The customer service here is amazing. Could not recommend this place enough. All the staff are very nice and welcoming and will offer help when they see you need it. All the uniform and clothing items I order have came in, in a timely manner with mistakes. Items here are very pricey but that is with all equipment and clothing like this.

I was told to get shoes and pants for a new security job. I was nervous going into this place because I thought it would cater to men. I was immediately greeted and made to feel comfortable. The two women working there were extremely busy but we're so patient and helpful. The items i purchased were great quality. I will definitely be back.

Always friendly customer service... Brenda is especially helpful and I love that she has remembered my name and department since the first time I ever walked in 2 years ago! The other staff are always helpful also and the check out process is always easy.. when i have had to order items that needed to be shipped to the store I was always updated with their arrival and options on picking them up. Never had an issue here!

Excellent place for your uniform supplies. They are a bit on the expensive side. However, the customer service makes up for it. I can see why this place is a town favorite. Only advice I would have is to have a website with the items you carry with priceing. I will for sure return.

This company is very professional and helpful. My husband and I have gone to other stores for his uniforms and none of them compare to TLC. They get things right the first time and don't mess up the order(s), costing us more time and money. The staff is also very pleasant.

I waited in line for 20 minutes while the three women who were working flirted with all of the cops and fire fighters in the store. My presence was never acknowledged and the employees acted very unprofessional. I walked out because I didn't have all day to wait. Unfortunately, I will have to go back because this place is who my employer is contracted with. So unless you are a cute male cop or fire fighter, be prepared to be ignored and wait forever!

Very very very expensive I needed my bullet proof vest to have a velcro strip added and I was charged over $50 for them to replace my velcro strip so I probably will not be going back here for vest alterations due to it only taking 3 minutes to fix and mirror no material was used to fix it it was definitely not a $50 fix
