This location is usually my go to when I go to DXL, but our last visit about a week ago was not the best. There were only three people working in the store that day and one was behind the counter checking out other customers. While it wasn't that many customers shopping, no one checked on us or asked us if we were finding everything okay. One guy we tracked down on the other side of the store was stocking, but also did not know what he was talking about. We asked him about Harbor Bay brand clothing which we know they usually sell and he tells us that they don't usually carry it in this store. All in all, we found what we needed mostly on our own and the guy who was at the counter was helpful and able to get us pointed in the right direction.

DXL was a good place to shop big and tall. However, pricing has gotten out of hand. Also, the coupons are barely usable. There always seems to be some excuse why the coupons are not able to be used. And sales associates while generally helpful do not offer any help with coupons. There are too many associates on the floor to have to wait 15 mins for help.

The men who worked there were all nicely dressed and well out together. They were knowledgeable in the sizing of the products that they carry. They had great suggestions on what I should get for my husband based on how I described his style. My husband loved the clothes I got for him!

I had the pleasure of shopping at this DXL Location earlier this morning and to say that the customer service that I received was world class is an understatement. I was taken care of by Harold, Mohammed, and Ralph and they are truly exceptional at their craft. When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by Mohammed who within 20 minutes picked out everything that I asked for. Harold introduced himself and helped me identify some shirt and tie combinations that were outstanding. He is a true natural at clothing sales and has an outstanding personality in dealing with his customer. This was my first time ever shopping at this store, and I will definitely be a customer for life. Their selection is exceptional, but it easily exceeded by the superior customer service that their entire team provided to me today. You can tell that they all work closely together as a team to take care of their customers. I will be eternally grateful for their help today in averting my wardrobe crisis. I would HIGHLY recommend any men seeking excellent clothing options to visit this store. You will not be disappointed!

Returned a jacket i got from store in MD, since sleeves were too long. The store here took it, but wanted give me 100 questions first. I had the receipts, hadn't been worn, had my Amex card, it was only purchased 3 days ago... so why all the questions? Yes the jacket was🤔🤔 extra, but it was to be used for a gala, but nobody could fix the sleeves in time...

I have to thank Muhammad Khan that works at DXL Store 9015. I always get excellent service when I shop at Destination XL. However, on this particular day, I really needed help. It was two days before one of the most important days of my life. I was to be married to the love of my life on April 7. So on April 5, I went to another store to pick up the tuxedo I had rent 6 months earlier. Unfortunately, the suit was too big when I got there, the pants fit awkwardly, and the shirt was poorly made. I looked terrible, and I was so angry. I was in full-out panic mode. The people at the other store didn't even care that I looked a total mess. I know what a tuxedo is supposed to look like. Moreover, I know what I'm supposed to look like in a tuxedo, and that was not it. I know that I'm a big guy, but that doesn't mean I don't deserve to look good, especially on my big day. Moreover, my wife deserved me to look my best because I knew she would look stunning. That being said, I took their tux off, got in my car, and went straight to Destination XL on Peachtree Road in Atlanta. I told Muhammad about my situation, and he went right to work. Needless to say, everything turned out better than I could have expected. Everyone complimented me on the tux. More importantly, my wife thought I looked great, and her opinion mattered so much. I couldn't let her down on our wedding day, and Muhammad and Destination XL came through for me. Thank You,

We love the Atlanta store. Santi and her associates are awesome. Muhammad is very helpful when I get there and Santo is off. Santi takes such good care of us. She makes suggestions of new and existing product and keeps me apprised of sales and special offers. The parking at the Atlanta store is a little dicey though especially with only one disabled parking place.

Fast, quick, and very helpful. I had an interview 45 minutes from when I walked in the door and the nice gentlemen there helped me find a shirt tie and pants in about 3 minutes. Tried them on and wore them out of the store. Too expensive ($70-$90+ for a shirt) but great service.

I like this place. Thinking about it I just reached up and changed it from a 4 to a 5. Lots of nice clothes in a size I can wear. From beach casual, to Brooks Brothers look, to cool formal wear, and I have choices that fit me. Shoes, accessories, everything, I don't have to run around town. Why didn't o come here before.

Love this place. Huge selection, top notch customer service and if you sign up to their email newsletter you can get primo discounts anytime you shop. They do have a variety of items much larger than the average store, or the average Destination XL store, but I did question the service this time around. Nevertheless I will return again.
