The is a nice big shoe store with many different brand of shoes. I came this store because the sign I saw said they sold Hoka running shoes. The store is very clean and organized and they do in fact have Hoka's but the only problem is GB shoes prices for Hoka is higher then some of the stores Ive seen so I cannot pay a higher price when I can go to REI or Hoka online and get Hoka's at a lower price. Real Score is 3.5

I love this store! I have shopped here several times since moving here and have found wonderful shoes and clothing each time. I do recommend waiting for coupons or sales which they run frequently since they can be expensive otherwise.

I love the surprise bargains I find here. I'm not sure they are advertised, but they tend to be in the center section of the store. Really good shoes, at surprisingly affordable prices. At the back of the store are there final clearance shoes at cut-rate prices. If you are not one of the most popular sizes - good for you! You will probably find more great deals than the rest of us! Don't forget to get your customer appreciation card at the check out before you shop. Even more savings in store there! Huge selection of slippers, sneakers, sandals, pumps, flats, boots. Men's, women's and children's shoes. What's not to love!?

I was so excited to discover this place! I had passed by it a few times but finally only went in when I needed shoes for my son. Loads and loads of options for absolutely any style for everyone (men, women and children). All name brands and great quality. I haven't been to any other local shoe store so far that has this much to offer. Normal, average prices.

1st time in this store. It was neat there was alot of shoes I had never even heard of, lots of variety. They have shoes clothes purses and accessories. They seemed a little high on prices but again it was alot of brands I'm not familiar with. Store was clean .

What a nice experience at the Fletcher location today! This is why I always return to this store when I need shoes! I found several pair of shoes I really liked and could use today. However, I had only planned to get one pair. I had left a coupon in my car and mentioned this. The kind young woman (Wish I knew her name!) at the register said not to worry about it, and she looked up my membership info. She then gave me a discount on each pair of shoes, making the total much less than expected! I thought this was was so kind and just wanted to share this! Thank you!

GB Shoes has a wide variety of quality, brand-name footwear as well as handbags, jackets, shirts and other accessories. Getting the member's discount card is certainly worthwhile because it offers discounted prices on most of their merchandise. I recently got the cutest pair of boots that were $150 marked down to $30 with the discount card!

This made it much easier to find a shoe that was comfortable for me. They also have alot of great discounted shoes on the back wall. I felt like that I got a really good shoe for a fair price. Selection looked great. Prices are too high on most items. Clearance prices are even too high. They did have some really nice shoes if price is no issue for you. I did find some Keens for my daughter that were more reasonably priced but I really had to look hard to find them. You should check the store out for yourself if you are in the area.

Great for women's and men's dress shoes. All kids shoes are together on two rows and you just figure out if it's boys/girls. I felt like it was a great selection for adults, but not necessarily kids. If you sign up for their discount card, it really is worth it. I bought 4 pairs of women's dress shoes for $150 and saved $128.36 using the discount card.

It's a great place to go shopping for shoes and boots. They have a large quantity to choose from. The employees are nice and very helpful. About the only problem is that because they are so busy sometimes it's difficult to find your shoe size or boot size.

My husband loved this place. Me not so much. I love, love, love shoes and walked out without buying a single pair. My husband bought three pairs. The selection for men's shoes was pretty awesome although a little more pricey then I was expecting from a shoe warehouse. To me, the women's selection was great if you're looking for sensible shoes. If you are looking for heels or fashionable shoes, this is not the place.

What a great store to browse in. I found a white, fleece Columbia vest I didn't know I desired for a wonderful price, since it's summer. I tried on lots of shoes before settling on the ones that look and feel best for my purposes, and I found a great purse that will serve me well. I highly recommend this store as a place to find a few treasures.

What an unexpectedly huge selection of brands! This place has attractive prices but is not exactly what I'd consider a "discount store." It's not in a shopping district but rather on a major through fare. Get the Preferred Customer loyalty discount card. Keep in mind that they have way more than shoes (other apparel too including Kavu) and don't forget to check the back wall for "The Best of the Rest" clearance priced items.

Went to get a water proof, wide with shoe in the Merrell, ect brands, my Daughter is a dog groomer. She has to have surgery because of wearing what we thought were good shoes Nike, ect., we were in the store for about 10/15 minutes before a salesperson asked if they could help. She was friendly and helpful. But out of that whole store the were only 2 they care with what she was looking for, and we left without getting anything for her.

Really have to watch the sales and discounts. The back wall may not be as good a sale since the discount is taken of the original price, not the discounted GB Shoes price. The shoes on the floor end up being just a little more and give you a greater selection. Also, will not give you the military discount on something that is already discounted. You need to know what you are looking for and do your own research since the people working there are only sales people. Don't expect to get real advise on running shoes, etc. Sometimes I wonder if the shoes they sell are seconds, since the last two pairs of running shoes I bought didn't last as long as expected.

I have been shopping at the GB Shoes in Hendersonville since it opened. I live just a few miles down the highway from the store, so it's easy for me to stop in and browse. I have never, ever experienced the poor treatment at this store as mentioned in other reviews. The store personnel have always been friendly, helpful and professional. I shopped there today with a friend from out of state. There was a pair of Sketchers she wanted and asked a sales associate to check in the back for a specific size and color, and it was not available at that store. The sales person offered to order the shoes, have them shipped to my friend's home at no charge out-of-state, and my friend would be still be given the 20% coupon discount, since she had a coupon she had received in the mail. I personally was asked during this visit (4/15/14) by three different employees if they could help me, and that is usually par for the course at that store. There is one woman in particular who has worked at this store since it opened (I'm pretty sure) and she is always quick to offer to help and is always very friendly.

The place was nice and neat and very open. I however found it hard to locate shoes of the same brand they were not all in one place you have to search all over. They did have more than shoes like clothing, purses,etc. I would go back and look around again. If you get their rewards card you do get savings just like your local grocery store.

We found both women's and men's shoes and boots to our liking, with the small brands deeply discounted and the national brands somewhat discounted - as with most stores like this.
