The store was empty in some areas and overly crowded with merchandise in some areas. Not able to walk let alone if anyone was in a wheelchair they would not be able to get around in some areas. The customer service was unfriendly and didn't say much.

Sales floor reps aren't very professional. Every time I've gone it's a 50/50 on getting someone who knows the sales or knows where products are. Overall everyone is pretty friendly. Needs more people to work the registers. Waiting to get to your stuff checked out is awhile is typical. The clothing has reasonable prices and sales are always a plus here.

So I went in here today with my daughter and I was surprised at the size of this store. Quite a few different styles and colors everywhere. If you can't find your color here, grab a friend to help you. The top you want or maybe pants, is here. Check it out.

They have trendy clothes, accessories from jewelry, to hair pins and ties. Candy selection and perfumes that always have a deal. They usually run specials on clothes jewelry and other accessories you can purchase shows tops and bottoms here socks and hoodies are also available. Men and women clothing is also sold here. The store is always clean and the staff friendly and always willing to assist with perfumes or clothing or general questions. Some beauty products are sold here and I would go here to buy a gift for someone.

I've had the best experience at the store. Everyone's always so helpful and the girl named Kori helped me so much with getting me a 15% discount due to the forever21 Rewards Credit. If you ever sign up I would recommend asking for her. Because she was so talkative and walked me through the whole entire thing in just 5 Mins.

The store is really big, and this election of clothes is good. Customer service is lacking, since they mostly hire teenagers who are constantly on their phones, taking selfies, and dont seem concerned about the customers.
