I was so impressed with how attentive and helpful the associate in this store was. I was looking for a new bra, as I've been wearing the same one for three years and needed some more options. My size wasn't out on the floor, but she helped me find options to try anyway. And even went in the back to look for bras in my true size. And found me one! What a lovely lady. The store itself was looking nice as well. I didn't see anything just tossed anywhere, and the music was pretty entertaining to listen to while in the fitting room. Overall, I'd be happy to get more bras there in the future if they can be as awesome as to find my true size for me again.

Everyone here was very friendly and conscientious. I bought a lovely floor length green dress and a shirt for my trip tomorrow. It was a reasonable price, $120. The girls in the store were funny and kind. I had a good trip here and I'll be back.

Great customer service for every visit! I love the variety Torrid offers for clothing. This location is clean and the clothes displays are laid out nicely to view. There is always so much to look at. Dressing rooms are available and the rotating fans help during a busy shopping experience. I love bargains and Torrid offers them!

Pricey but worth it for me! I am plus size and it's not always fun and sometimes embarrassing to go clothes shopping at a mall especially since everything seems to be tailored to fit popsicle sticks. Not here. Torrid has such a wide variety of cloths and under cloths for us gals with extra love. If you find something you truly like, buy it because their stock changes and new cute things come into the store so you may not be able to find that one of a kind item again unless you try online. The location at the Coronado Mall is always clean and bumping with music that isn't deafening. The changing rooms are comfortable and private. The ladies there are so kind and non judgemental to me (even though I judge myself). Its welcoming and I'm never uncomfortable going there. The only thing I hope they change is the bras. They need more size options.

Store was pretty empty there was one woman in changing room and another one shopping in the store. Store was neat and organized. They seemed to have all the newest clothing out on display. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Another lady came in right after me and only waited one minute before another associate greeted her and started helping her right away with her return. This was only an hour after they opened but, it was the best example of great customer service I have seen anywhere. Actually, they are the only cashiers I have seen that weren't terrible at taking care of customers. I was glad to had the experience, if only to remind me that there used to be great service everywhere but, not these days. So thank you torrid!!! Made my month, maybe year at this point!

Love torrid and the staff here were wonderful but didn't like Torrid policy that they do not match their online prices. Items I wanted were 30percent off on the website but full price in the store. We opted to order online and save over 50 bucks

My wife likes the clothes. They have interesting designs. But they have no clothing for men. What if I want a nice quality shirt with rainbow lips on it or a skull hoodie?

This location is the Best. I am always treated as a Queen. The ladies at this location are always accommodating. If I'm looking for a certain something they order it online or help me with something else. I have been a long time customer. Shot out to Cristy!! Keep up the Good Work!

They were very helpful, explained measuring myself clearly and did not mind me trying on a bunch of stuff. I even ended up getting a couple extra items, from the clearance, for free because I bought a lot. That was a really awesome bonus.

Cute tops that look good in sizes smaller (12) to larger ..always get my professional wear here..and each season brings new fab styles. I always grab an extra of my absolute favorites- once they are gone, they arent coming back! I only wish they had more bootleg/flare jeans in tall!

The prices seem high for what you're getting. But, the clothes are cute and are genuinely cut for larger bodies... none of the "just make it wider but the same length" thing that ends up making me look like Gus Gus from Cinderella.

I love torrid! Finally a great place to shop!!! For a young full figured woman it is very hard to find fashionable clothing. NOW THAT I FOUND TORRID I HOPE IT NEVER GOES AWAY! I LOVE THIS PLACE! The employees are always friendly and super helpful!

Love, Love, Love the stuff in this place.... but it can get pretty pricey. However, as opposed to other stores, most of it is quality. So important pieces, that will last years (jeans, blazers, cami's, belts, T-shirts, underwear, etc.) are what I buy there.
