

Getting my second suit made with two custom shirts! I love working with Chase! She is very attentive to detail, listens to what you want and comes up with awesome ideas (and then helps you choose if your overwhelmed!). Their new space is amazing. Their fabric amazing. Their quality is amazing. And the clothes makes me look amazing!

This was my first ever custom suit and the experience was very good. It is important to know what you want and covey very clearly to Chase your wants and expectations since it is much easier to get it done right the first time than having an alteration done. The end product was top notch and I plan to use them for for all my suiting needs in the future. Their pricing is very straightforward and it is worth noting that the prices are only slightly more than online custom tailors and the whole experience is much better. Chase certainly knows how to please her customers.

Chase was great!!! The communication and patience during this pandemic has been amazing. When you come in she lays everything out for you to bring your vision to life. The finished product will be better than your expectations, trust me you won't be disappointed at all. I'm still in shock for how good my tux looks and fits. I will be referring everybody to her and she will be who I go to for all my suit and tux needs!!!

Very pleased with my experience here. Needed a new suit and I find that off-the-rack options don't work well with my body type. Chase was very patient and helpfully explained the process for selecting a made-to-measure suit. Lots of different fabric options. Ended up going with an upgraded fabric. Measurements were easy. Pleasant environment. The first fitting was about six weeks later. Final fitting was less than two weeks after that. Now I have two well fitting suits plus a number of shirts. Looking forward to wearing them.

Great experience! Chase was very friendly and extremely easy to work with. I came in clueless, not knowing what I was looking for, and wound up with a suit and shirts that look amazing and fit perfectly - something that’s always been impossible with off the rack stuff. It doesn’t hurt that it was significantly more affordable than the other local alternatives! I’ll definitely be back in the future for all of my tailoring needs!

I purchased a beautiful gray suit last year. Chase did a great job helping me out designing it. Unfortunately since then I've not had many opportunities to wear it, but the few times I did I was glad I had it done. It's very comfortable and looks extremely sharp.

Fantastic. Picking the colors and fabrics for the suit was fun. Chase is really knowledgeable and will help you pair colors/patterns together. Getting measured was much better than I had expected. I felt comfortable, even when Chase measured areas that I'm sensitive about. It was not like the movies where you see men in their boxers- I stayed fully dressed the whole time. Chase is super respectful and will put you at ease. Putting on the suit for the first time was a totally new experience. It felt so good to put on clothes that truly fit, and look sharp to boot! This place is for everyone: men, women, and nonbinary folk. I'd especially recommend LGBTQ folks come here. It's hard to find affirming and respectful tailors. This place is a real gem. Keep in mind that if you want a suit for a particular occasion, book an appointment at least 2 months in advance. I think they can make suits in about 4-6 weeks. Quality takes time!

Chase was an amazing person to work with and took great care of me - walked me through the entire process and helped me pick out my wedding suit. I have never felt more comfortable in a suit, and I will certainly go back and get a few more for interviews and other formal events.

Chase was fantastic to work with, and the was perfect when it arrived. The best part is a fully custom perfect fitting 3 piece suit for half the price of a off the shelf Brooks Brother 2 piece. Can't wait to get another tailored suit.

Came to BCC to get a suit for my upcoming wedding. I am a guy with a "generous seat area" so a lot of off the rack stuff just doesn't cut it for me. Chase carefully took all my measurements, and in just a few short weeks I came back to find a great suit that fits me perfectly. My bride to be says I look "totally hot" in it. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of my suit and the buying experience--all for a LOT less than what the other guys in town charge (trust me, I shopped around)! If you're looking to step your suit game up, without breaking the bank, I would highly recommend BCC.

Chase offered awesome service throughout! I chose the 180 threadcount option, which offered a richer, deeper texture, and two custom made shirts. Chase was able to guide me through the process, offering suggestions when needed. The result was better than I imagined! I plan to get more suits made with them.

Came in for a Tux for our wedding. The experience was unique and I felt very relax and comfortable. After a few weeks, I came to try on my Tux and it was exceptional. Highly recommend to others, especially since I received quotes of $1500 - $2000 for a similar custom tux but had it done for half the price. Will be going back for more shirts and a few suits for work.
