LOVED this shop! My 20 year old daughter and I both found fun items and were treated as welcome guests by the owner who was just the right amount of helpful. The items (both resale and new) are well curated and in good condition, which is refreshing. I live out of town and have also purchased an item to be mailed to me from her Instagram. Highly recommend! Looking forward to my next visit in town.

What a great shopping experience during the pandemic. I was able to choose my time online to have the store to myself! On top of that Toni the wonderful owner helped seamlessly guide me to my new favorite pair of pants! So much love for this women owned business!

It was a good location and atmosphere but the shirts and blouses were more for middle aged woman. They had a few things for the younger crowd but not appealing enough for the price. There also wasn't that much variety in sizing but it is a consignment shop so they can't really help that too much.

A must see! This woman-owned, independent small business is such a gem. They have fabulous inventory and Toni (and her employees) really care about the customers. This is easily one of my favorite places to shop in Asheville! Note about parking - if coming from 240 on Haywood, there is free parking on the opposite side of the building. Only took me a couple months to figure that out (aka, read the sign that clearly says that!) :)

Love this place! The store is so cute. I consign my clothes with them, they always give great store trade credit. Also, truth be told, I buy most of my clothes come from Reciprocity too. The sisters are both so welcoming and helpful. Thanks for making shopping so easy and fun!!

The woman who runs this place is both welcoming and personable. The clothing is obviously carefully curated to be quality. The only downfall was that I liked too many things, which was a fun problem to have.

WAAAYYY back when we did cool stuff like, race kayaks in the reflecting pool and joust bikes on Lexington. If you want high quality goods at reasonable prices; purchased from a kind person with a genuine smile and community values... ALL ARE WELCOME 😁✌💗

This shop and the owner are why Asheville is such a wonderful place. When I first moved here I needed some cute but solid boots for work. I left with my favorite pair of Fryes (2 years running) and a new friend. I’m always recognized when I come in and so are other shoppers. There’s always a very supportive community vibe, it’s like I’m shopping with a couple of girlfriends every time I go in. We have nice chats and even sometimes a meaningful conversation. And of course leave with something new to me that I feel great about! If you want one of the best shopping experiences go here! You’ll look cute and feel empowered!

Tony, the owner, is amazing! The store has a bohemian vibe that is carefully selected, no junk! I purchased a pair of booties and my shopping experience ended with Tony having me pick out a pair of free socks and giving me a hug.

Even more than the high quality items and wide array of options, it's the kindness and passion of the store's owner and employees that keeps me coming back. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They are perfectly helpful without being overbearing. I have never had a single negative experience at Reciprocity and it will continue to be my favorite place to shop in Asheville!

This place was really cute. There was everything from nice, cheaper items to big brands. The owner was very nice and helpful when looking for certain pieces, and she even gave us a discount. Would be a regular here if I lived in town. You can bring clothes in for cash too!

I don’t know that I can type anything to do this store or Toni justice. First of all the customer service I experienced was impeccable. From the moment we opened the door, to my fitting room try on session, to payment. I’ve never felt more welcomed and genuinely cared about in a shopping experience ever. I am a Asheville native so this meant A LOT to me in my shopping experience. That alone is enough to keep me shopping at Reciprocity however, the clothing selection. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Anthro, Free People, Frye, Steve Madden, Madewell. This is just a sliver in the options that were available for me to choose from! I haven’t even mentioned the price point. I paid less than 60% off retail on a BRAND NEW Free People top. The best hidden gem in Asheville! I almost don’t want to tell anyone how great the place is because I want to keep it to myself. Reciprocity has outdone itself in a Boutique experience! I look forward to many more shopping experiences with them!
