When I first heard of this church last year I checked their doctrinal statement on their website where it says "What we Believe" to make sure their beliefs were the same as mine. Then when I visited I discovered it is a very small church with a broad range of age groups, truly a place where people can make a difference by using their God-given gifts. For example we had a Christmas program that everyone was able to participate in according to their own abilities and comfort level. Some got up and sang songs , others read poems, others offered prayers and others read scriptures from their seats. This is a humble church, where I find joy in serving. What I like about the pastor is that he focuses on teaching rather than entertaining, helping us to dig into God's Word. I actually learn something each week. He and his wife are self-sacrificing and dedicated. This is a loving church where members help one another. It is a welcoming church, a place where you can make real friends and feel a true sense of belonging. If anyone wants to grow in knowledge and in their relationship with the Lord Jesus, they will find the same happiness, unity and friendship that I have found here.
