From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. The suit my husband got was a bit pricey, but the salesman took his time getting measurements and finding the right suit. The fabric was really nice and once the suit was altered it fit perfectly. I may not return for a while since I will need to pay off this purchase first, but for good quality suits and great service this is the place to go. My budget was $250-$300 and we spent nearly $500. That was the reason for the 4 star. Wish I could have found something we liked within our budget.

Had a wonderful experience at Men's Wearhouse today. Oliver immediately greeted us upon entry and helped me find a great pair of chukka boots! He was attentive and professional while helping me. He also helped me find some jeans that fit just right. Oliver is an exemplary sales associate.

Nice store but was kind of surprised at the really small selection in some of their shirts and sizes and the fact that everything we reserved had our names and email addresses misspelled. When we got them fixed there were just other misspellings in there. A lot of the try on versions of their clothing had issues, such as the pants I was trying on we're missing one of the buttons and the metal clip in the front. Luckily the zipper and other button worked or I would have put on a show.

Sam was absolutely amazing! We had a very bad experience at the bypass location and I didn’t want to step back into another Mens warehouse but we needed to have someone else get fitted. From the second we walked in that door, she was so welcoming! She made my son feel comfortable while getting him measured. Thank you Sam for making this an easy process. We appreciate you!!!

First time here and it was a 10/10 experience. Carlos was so helpful when it came to getting started and choosing colors/style for my fiancé and his groomsmen party. The manager Chuck then took over for us at the end for customization on my fiancé’s tux and helped to tie all the loose ends up.

There are sometime days just do not go as planned and we all need to be able to adjust accordingly to the situation. With that, I had the opportunity to visit this MW store needing assistance for a wardrobe update. I was greeted briefly by one of the staff which afforded me time to browse the available selection. Once I figured out what I wanted, Elizabeth had come over to assist to finalize size selection and help to color coordinate my shirt and ties. Long story short, i tried on the shirt, it was a perfect fit. I had the shirt pressed in store to be ready for wear, with matching tie and tie bar. I purchased a second shirt and tie as well. Knowing that Elizabeth gave me great advice on my choices, I did not have to try on the second shirt. Bottom line, I was In and out of the store in about 30 minutes. That is great customer service. Thank you all for the your time and listening to my needs.

Beth at the Men's Wearhouse on Louisiana Blvd in Albuquerque is amazing! She helped sort out a tuxedo disaster that was caused by another location (out of state) and saved my daughter's wedding. We have been long time customers of this particular store and have always received great customer service. This time was no exception. I highly recommend this store for both retail and tuxedo rental needs....and I highly recommend Beth for Men's Wearhouse employee of the year/decade/century! This store (store #1230) is the one to go to if you are planning a wedding!

As always, we received first class service, this time from Ray. Even though the store was busy, no less then 4 salespeople asked if we needed help, while we were still looking. The store was neat and orderly. They had great sale prices going so I saved a lot too. I highly recommend this store for your business and casual dress needs.

First off, a huge thanks to Kenny who helped us! Clothes here rock, and service rocks more. I typically am not a fan of shopping and I had no idea what I was doing, or even really looking for. Kenny made my fiancé and I feel so comfortable and he was equally happy to help us whether we were looking at full ticket or clearance items. We changed our minds A LOT. He made all the options known and seem exciting, while not being pushy. I had no idea about being measured, tapering, fits, styles or anything. He showed us so many ways to fit different colors and styles together and how different fits changed the overall look. Man, I've worked customer service and I KNOW I am not this patient. Anyways, we left very pleased with the clothes we purchased and I really like the way I look in them. We left even more happy with the service. I feel I got nice clothes and a free fashion tutorial.

Service is outstanding. Quality of products has gone a little down lately. Overall, still a great place to get suits. I'm trying their custom ordering for the first time. I'll see how well the suit is done and will decide on ordering more.

For our wedding, my groomsman and I rented our tuxes from this Men's Wearhouse location. MW was perfect for our tuxes, as my groomsmen were in different parts of the country, and it was easy for them to go into their local store, get fitted, and pick up at the location in Albuquerque. The staff was very friendly and helpful in ensuring everything fit correctly and there were no issues. Drop-off was also very easy afterward. Overall, the process was very smooth and the staff were helpful, and we enjoyed the experience!

Went in first thing after they opened to look for a new suit for an interview. Didn't wait very long before getting assistance. They were very quick to figure out initial measurements and were able to recommend appropriate attire for my interview. Also was very helpful on which dress shirts, shoes, and ties were recommended. After they did detailed measurements for each suit, they said that it would be done the following day. To my surprise, they called a few hours later stating they had finished the adjustments. I went back in and it fit perfectly. Best experience I've had getting a suit. Highly recommended!

This location is not terrible but not fantastic. The tailors are great and skilled for the most part. But the vest, shoe, and accessory selection is often poor and shopped thru. And they often have more odd sized "clearance" items than mainstream, common sized options. That being said, go in during one of their fantastic sales for a massive discount on some of the new clothes they do have, and you will leave happy. I recommend, due to lack of other options

I had a big annual event at 6pm and I arrived at their shop at 1:30pm. The shirt I was wearing had an obvious stain from a lunch meeting and I was in need of a new clean pressed shirt immediately. I arrived with urgency, the staff scrambled together options, selected multiple shirts due to their awesome sale and their in-house tailor immediately pressed the shirt and I walked out the door ready for the event. One of the most memorable and best services I received in a long time. Thanks!

I came in to get fitted for a tux rental. The staff was very helpful and made the process easy to understand by clearly explaining all the terms and conditions of the rental policy. It was kinda awkward having my measurements taken out in the open, even though I was the only customer there at the time.

Superb Service! Cacy Lee was incredibly helpful...helped me cut right to what I needed. Made some great suggestions. Surprisingly, they were even able to tailor my suit pants while I waited. Their tailor was awesome too...very accommodating and customer friendly. I could not be more happy with my experience!

This time, I had an exchange item (an XL shirt for my husband); and when Chuck, who helped me, said they didn't have the size that I needed, he consulted to help me confirm proper fit/size (there were a couple of options, XXL or 2XLT), and also shipped my choice directly to my house free of charge.

Daniel Lopez is an awesome sales associate and manager at this location. He was so helpful and made it a very pleasant experience. It can be very hectic finding clothing for the groom and groomsmen, especially for those pf us that are terrible at shopping. Daniel helped take care of all the anxiety and concerns I had when I walked in. I ledt feeling very happy with the choices and very clear on cost and the next steps. The shop was very busy when I arrived, but they made sure to let me know that someone would be with me shortly. As soon as Daniel approched me and my future mother-in-law, we had all of his attention. This location, and Daniel Lopez especially, could not come with a higher recommendation. It was very personable and personal experience. Following my first ever visit to Men's Warehouse, I was able to let go of so much tension and anxiety around the wedding. Thank you, Daniel. Now if I could just finish the other 1001 wedding things that need my attention...

I came into the shop to have some alterations done on my women's business attire. Both Steve Rausch and Jennifer were very helpful and knowledgeable about the appropriate style for each suit jacket. I was worried I would be turned away since I had not purchased the clothing there, and it was women's clothing, but I was treated with respect and given quality service.

I could not believe how fast they fitted/altered my suit! I had barely started looking at shirts and skimming the sale items when the guy came out to have me try on the suit coat. It fit perfect! He said it might take an hour (which was impressive enough) but it took maybe 30 mins max. Much more efficient and friendly service than what I get in the LA Men’s Wearhouse locations. Oh, and in case you didn’t know, if you pay for an alteration once, MW will continue to alter your suit for free for as long as you have it.

I've been here a few times and have always been treated well, even when I didn't buy anything. The tailor here, Hai, is absolutely amazing. He's done a couple suits and 3 pairs of jeans, and they've all fit wonderfully. I'll keep coming back specifically because the tailor here is fantastic, and fast! He hemmed my jeans in 10mins! If that!

I had a great experience here. Showed up looking to get a few new suits and some shirts and the sales associates were very helpful. Minimal wait times and very curteous. The tailor here is great as well, everything ended up fitting perfectly. Prices are fair for what they offer and they have a good selection of suits. They do not carry a big selection of shirts though, so if you are set on a specific color or something french - cut you are better off looking elsewhere. Likewise, shoes and accessories are a very limited selection, but pretty standard for a store specializing in suits. Don't know what all the people are complaining about, probably all showing up during peak hours on a Saturday to get formal wear 2 days before a wedding. Even when I was there some guy was there woth his giance and she was yelling about how he needed a tux immediately (told the dude it wasn't too late to run). The ladies there are saints to put up with crap like that every single weekend.

Overall good service and good quality suits. The only thing that I'm not a fan of is when buying a suit, you don't get to pick the jacket and pants size separately. Instead, you have to buy the jacket in your size and pants just come with it instead of you finding the pants in your size. Since the pants probably won't be in your size, you'll need to get them tailored to fit you.

Men's Wearhouse advertises a lot, but apparently you can't walk out of there without spending at least 450 to $500. They made saw you multiple suits to get to that number, but that's the minimum point of entry. Did you offer tailoring services and alterations but I don't know what they charge with respect to other businesses.
