Looking for a place where you can freely worship God? This is the place! No pretenses with this Pastor. His messages are down to earth and apply to today's life problems. Fantastic contemporary music! Two services 9:15 and 11:00 am Sundays with weekly City Group (small group) meeting throughout the Tampa area during the week. All ages are welcome and represented. A great place for children to learn the word of God.

Love this church and the people who are part of it! Great options for city groups that meet throughout the week around Tampa. And my kids absolutely love Redeemer Kids ministry which is offered during each service. This is a good news church with a heart to serve our city.

Words cannot adequately express how much I love this church. The sound biblical teaching from Pastor Mitch is second to none. This church is my family, and I couldn't imagine doing life anywhere else. If you're looking for a fantastic church home, and live anywhere near Tampa, I highly recommend Redeemer City Church!

Redeemer City Church is an Evangelical beacon of Light in Tampa. Pastor Mitch is a gifted Gospel preacher, the worship services are God glorifying, and the diverse urban congregation is so refreshing. From our first visit in 2018 our family has been warmly embraced.

If you are looking to be a part of a church community in a meaningful way and are unhappy with typical sermons that are simply self-promoting or filled with platitudes, then you should come check out Redeemer City Church. This is an incredible new church with a warm and welcoming community. My family hunted all over South Tampa looking for a church community; we found an authentic and biblical one here at Redeemer. The teachings challenge (not just help us feel better about ourselves) us all to be more Christlike, emphasizing the point that we are not "better" than others because we call ourselves Christians - we struggle to live out our faith every day and try to be more faithful through life with our community. I would describe the preaching to be of a similar vein as Tim Keller (unapologetic, yet approachable, Christian teachings meant for everyone without ridicule). The church is also committed to having a demonstrable impact on the community of Tampa Heights through frequent service opportunities by partnering with local charities. The building is easy to miss, but don't let that fool you.

Being a military family, we’ve been to a myriad of churches everywhere we’ve moved. This move to Tampa was the hardest for us to find a place where we could belong as grace-needy, in-process, don’t-have-it-all-together people until we stumbled into Redeemer City Church. Since then, we’re still those same grace-needy people, but we’re having those daily needs met with solid gospel preaching and shepherding, meaningful membership, a place to use our gifts and serve others, and a people to call our own. It’s truly a place where you can come as you are, consistently hear the good news about Jesus, and leave better than you were. Our four kids are excited about the children’s and youth ministry (a first in the last several churches we’ve been a part of) and my husband and I are nourished by our weekly City Group where we can go deeper in Scripture and relationships as we break bread and open our bibles together. We only wish we had stumbled into Redeemer sooner!

A great new church as of Spring 2016 with a friendly and inviting group of believers. 10 am service with weekday small groups in Pinellas, Tampa, and Brandon areas. Music is great and the congregation covers all age groups. Kids and baby care is very welcoming.

RCC is full of people with the biggest heart to serve. It's amazing to go to a church that not only makes you feel at home but will feed you the truth. The worship team is great, the message is always supported by the bible, the people are so friendly and the kids ministry is amazing!
